The service here has always been excellent. Home town feel and the atmosphere is fantastic. Casual relaxing family oriented and an excellent date day/night setting. Co-workers get together for lunch and they have the seating area to serve a group. The food is hot, fresh and delicious. Staff checks in on you to make sure everything is to your liking and keeps your drinks refilled. They have a busy to-go service as I've seen clients pickup orders. I eat here often for lunch and dinner and absolutely love it.

I was also told they couldn't issue a refund since they had no record of it. The explanation kept circling back to their "new computer system." I chose to wait while they remade my pizza, but as I stood there, I watched multiple orders get delayed or completely derailed. One family, who was already seated when I arrived, waited over an hour and ended up leaving without ever receiving their food. Meanwhile, another customer who walked in after me did have their online order show up correctly. To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they were sweet and doing their best in the middle of chaos. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, my pizza finally came out. As for the pizza itself: It was good..I'd give it a 6/10. I paid an extra $2 for jalapeños, but there were maybe three or four on the whole thing, and I could barely tell they were there. Definitely not worth an hour and fifteen minute wait or nearly $30 for a small.

The Supreme pizza with Roma crust (yummy) and added pepperoni is the best pizza I have ever had, and I have had some good ones. The crust is unbelievably good, light, buttery/garlicky, just melts in your mouth. You could tell the sauce was fresh. The pizza is made the way it should be. Awesome pizza! You can taste the freshness with each bite. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter wanted 2 slices of cheese only and they were more than happy to make that happen. This is our new spot for pizza. The cinna squares were so good we took home two extra orders. read more
