I almost didn't go today because I thought it was gonna be a hassle but I decided to give it a go anyway I got there and they had their private parking lot it was easy to get into and when you went up the stairs to their showroom Jordan greeted you with a smile and was very friendly and I said I was there to sell some gold and he invited me over to see what I had he didn't act like I was some poor person coming to the pawn shop or something because I wasn't but still I don't know I've never sold gold in my life. So it was Jordan who did most of the stuff I was dealing with however Juan was there helping him also working on a piece of jewelry with his tools etc. They were very friendly they had beautiful jewelry in there and I personally would highly suggest if you wanted to sell your goal to go there and sell it to them it was quick and easy and they handed me cash on the spot it was awesome they also offered to exchange if I wanted to exchange for another piece if I saw something else I wanted we should wear many things that I wanted but what I actually use them now so I took my cash and I'm gonna use the money on vacation I had had South bagel recommended to me by two different friends who live up and rolling Hills and I figured they knew what they were talking about so I say don't bother shopping around go there the first time save some time get a fair offer take it and enjoy yourself excellent place to take an engagement ring you no longer needed because that was one or two or three husbands back I'm still on the first husband so I still need mine but maybe someday I won't.

I was quoted a little over $200 for the diamond replacement and a very minor resize of ¼ size down. When I went to pick up the ring, I was informed--after the work was already completed--that additional prongs had been replaced on both sides of the ring and that I now owed an extra $240. I was never contacted, informed, or asked for approval before this additional work was done. The explanation given was that some of the prong work was necessary due to resizing. However, after waiting over 40 minutes at pickup because the ring was "in billing," I was then told the resize had actually been forgotten entirely and had to be done on the spot. This made the justification for the unapproved prong work even more concerning. After calling twice and initially being brushed off by sales associates, I finally spoke with the owner, who acknowledged that I had not consented to the extra work and agreed to waive the additional charge. While I appreciate the owner ultimately correcting the billing, the situation itself should never have occurred. Jewelry--especially a wedding band--is deeply personal. Any additional work, design changes, or charges should never be performed without explicit customer approval. Between the unapproved services, forgotten resize, and billing delay, the experience felt disorganized and stressful. I would urge future customers to proceed with caution, insist on written estimates, and require approval before any additional work is done.
