I've picked up from this place and purchased pizza a few times for my children. I have to say the customer service is horrible and it always is. On top of that the restaurant looks disgusting and has very poor lighting I've received burnt pizza as well as undercooked pizza. There's other Marco's locations in the area. Id will highly advise you spend your money somewhere else. The Staff is arrogant and rude. I placed an order at this location. I received a confirmation email and an estimated time. Over an hour later food haven't came. I called the store just for them to tell me the order was canceled. I never received an email call anything and the money was taken off my card that I now have to wait a business day for them to return. I called 1 hr before closing and when they picked up they said it's closed and a delivery driver haven't been there for several hours. I have been a fan of Marco's since I lived in Wisconsin. I am pleased that the quality is consistent in Ohio. My favorite is the thin crust Pepperoni Magnifico, which has the perfect chew and tasty pepperoni. The cheesy bread has a rich, cheese and garlic flavor bound up in unctuous butter basting. I ordered a pizza over the phone and gave my credit card number information. I was told that the charge for a small cheese pizza was $6.95. I was told that the charge was approved, and that my order would be ready in fifteen minutes. I arrived at the location to pick up my pizza and was told that the order wasn't in the system. The Marco's pizza employee at the counter asked me if I had called another Marco's location. I went to my car, and called the business back again, confirming that it was the location where my pizza was ordered. I went back into the restaurant, and the employee again insisted that my order wasn't in the system. I told the employee that I didn't want a pizza from them, and left the restaurant. I immediately called my bank and was told that the transaction to Marco's pizza had been posted. I filed a claim to reverse the charges so that I could get my money back, and I had to have a new card issued due to credit card fraud on the part of this business. I called the restaurant back after my conversation with the bank and informed them that whatever credit card theft they were attempting had been reported, and that my bank would be watching to see if they were attempting to use my account for further transactions. I would not advise doing business with this business under any circumstances. read more

Cheap pizza review. So have you ever had one of the 4.99 dollar pizzas. Whats the point? it will taste like cardboard after about 10 minutes Not even worth the calories. But I guess if all you have is 5$ in your wallet then you don't have much choice. I had the crave and saw that Marco's had a $6.99 deal for a large square pizza with one topping. Peperoni was my choice. I called and it was ready in 15 minutes. Nice. Not to much dough, lots of sauce, perfect amount of cheese, good amount of peperoni. It was really good. Next time I will ask for them to cook it a bit longer. This was a much superior pizza than one of those 4.99 deals. So if you want some cheap za, scrounge of beg for 2 bucks more. When you don't finish the whole thing you will at least be able to pop this in the oven and reheat it. This pizza was good for 2 people! Perfect for self induced munchies. read more

Pizza is consistently good from this chain. Prices are reasonable, too. We ordered several pizzas for a birthday party and they kindly delivered them to the CH Community Center, although it is technically outside of their delivery range. They are always on time and you're never left wondering where your food is. Always google for a coupon code! Wings are good, as well. Employees are nice and well-spoken. I am giving this business one star because I can't give it any lower. This Saturday I ordered a pizza from this Marcos. At the time they told me it would be two hours, this was not a problem because I ordered early enough that getting a pizza at 5 o'clock was not a big deal. 5 o'clock came and went my pizza was not delivered. I called and I was told that my pizza would be there any minute. I waited another half hour and my pizza did not show up. When I called back the representative told me that my pizza was on the way that the delivery person had 8 pizzas to deliver, he was on 3 and I was number 5. I understand that sometimes they have difficulty so I asked to speak to the manager. At that point the manager was very rude and told me that my pizza was on the way. I explain to her that my pizza had clearly been in their car for at least half an hour and I did not want a cold soggy pizza. She repeated that the pizza was coming and that it would be fine. At that point I asked her to just cancel the pizza. Once I asked her to cancel the pizza another got on claiming to also be the manager yelling at me and being disrespectful . I asked him to cancel my pizza to which he said was " fine we don't want your business anyway." I would not recommend this Marco's to anyone. I used to order from there all the time but I will never do that again. This is the worst customer service I have every received from anywhere. Taken me over a year to get here. Let's face it, their logo is kind of off putting for a pizza place. But, managed to make it in. We walked in to order. Would suggest calling ahead because they really are not setup to have you wait. Chairs are lined up against a wall and nothing to drink. We had a double pepperoni, old world and normal. Had it on the regular crust. Aside from a dash of salt, one of the better pizzas I have had since arriving in CLE. That says more about the CLE pizza scene then anything else. So you have several speciality pizzas to choose from or create your own. They have three different crusts to pick from as well. I believe there were 4 sizes. They are decent sizes so don't go too big. The prices are really good as well. This will probably be my go to place. read more

Very disappointed in my pizza order. Called at 445 pm today was told my pizza would arrive for delivery in 45 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes called back and was told by the young lady who answered the phone it's 531 your pizza will be delivered within 45 to 1 hour. I I formed her the young man who took my order stated 45 minutes. She again not listening states we usually say 45 to 1 hour. So, I stead of arguing with her I said okay. Yes, I have experienced much better. I prefer Geraci's, and would also recommend LaRich on Wilson Mills Blvd. I have been going to LaRich for years. The pizza place has moved around quite a bit. Once they had three stores, now they are down to only one. The only problem with those two places is they do not deliver. Anyway, getting back to Marco's. Their specialty pizzas are quite good, at least the few varieties I've had. I usually order a specialty pizza. Today, I ordered a mushroom and sausage pizza. I was so disappointed when I saw they used canned mushrooms. CANNED MUSHROOMS! CANNED MUSHROOMS! I thought the better pizza places stopped using them 20 years ago. I can't stand those flavorless, slimy things, especially on pizza. Ugh! First of all, I spent over $15 on the pizza, including the delivery charge and tip. Then I didn't even like it. I called Marco's back and complained about it. I was told some shops use fresh mushrooms, but they use canned. So be warned, if you like mushrooms.
