Since moving close to the area, my regular pizza place doesn't deliver to my home. A friend had recommended Marco's and it has not disappointed. I've done both pick up and delivery. Pick up orders the staff is super welcoming and friendly. The delivery drivers are courteous. Ordered online....usually I don't go to this location....opened the door, no greeting from the one person that I saw. (Red flag). I smiled and said, "hey, here to pick up the pizza. " the only one I saw sitting on the shelf. She turned and grabbed it. I opened the box and didn't see the crust I ordered. She handed me a handful of Parmesan packets.. . No phone call or nothing to say, hey, we're out of the topping you wanted on your pizza. She just didn't care. So I asked for a garlic sauce cup, bc I didn't see one in the pizza. She said .78 cents. I declined. (Red flag) I took the pizza, got home, no double sauce on it, it had 11 slices, not 12!!! WTH!!! The pizza was bland and not good! The person there was not happy with the job! It showed..... It's not a welcoming environment.....I won't be coming back. When paying over $20 for a pie, a little garlic cup should not be up for discussion of pay. The pizza already didn't have the crust I wanted. Times are tough... eating out is a blessing, not a privilege...I just won't be going there again! Inaccurate. Slow. Rude. Unacceptable. I used to order Marco's all the time and loved their pizza, but tonight they ensured that I will never order from them again. I ordered via Door Dash, as I have a million times before. As they have multiple times before, they gave my original Dasher the wrong pizza--I ordered meats with green peppers and onions and received raw tomatoes, feta cheese, mushroom--not at all what I requested. No problem. I reached out to Door Dash and they contacted Marcos to explain the situation and ask whether they could schedule a redelivery. MARCOS SAID YES. So they put in the order. Cut to an hour later, my new Dasher is very upset because when she went to pick up the correct pizza, the manager refused to give it to her. He told her that she was trespassing and called the police on her--all because she came to pick up my reorder (which again was due to their mistake in the first place). She had to provide her information to the police and ended the night feeling upset, hurt, embarrassed, and treated like a criminal...and I never received my pizza. This incident alone was enough to ensure that I will never order from Marcos again, and I will recommend that others I know avoid it as well. Terrible. read more

Paid 30.00 for 1 pizza with tip and they charge 5.50 for delivery. We were not up to going out so we just sucked it up and paid the 30 bucks. Never again. I would not even let our dogs have any of the crust it was so bad. It went straight into the trash. I'll cook a frozen pizza next time as it would be much better. I did something I never do and that is send someone lunch without me seeing it first. It was to a wonderful autobody shop 5 minutes from Marco's pizza. It was a large one topping pizza and a garden salad. Tab was 39.00 dollars including a delivery fee. After I saw reviews of presentation complaints and inaccurate orders I made a simple request to get a quick snapshot in my email hours before the order was due. It was totally ignored. Yum! Man do they pile on the toppings! Actually, there's almost too much toppings (if there is such a thing). I decided to try this place for the first time on New Year's Eve, and I got a large Deluxe delivered. The estimated delivery time was accurate within 5 minutes (took about 70 min). Ordering online was easy, you don't need to create an account, and they have a tracker on the website that shows you how far it is once it gets into the delivery car. If you live in delivery range, you probably recently got a flier with a 30% off coupon, which was pretty awesome. The pizza is quite good. It's a thicker crust style, and they pile the toppings on even thicker. That was great for the sausage and pepperoni, but there was too much onion, mushroom, and pepper. Next time I'll order it light on the veggies. I picked off about half an onion and half a can of mushrooms from the pie as I was eating it. Another great thing is that they bring the toppings all the way to the edge. Usually I don't eat the edge of the crust, but here it was delicious over the entire surface area. My wife complained that her fingers got dirty, but who cares? A large pie will feed about 4 people. One night I decided to give them a try because It kept catching my eye so i looked up their phone number and placed an order for a large pizza pepperoni pizza for pick up. The price was very inexpensive for some reason which was great! I arrived about 15 mins later to pick up my food and it was ready. This isn't a dine in spot, just a couple chairs while you wait for your food. I ordered a second time and ordered another large pizza with peperoni and sausage, cheesy bread and some wings. they were all so very good! The food is good , but Delivery service via grub hub is awful. I ordered small Deluxe Pizza and a Greek Salad. I received a small cheese pizza and a garden salad. I spent an hour and 15 minutes on the phone with two different people trying to straighten this out and get my dinner which was promised time.
