This is a great local pizza place. One of the things I love about it is that you can get different sizes of pizzas. Too many places only let you get larger these days. However, one of my favorite things to do is just get a small all meat pizza when I'm on my own for the night. I'm not sure how many times I've eaten there, but I've never had a problem and the pizza always comes out consistently good. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and all I can say is wow. The pizza and calzone were absolutely outstanding. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. I've eaten plenty of chain pizza over the years, and this food completely blew them away. What impressed me most was that everything tasted like it was made by people who genuinely care about what they're serving. You can tell the difference. Money is tight for me, so ordering delivery is a rare treat. I spent a long time deciding whether to splurge on dinner tonight, and after the first few bites I knew I had made the right decision. I ordered some food from here for the first time this past weekend. I had just returned from an extended vacation to a residence with an empty fridge and without wifi. Luckily the internet on my phone still worked and I discovered this place. My order consisted of the chicken & bacon specialty pizza and a gyro sandwich. The food was amazing! While eating each food item there were literally times where I thought about just how delicious they were. I opted to use their delivery service due to the icy conditions of the roads. Normally I prefer to go pick my food up myself but was grateful that they still delivered given the weather conditions. I placed my order through GrubHub but there were other options including Eat24. Use the code SPICY10 to get $10 off your first ever order with a subtotal of $15+ through 1/31/17 (thank me later). According to GrubHub, the estimated delivery time was 60-70 mins but they arrived in 20 mins. I was pretty hungry and thankful they arrived when they did, however this lead to some confusion. Since I was expecting them to arrive much later, I was preoccupied and didn't hear the delivery person knocking on my door. I received a phone call from a person at the main location, went to get my food from the delivery guy and it all worked out. If there was some way they could communicate with GrubHub and provide a more realistic delivery time window that would be appreciated. read more

I love Stars and stripes on 122nd and May. The location and Edmond I was not impressed with at all. I ordered three single item pizzas, and two orders of hot wings to be delivered during our move on Tuesday. It was $80 which I thought was outrageous, and when our pizzas arrived they were not hot. All the toppings on the spinach Alfredo pizza we're off to the side. We asked for extra ranch and did not receive that either. We were not given Parmesan or crushed red peppers. I asked for any special discounts and they said they didn't have any, which is not true because I use them all the time at that location in North Oklahoma City. The pizza is delicious and we used to order all the time... When we got what we ordered! The last 3 times they lost the orders and didn't even apologize! Weren't even sorry. Just oh well. Couldn't care less. In fact the most recent order attempt my wife had to repeat her order MULTIPLE times to the guy on the phone. I was beginning to wonder if the guy was sampling from the dispensary next door while he was on the job. When she showed up to pick up the order within the time he said he had completely lost the order. No idea where it was. It seems like if you order about an hour or so before closing they just don't want to do anything and toss the order. She was so mad at his careless and uncaring attitude that she walked right out. Pizza is always delicious. They put just the right amount of sauce. No soggy pizza. Calzones are great tasting. Salad is delicious. I ordered a Greek salad, hot wings and calzone. The wings could've been hotter but that's okay. Everyone's hot level is different and you do have the option of getting extra sauce which I didn' did not because I didn't know how hot the Buffalo sauce was. And It was all worth it. And they don't over price anything so it's fair. They think about families and the cost of living so they stay open getting the peoples business on a regular. I woke up today and decided I want pizza and nothing was going to stop me. I ordered pizza from Stars & Stripes Pizza for the first time and I'm impressed! It was not bad! The prices are very affordable compared to other pizza places and you'd think they hold back on toppings, but that is not the case. I ordered the supreme and the bacon cheeseburger and both were loaded with toppings. It was delicious! I highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger. What. Happened? Let's put aside the confusion that resulted in a Greek pizza being mistaken for a Gyro. I'll own up and totally take the hit on that. Their website does state that they now serve Gyros and maybe I didn't clearly state that I wanted the gyro topped pizza from their specialty menu. Maybe this is a frequent point of confusion, and I'm only becoming aware of it now? Also, maybe I should have been there to pick up the food. I ordered the pizza. My cousin picked it up. He thought I ordered the nonsense that we got. I thought he heard what I ordered. It was a mess all around. As a result, something that was supposed to take 20 minutes took... well, way longer than 20 minutes. What was ordered: - 1 Large Chicken Alfredo Pizza - 1 Large Greek Pizza - 1 Large Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza - 1 Large Cheeseburger Pizza What we got: - 1 Large Chicken Alfredo Pizza (slightly over-baked) - 1 Large Pizza with gyro meat and nothing else (slightly over-baked) - 1 Large Pizza with chicken, bacon and what didn't taste like ranch but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was in fact ranch (slightly over-baked) - 1 Large Pizza with sausage and nothing else (slightly over-baked) - 1 Gyro Despite the fact that approximately 75% of our order was incorrect, and all of it was darker and crispier than we would prefer, everything was still edible if not entirely satisfying. I'm assuming that if they weren't overcooked, those same pizzas would have tasted better, but you know what they say about assuming... They're not stingy with the toppings, and prices are very reasonable. So kudos for those fronts, S&S. I am beyond disappointed! Our go to Pizza spot, I have had them over 30 times in a years time and only ever had one mistake. They forgot the stuffed crust, they promptly remade and I'm only 3 miles away so I went and grabbed it. I would say this pizza is a lighter amount of sauce, which we like, unless you go for an upgraded speciality pizza. Their two pizza and a side special is an amazing value. Ordered pizza on the website at 5:05pm. It went thru and I paid for the order. Tip included, my mistake to tip prior to service. It said 45-60 minute wait. At 60 minutes I checked progress online and it said my order did not complete. So I called the store. I was hung up on twice. When I finally got thru they said the pizza was on the way. This is at 75 minutes. At 90 minutes I called back and said it was in the way still. So the pizza has been in the car for over half hour at this point. This better be a pretty fantastic pie, because the customer service and wait time is ridiculous. If it ever shows, I'll add to the review. I'm not hopeful and I have a house full of hungry kids. Pizza showed at about 95 minutes post order. Big surprise that one pizza was correct other wrong. Both were to be thin crust and we got one thin and one hand tossed. We don't care for hand tossed crust so it was a waste of money. They did throw in some cold bread sticks to go with our cold pizzas. I couldn't understand the delivery driver, but he muttered something about being sorry and handed them over. I think the thin crust pizza may be decent if hot and fresh, but since we got it cold it was like eating day old pizza out of the microwave. Very disappointed in this place. read more

Honestly they don't even deserve one star after tonight. Placed online order at 7:17 PM for a scheduled delivery time of 8:05. Called once pizza was 20 mins late to which they informed me it was currently out for delivery. Called back when it was over 40 mins late to inform them that this was unacceptable and they can deliver my pizza for free or not deliver it at all. I'm assuming they chose not to deliver it at all since it is now 1 1/2 hrs after my food was supposed to be here and they are now closed. They lost a customer forever as I don't put up with extremely poor customer service and places that clearly don't care about their customers. We've only lived here for three months, and this pizza place was one of the first that I used, we thought it was really good. We were used to ordering on the mobile yelp app, but this time around we had quite a different experience. We were not able to order directly through Yelp but instead had to go through the Eat app. The pizza was delivered within 35 minutes, which is fairly quick but I was surprised to see that it was not kept in a warming box, it was brought up to the front door, in the cold and it was just handed to me in the box, the guy said here you go - here's your pizza. The pizza Quality over the last few months has diminished, it was loaded with cheese and greasy all over the top, to the point we had to use a paper towel to dry it up before we could even eat it.
