Only after they receive the doctor referral will you be able to schedule an appt. I went to see him for a second opinion for a rash under both my armpits. His assistant evaluated the rash and answered my questions. He determined it was an allergic reaction and prescribed some steroidal cream. He did explain the steps he would take, which I greatly appreciated. $60 later, I find that the rash was ringworm and simple anti-fungal cream worked as suggested by a 4th doctor I went to see. The doctor is nice, attentive, and listened to my concerns. I guess he just misdiagnosed. Overall: 3 out of 5 as the scheduling is the biggest hassle overall (minus the misdiagnosis).

I arrived on time, had my paperwork done is less than ten minutes and then sat and waited. At least two patients arrived after me but were called in before. The front desk was neither nice nor rude, but seemed unconcerned when I said I couldn't wait any longer and left 45 minutes after my appointment time was supposed to start. In the dark ages people were forced to wait an eternity to see the local medicine man; in 2011 we have options and our time is just as valuable as the healthcare provider. I refuse to wait for services when I showed up at the right time - shame on your scheduling and/or timing Dr Reichenberg.
