Decided to stay only two of the 3 nights here on our Spring Break trip late Mar/early Apr . We were able to do most of what we wanted and think it was he max I would recommend. Weather did not cooperate on full pool day, wind was 20 mph on the roof top and the water temp was 60F (not heated) but my 7 and 11yo couldn't have cared less and enjoyed the whole pool to themselves. We went back the next morning to enjoy a more enjoyable pool weather. Kudos to the pool attendants. They were super attentive and interacted with the kids to encourage fun like slide races. That didn't go unnoticed! Rooms were very nice. We had one with a king and double size bunk beds (best idea ever for a family resort! What siblings want to share a bed?) Arcade was a blast. We grabbed coffee in the cafe (attendant was super patient with us as we tried to spend the rest of our credits the last day) We grabbed a pizza at the restaurant near the arcade which was passable (the crust in the cheese pizza was way better than the specialty) but the beer and cocktails were great. Did not get to visit the Pier due to wind. We didn't have a terrible experience with the elevators because the resort was not busy but could see how they would get really bogged down at peak. Addition of the express elevator to the pool was smart. Did not like that our pool bands were our key cards. Get that the band makes sense for the pool but means I had to wear all trip for fear of loosing and having to pay $50 for a new one. Overall would recommend a visit! read more

I'm honestly shocked this place is as popular as it is, we felt like we were bamboozled by really quality picture taking on the website. We are absolutely never going to come back and we would never recommend anyone else come. #1- rooms and resort are not very clean. Our room had fruit flies on day one and it only got worse when we brought one open bag of chips into the room. The carpet was nasty and made our socks and feet black on the bottoms. Carpets around the resort were stained and dingy and our whole floor smelled like weed. #2- pool and water playground area leave much to be desired. The pool itself is very small, the kids play area is small as well and the ground of it is not even slightly soft. The lazy river was ok but looked super cheap and worn and got really crowded. The entire pool area has no where near enough chairs or umbrellas, and there isn't any shade or open area at all. On Saturday people were literally just sitting in the ground in direct sun. Also no lifeguards or anyone seeming to be watching the pool area as far as management because I saw a few people very obviously vaping and no one did anything. #3- food at the margaritaville restaurant was mid at best. A salad and the burger were good but the margarita was nasty and the breakfast omelet had no seasoning just a ton of oil. #4- no water fountains anywhere. Literally felt impossible to fill up a water bottle unless you bought bottled. Had an ice machine on our floor thankfully but no water fountains throughout the resort. #5- no housekeeping turnover unless you stay over 3 nights but they're supposed to come do trash and towels. Well one day they came and took trash and dropped off new towels but left all the dirties and the next day they just left a bag on the door with trash bags and towels. Our son enjoyed the arcade a lot but the games were pretty pricey to play. The paradise pier is literally built on top of a parking garage and has zero shade and gets so hot. It's pretty small and rides were expensive. The room was pretty spacious and every employee we encountered was super nice so there is that. For the price you pay ($950 for 3 nights), you would expect so much more and it's extremely lacking. read more

My husband booked the Margaritaville for our Biloxi race trip, and it ended up being a great decision. I knew very little about Biloxi, but once I realized it was an area of casinos, I was a little nervous. Smoke is my least favorite thing and my long-ago trip to Vegas (we are talking 30 years ago) was hard because of the noise, and crowds and clouds of smoke. That being said, this was not that! First of all, Margaritaville has no casino and would probably be considered a non-smoking property. There is an arcade and the "paradise pier" with a ferris wheel and some carnival attractions, but that's pretty separate from the rooms. The only "negative" of the stay is that we arrived about 30 minutes before check in, and when we asked to check in, were told that it would be $25 to do so early. Not a problem. We walked over to the Golden Nugget to pick up our race packets, and when we returned it was 4PM and we could check in at no additional cost. Self-parking is free in the huge garage attached to the hotel. The hotel is also on the water, which meant we had beautiful views. The property was clean and comfortable. Our room was huge. There are several dining options, including a Margaritaville restaurant, a steakhouse, Italian/pizza joint, coffee shop and a few bars. If you want casino action, the Golden Nugget is about 100 steps away. The cold and windy weather meant that the pool was closed (I don't think anyone wants to be in the water in 30 degrees anyway), and some of the pier attractions were down, but that's ok. It just gives us a chance to visit again. read more

My recent stay at this Margaritaville in Biloxi was unfortunately far from what I expected. Upon arrival, we were initially placed on the 10th floor. As we walked down the hallway, we noticed that every door was wide open, almost as if someone had run through and opened them all. Right outside our room, there was a dirty towel on the floor, which was concerning, but we decided to go in anyway. Since we were hungry, we chose not to bring our luggage up yet and planned to grab a bite to eat first. I was about to leave my tote in the room, but as we were stepping out, I noticed the door didn't sound like it was locking. I tested it by trying to open it without our key, and to my surprise, it opened right up, no matter how many times we tried, the lock wouldn't engage. At that point, we decided to take my tote with us and deal with the door issue when we returned. After dinner, around 7:45 p.m., we came back hoping to enjoy some time at the pool. But first, we still needed either a working lock or a new room. The front desk staff was very kind and offered to move us, asking if we preferred the 11th or 22nd floor. We chose the 11th, but the attendant ultimately placed us on the 22nd. We arrived at the new room at 8:05 p.m. While the guys quickly changed clothes, I took a moment to look around. I noticed immediately that the sheets appeared used, there was a visible imprint as if someone had just pulled the covers back without changing them. My husband went downstairs to report it, and housekeeping was sent up to replace the bedding. While I waited, I discovered a bug carcass on the bed. When housekeeping arrived, I pointed out the bug and the soiled sheets. The staff member, Crystal, took photos and noted other issues I mentioned, including the missing desk chair, the light in the bathroom kept flickering off and on, the damages window and the noise from our neighbors. She was very kind and even brought up large towels for me to place around the door to help muffle the sound. She finished around 8:45 p.m., but by that time, I had missed out on family time at the pool. When my husband and son returned to the room, we noticed makeup stains on the mattress pad beneath the sheets. At that point, it became clear the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Rather than continue switching rooms all night, we decided to check out. *** I initially sent this review directly to Margaritaville, along with a request for a call from the manager. However, I only received a response after posting the same review on other platforms. At that point, I was contacted via email by the housekeeping manager, who asked to discuss any concerns I still had during my stay. When I called her back, I asked if she had read my review, and she confirmed that she had. I then pointed out that, had she truly read it, she would have known I had already checked out the same day I checked in due to these very concerns. She responded by saying she would speak with her staff about the issue. I reiterated my original request for a phone call from the general manager. Yet, more than two weeks have passed, and I have not received any response. This lack of follow-up is especially disappointing given the nature of my concerns, specifically regarding CLEANLINESS, and SAFETY, which are two of the most important factors we consider when choosing a hotel. read more

We had a great time at Margaritaville. Check in was easy, staff was kind and our rooms were very nice. No complaints at all. The hotel overall was clean and we really enjoyed the lobby bar while waiting for the family to arrive. The pool was so fun and great for the kids. My 3yr old grandson loved the splash area and little slides, but I noticed that a lot of kids were slipping and fallying down in that area. Water shoes might be a good idea. I think the ground is much too slippery. Warning... There is no shade at all. Love the swim up bar and we made sure to make use of it. We played in the arcade and went on a few rides. They were way too expensive for what you get, but if you don't mind the price, there is plenty to do. My grandsons loved the rope course. My only complaint was the food. We went to the pizza place on Friday night and not one person in our group of eight liked the food. Service was good though. Then we tried the snack bar for lunch while at the pool and it was so bad. We waited forever for a hot dog. We didn't risk the other restaurant for dinner and ended up going off site. Overall, it was a good experience, and we plan to visit again next year. read more

Pros: Staff was very nice, room was a good size, balcony was great. Food was good. Cons: parking garage is tricky. Elevators are horrible. The day we checked out I got stuck in 1 of the 2 elevators that were working. After panicking and finally getting out of the elevator we had to wait over 30 minutes to catch another elevator to get to the lobby to catch another elevator to our car. Everyone waiting for the elevators was very angry and I kept hearing them say they will never stay there again. Its not like we could have taken the stairs down 23 floors with all of our luggage and with people in our group who are older. To have 1 working elevator for 23 floors of people all checking out at the same time is ridiculous. Definitely paid way too much for that stay. We stopped in just to look around and 3 hours later we were having to drag our family out because they were having such a great time. The resort is open to the public to play games, shop, dine, experience the Vibe of Island time. The amusement games and park next door are all first rate and safe. The attendants and staff are all helpful and friendly. And the cost is so reasonable. Make sure you get the daily special deal for multiple rides or activities. If the weather is bad or cold there is plenty to do inside at the ESCAPE Family Entertainment Center inside the resort. The food also is just what you would expect at a Margaritaville. They have a plane hanging from the Ceiling, a volcano climbing tower, a high ropes obstacle course, arcade games and more. No entrance fee or minimum purchase required. Plenty of parking. read more

My small group stayed at MargaritaVille a for few weekdays avoiding the weekend crowds and had a fabulous time. We easily found parking and checked in super fast with no waiting. And they let us check in two hours early! The lobby is setup with ample seating, a complimentary coffee station, a small cafe and the Lost Key Bar where live music is performed on Thursday. Also toward the back and side of the Lost Key Bar is an exterior deck with tables that was basically empty and we found this a great place to enjoy drinks while watching the sunset. The pool area provided us welcome relaxation with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun. We also ended up just floating around the lazy river multiple times enjoying the scene and doing shots at the pool bar! The pool also had the greatest sunset in Biloxi with Paradise Pier all lit up. I noticed the many bad reviews MargaritaVille Resort has received, which may be deserved when this place is crowded on weekends. But our Tuesday to Friday stay was epic as we felt like we had the resort for ourselves. It can be a task to figure out what to do with teenagers, especially boys. Margaritaville has provided us with family fun entertainment on several occasions! On our most recent visit, we went at 4pm. It was perfect timing. There was bad weather shortly after we arrived. Though we wanted to do the pier rides, we weren't able to. The lines weren't long and though the arcade was bustling, there was still plenty of games to go around! The employees that we've interacted with in the arcade and shop are always incredibly kind and helpful! We always get service with a smile! Family centered resort. Lots to do. All ages of children will find something to do! No way could they get bored here. Variety of family friendly food. Pizza was full of toppings and the area around the bar was full of sport enthusiasts as well as families. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the bay. There is a lip going out onto the balcony that caught our feet every time going out. Very clean and newly painted. Spacious, large bathroom and walk in shower. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Lively getaway in Biloxi. I found this location due to running the Mississippi Gulf Coast Half-Marathon and the race bib pickup was located in the parking deck. Being a solo trip I took the opportunity to unwind on the upper deck as I watched the sunset with an iced coffee and book. This Margaritaville Resort in Biloxi Mississippi was the most disappointing and medically harmful stay of me and my Son's Life on New Years Eve, December 31st, 2025 going into January 1st, 2026. We stayed for one night and the Manager at the Resort didn't care that me and my Son were bitten up 25 times by bed bugs in their resort and had to seek medical attention in an emergency room. I thought the Manager would be more concerned with me and my Son's well being but they stated that since I reported the day after that they would not help or hear me. They didn't seem to understand that it was New Year's Eve and me and my Son was in their Entertainment facility eating and playing games until 3 am after the Ball Dropped. When we went to sleep after that and woke up, the effects of the bites, which got infected just started surfacing. Later that evening on the 1st of January is when me and my Son noticed how bad they were as our bodies started to react, and we not only called them, but we both showed up in person to provide actual in person proof and provided them photos. We actually required medical treatment and had to got to the hospital. Again, I am very disappointed in this management team at the Margaritaville Resort in Biloxi Mississippi, because I thought their company was more professional than that. I hate that I have to even go this far but me and my Son suffered and still are suffering from a room we paid a lot of money for and we trusted we would get a good product and good customer service and the Manager turned their back on us. Where to start? Well...I'll start from "great" and work my way to "not worth half the money it costs to vacation there". The view from the balcony rooms is phenomenal! When quiet, which I doubt the place hardly ever is; one can sit out on the balcony, stare into the gorgeous view of the gulf and get lost in it. The issue with the balconies on the 11th floor is that people on the main floor (10) below yours can stand on the balcony there and look up into yours...no privacy at all when folks are out there. Aside that, I really can't find one redeeming quality about the "resort". It definitely doesn't have the feel, nor comfort of a resort. Since I was there with my family for a reunion, I understood why the hotel was chosen. Being that I am an adult with no small children, it definitely isn't the place for me. The children seemed to thoroughly enjoy it. Driving up, I was unimpressed with the design of the campus. It looks like industrial buildings surrounded by a massive parking lot. It's not plush at all. The layout of the place is weird, as the reception desk is on the 10th floor. There's lots of family fun with a huge arcade and swimming pool. There are a few bars and restaurants. There were towels on the floor in our hallway for at least 24 hours. There was no turn down service for the three days we were there. Our dinner plans were squashed one evening as our reservations for a dinner cruise were canceled due to impending rain. Instead we dined at the Margaritaville restaurant. The service was good, the food...horrible. I ordered a seafood platter. Everything was fried crispy, the fish and shrimp lost all of it's moisture. I couldn't eat any of it. I didn't bother to send it back. There were so many of us to serve. I went to another eatery late that night and ordered a steak sandwich and was disappointed again. The steak was overcooked and only on 3/4's of the bread, it was dry and wasn't edible. Moving on... The balcony door, bathroom and fixtures in my room were tattered with missing pieces. The ironing board had no pad, there was nothing in the bathroom to hang towels on and the sliding balcony door had a whole in it. Didn't look cute on my videos for socials. These things may seem miniscule but for the nightly rate, the room should have been spectacular. Moving around the hotel was hectic due to the hundreds of children running around. Had the layout been well thought out, things could have been a lot more pleasant. I will never return. read more

My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday so we made a weekend of it with friends. There is plenty to do and several food options here so we parked Friday night and didn't leave again until Sunday. The teens loved the arcade, the ropes course, rock wall and VR games. The pool was nice and the lazy river was fun. There's water slides, swim up bar, concessions, sunbathing, mermaid appearances, stilt walkers, magicians, etc. The best deal was the arcade package that was $30 for unlimited hour of play plus 2 experiences. My husband booked this hotel for a little getaway for my birthday. Everything was great with check in - easy, convenient, friendly. That was the end of this "resort" meeting the minimum of expectations. After we found our room (I'll come back to the room because we just dropped our stuff and left) we decided to walk around and get acclimated with the things to do. The people in the arcade aren't very friendly. The games didn't work right alot and would take your credits but not start the game, well these credits are expensive - tell the employees and they tell you sorry, not sorry can't do anything for ya. The rockwall guys were great with my son! Kudos to them. Paradise Pier - my son rode rides here for 8 hrs in 2 days. He had an absolute blast. Ticket counter was absolutely fabulous with service/customer service. Food court - got one thing from here . Every worker (with the exception of the food court) was smiling, interacting with the guests, making the rides more entertaining. It was a great experience and alot of that is due to the employees at the pier! Every single food option in this resort was absolutely horrible in the customer service aspect. *Margaritaville - we ate here our first night. Food was good. The hostesses & waitress were absolutely horrible. Someone else got our drinks, she took our order and never checked on us again. Our food came (someone else delivered it). The next we saw her was to bring the bill. *Pizza Restaurant - lunch next day. Husband ordered sandwich and son ordered different sandwich. Husband received sandwich and it was not as advertised so asked for something else. My husband and son split our son's sandwich while my husband is waiting for his (which is now same sandwich type). They bring my husband his sandwich we box it and sit and wait. And wait. And wait. Son and husband got tired of waiting and left while I wait for the check. Out comes our waitress with another sandwich - she asked them to make another one 25 min after we had received the 1st one. She forgot she brought the other one out, then acted confused on why she was even bringing another sandwich! Cluster mess at its finest. So I waited 45 min for the check because she didn't remember she brought the sandwich and had them make another. Jeezyms. *Doe's - ate here for my birthday dinner. We really thought we were going to be ok eating here as it seemed a bit more upscale and we had a bit higher expectations than we should have. Just should have know after the last 2 experiences we had in this "resort" in the restaurants to leave and find a great steak house elsewhere. The waitress didn't even ask my husband how he wanted his steak cooked and left the table immediately after taking the last food order. We didn't see her again until it was time for the check. We flagged down another waiter to refill my son's drink. HORRIBLE wait staff & management in all the eatery establishments. Back to the room. It was decent. The shower had hair in it when we got there - and I'll assume it was left by housekeeping. The closet smelled so bad. So so bad. If you don't like hearing dogs barking in the middle of the night and at 5am, make sure you ask for a room away from pets. If you don't like hearing screaming, unruly, heathen children on the other side of you until midnight, book a suite on the top floor (otherwise you'll hear every thing - even the sound machine the neighbors set up to drown out the sound of their own children). All in all the room was basic and noisey. I don't feel the rates reflect the service nor the rooms. When we return to the area we won't be staying here again, but may bring our son back to the Pier. . read more

Had a great experience at Margaritaville Resort! All of the staff was super nice, helpful and friendly with a smile on their faces the whole week we were there! Most of the guests were too! The views were so pretty! The arcade floor and water park were our favorites. The staff on those floors were very attentive especially with how some of the kids got rowdy on the water park floor. The "lifeguards" (not sure if that's their correct title) were on top of it! Lots of the kids would get excited and try to run, between the staff and most of the parents we were able to keep it fairly safe. Our last night there the bigger kids got rough and the staff and parents were trying to get them to calm down. They didn't which in turn after one of my kids got hurt by the bigger kids I went in mom mode and fussed at them. The staff made sure my daughter was ok, which made me feel good because they really care about the guests safety. They were also checking wristbands and that was another thing I really liked because not just anyone could have access to these areas. Definitely looking forward to our future stays. It's a little pricey but worth having everything at the resort. The food and drinks were really good. We loved the pizza restaurant too! read more

I have take my kids, nieces and nephews to Margaritaville in Biloxi, MS. since they opened in 2016. Thru out the years, I have spend thousands of dollar at the place. Even though they have machines that don't work all the time, we still have fun. We love to play the "The wizards of the orz", machine. But today I just found out you don't get any tickets for the silver coins that dropped in the machine anymore. Back then, all the coins come out and we have to use a bag or bucket to hold them. I noticed They have change the machine to where it only let the cards and red/green coins come out, but no more the silver coins. I thought it will automatically accumulate the tickets to your card, but NO. So if I don't get any of the cards or the red/green coins, that mean I get 0 tickets for the play. So for all those times and credits we spend on the machine, we get nothing. I went to the prize room and ask the employees about the question, she told me she had no idea but she can get the manager out. The manager told me only get tickets for the coins and card that come out the slot. I was like, ok, thanks them for the answer and walked out. But I heard they were laughing when I was walking out. I really want to go back and asked them what are they laughing? I want to tell them why the tickets matter coz Their PRIZES asking too much of tickets to exchange for. It's hard for me to get each of my kids, nieces and nephews a prize. This is ridiculous and I will not returned anymore. read more

We decided to stay at Margaritaville, for my daughter's birthday. We arrived on Thursday and it was very quiet (which we loved). Our room was very nice and clean. The only thing I wish they had in the rooms is a microwave. We spent the evening in the cafe and at the arcade. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. On Friday, it started to get busy, but the resort was still able to accommodate everyone. On Saturday, we noticed it was extremely busy and there was waiting time for the elevators and restaurants. The facilities were always very clean and fully stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and can't wait to come back! We were very disappointed. First, we got here ten minutes early, and we needed to wait or they would charge us $25. ok, we waited. No pool or even deck to sit one even though the temperature was 75. No one advised me it would be closed; we're from up north and were looking forward to sitting outside. Our first full day housekeeping came at 9:30 and I said we'd be leaving in 30 minutes. We got back at 4:30 - unmade bed, no cups, coffee, etc. i think it is "off season" but still - isn't this supposed to be a good hotel? I woukd not recommend. read more

This was our spot to ring in 2023! Best decision ever!!! We were so distracted playing in the arcade and drinking bushwhackers we ended up kissing at 12:01 and missed all of the balloon drops! Our room was beautiful, the staff was always friendly and helpful and it was nice to not have to worry about driving anywhere. We were just able to enjoy ourselves all night. Such a great day. Kinda wish would could've stayed longer. Even better than Dave and Busters because you can play, eat, drink and sleep here! haha We'll be back!! read more

Stayed here with adult friends after we had to cancel our Florida reservations due to a hurricane. I've never stayed before. Very disappointed. The pool area was very underwhelming. Every single beach chair was tearing and uncomfortable. Room was decent but needed major updating. Definitely won't be back. read more

My stay at the Margaritaville Resort was pretty good overall. It's a kid friendly resort so if you have kids that love the games at Dave & Buster's, they would love it here! Almost an entire floor is like a Dave & Buster's. The water park here is kid friendly too as the water only goes as deep as 3.5 feet. There's a lazy river I did a couple of times on an inner tube that was super relaxing, and the water slide was super exciting. There's both a bar and a pool bar here which I tried their bushwhacker, strawberry daiquiri, and their margarita. All way more delicious and sweeter than the drinks we have back home. There's a couple of restaurants in the resort of which we chose the Margaritaville restaurant to eat at. I checked out the fitness center one day of my visit and they had the typical cardio machines including an elliptical, treadmill, and exercise bike. They also had a variety of weights and weight machines. As for our room, the four of us stayed in a room with two queen beds and one bath. The bathroom was not super clean like I would have liked, we were only given one day's worth of towels for our 2.5 day stay, and the door didn't lock so that made our stay a little less than perfect. We did however have great interactions with most of the staff here so that my friends and I are eager to come back. read more

We've been here an hour and are STILL waiting for someone to come clean the room, bring clean sheets and coffee for the coffee maker. We arrived at our assigned hotel room (1417) and found towels on the floor in the hallway. Upon entering, we see dirty and stained carpet and floors, sheets felt like they had sand in them, definitely had dirt, and one of the pillow cases was filthy. There was dried soap or shampoo on the bathroom counter, and the faucet looked dirty. The shower had mold in the grout. To say we are disappointed is a MAJOR UNDERSTATEMENT. If someone doesn't come within 30 minutes to clean this place, we are leaving and staying elsewhere. The room furnishings are CHEAP, and the lighting is almost nonexistent. Save yourself and your money - GO ELSEWHERE as fast as you can. UPDATE: Housekeeping sent up a young man with sheets. They expected me to change the dirty ones and put on the clean ones! No offer to clean the room, and he didn't pick up the towels outside the door in the hallway. I called the front desk and requested a different room because the one we had was filthy. She apologized and offered us a room on the 16th floor. I asked if it was clean, and she said she would have to send someone to check and she'd call me back. About 15 minutes later she called to say our new room keys were ready to be picked up at the front desk. On the way to the 16th floor we ran into the young man who brought us the sheets. My husband asked why he didn't pick up the towels in the hallway outside our room and he said, "Oh, I'll get those later." It seems to be the pervading mindset of the staff from what I gather from other reviews. Room 1611 was MUCH cleaner and had a chair and ottoman for my husband to sit in while I charged his power chair (the other room didn't have one). The view was nice and the drape hems aren't torn and ratty as they were in the first room. Same cheap furniture but not scratched and scraped up like the other room. The front desk lady told me they removed the resort fees for our trouble. I thanked her. I have no idea what the resort fees are since I didn't get a print out yet of our stay but I appreciate her efforts. read more

Dope place, salsa tasted like ketchup doe ... bummer. Nothing else to say but yelp is making me use 85 characters so...

They've made paradise pier even better! Adults that aren't riding don't have to pay! Includes some of the indoor things as well. Park is still clean, friendly staff and everything was up and running as it should be! 10/10 recommend for a great family day read more
