Don't bring a baby stroller in here! While the food was great, our reception was extremely rude from the wait staff. I was bombarded by two of them because we had a baby stroller with our 5 month old. A simple please put the stroller under the stairs would have sufficed I stead of being demanded by an older blonde waitress that we put the stroller somewhere else. Loved this place for the good food and atmosphere! Even the prices were pretty good considering the fame of the place. The cheese curds were great!! The burgers were delicious and cooked to order. Five beers (2 draft, 4 bottles) were 21 dollars... Pretty good considering this is a tourist destination. The band that was playing was great and really worked in the crowd. They also had a great atmosphere and a fun environment. People sang.. And not just the band!! Great time!! Great food in a town where it's hard to find something different. Very family oriented or if you just want to relax with your significant other is a great place to do that as well! We were out a little later and due to covid and being on such long waits a lot of places weren't taking down names up to two hours before they closed. We went to Margaritaville as a last resort in major hopes, but they said they weren't taking anymore names. The girl at the entrance (i totally don't remember her name) told us to hold on & she would see if she had 2 seats at the bar. She came back over to us a couple seconds later and said if we ran up the stairs there were two seats at the end of the bar, so we did. The bartenders David & Jamie were AMAZING. They were very talkative, super friendly and gave great recommendations. They made our first experience there a total blast. 10/10 recommend going to see them if you're ever in Pigeon Forge! The food was good although my fries were cold-ish. Chloe was our server and she was sweet, but had problems. Forgot my drink, didn't bring enough appetizer plates, and COMPLETELY got our bill messed up. The music on the Yelp description says "Loud".... boy, is that an UNDERSTATEMENT! There's loud, and then there's not even being able to hold a conversation! Dessert was amazing and the crab cake sandwich was fantastic! All the food was great for a holiday Monday. But it was ENTIRELY too loud, even for a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere. The price was in line with the rest of the area. Great food, but probably won't be back unless the music comes down a little. Loved the experience of this place , the bar tender was great ,sweet ,treated us well. Loved the music ,yes it was loud , but I really love that , especially if it's music I love ,and it was. Drinks were a bit pricy but I understand that too because of location . Good food. I had grilled chicken sandwich no bread it was cooked perfect. My husband had a huge burger he said was cooked exactly the way he loved it. Not sure I will go back , maybe this summer when we can sit outside to watch all of the people. NO thanks! We arrived and had about a 20 minute wait which was not bad at all. That was pretty much the only upside to our visit. We sat and it took forever to get waited on since the bartender, who was already busy enough was our waiter as well. I wanted the fish tacos and they ran out, we got drinks and they left much to be desired! My husband asked for a blended margarita and we were told the blender was broken.... Seriously? It took 40 minutes to get one appetizer and kids chicken tenders, and they were cold! Such a disappointment. When we brought it to our waiters attention he said the kitchen was backed up 3 hours, well it would have been nice to know that while we were waiting but he didn't come over to our table once. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for things from him, far too busy at the bar to be attentive to our table. He did take off the kids meal which we appreciated but why are we being served cold food when it took so long to get? No desire to return. read more

This was our second stop at Margaritaville during our visit to Pigeon Forge. What really made this second visit memorable was our waitress, Jessie. Once again, our food was good (3.5 stars) but it was how Jessie took the time to add her personal touch to our time there. She showed a true interest when engaging in conversation and made us feel like we were VIP's. I have always felt that customer service makes or breaks an experience. Margaritaville is a draw on its own and the food is above average but you visit because of the brand. Jessie's customer service went above and beyond, leaving us with a great experience and because of that, huge fans of Margaritaville. If you are a regular or visiting for the first time, you should ask to be sat in her section. The food. During our two visits, we had items ranging from the Volcano Nachos (I'm a nacho snob, the size is gargantuan, but the taste is average), the quesadilla (4 stars), grilled chicken breasts and corn (5 stars), coconut shrimp (5 stars) rancho burger deluxe (2.5 stars, it really is hard for any kind of burger to stand out these days), Asiago Crab dip (5 stars!), strawberry lemonade (5 stars!!!) and plenty of margaritas (5 stars!). Currently there is a promotion where they give you a coupon for $5 off $25 spent in the Margaritaville store, which comes in handy because it is attached to the restaurant. read more

I had the crab cakes (23$) and they tasted like the bargain shelf variety at the grocery store, very bland. The nachos were cold, all nacho and very little topping, an absolute atrocity at 16$. Beer selection was sad for a place that focuses so much on the alcohol theme. Outdoor patio was very nice, and had a good band, definite bright spot, we went there 2 evenings. Decided to try Margaritaville restaurant in Pigeon Forge, TN our first night of vacation and because it was within walking distance of our hotel. Since we were fine with a "first available" table seating, we were seated at an outside table almost immediately. Our server was very nice and service was great. However...in our opinion, everything is very over priced for what you get. I know this is a "tourist" town and most places are overpriced but for what we ordered we just expected better. We had an appetizer, Caribbean Chicken Egg Rolls, Taco Salad, Jammin Jambalaya and one Margarita. $70.00 and added gratuity to that. So a total of over $80.00. Taco Salad wasn't anything special. I've had better. My husband did enjoy the Jambalaya even though it was an average serving at about $20.00 for it. We had several really great meals for less than half the price at other restaurants while in the area. Guess you're paying for the "experience" with the high prices.
