They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). BQ - if you see this - be prepared, I will call you for lighting updates on the outside of the house this time :)

I was referred to RAYJAY & A Electrical Corp. by a reputable person who he had done many years of business with RAYJAY Electrical. Since I trusted that person 99.99% I called the company and the rest is history; the reference was SPOT ON!!! I received a price that was honored even though there was some additional work to be done to complete the work order. Con Edison and NYC DOB came before the work started and upon completion. Both Agencies issued permits and final inspection approval for the work by RAYJAY ELECTRICAL without any setbacks. That speaks volumes of this company's reputation and professionalism. That's where Mike comes in. He immediately got off the Wantagh Pkwy and came to our home in Levittown. He made sure all the mains were off then showed us that we still had a live wire cooking away in there. Most likely nothing would have happened because we weren't going to mess with it but you never know. Plus we have old fashioned fixtures in our home so Mike updated us into the 21st Century with some nice looking 3way lighting fixture. He is a somewhat quiet but truly down to earth guy with a lot of patients and family values.
