I would like to start by saying our server Jessica was great! She was really quick and stayed on refills and bring out apps and entrees. The food however was terrible. We had a party of 7. 2 kids meals, shrimp and cheeseburger $25 for kids. They do not offer refills on milk, and give kids a tiny cup! I mean milk y'all!? Come on! I had a seafood plate. Fish (not cooked well and tasteless, horrible breading on the fish like worse than frozen you pop in the microwave) , grilled shrimp which was suggested by Jessica was great and probably all I ate from the $26 plate. We had nachos, Piled with chips no cheese, wings teriyaki and buffalo, edible I guess, Tyson is better. Shrimp Alfredo, which I thought who can mess this up... this place apparently. catfish poboy and a club sandwich, which she credited thank goodness because he didn't even touch it not one bite. The best thing I can say is it was all hot and it's convenient once you're at the resort to not have to leave. Next day we left for all 3 meals... afraid to touch anything else and waste $200+. We have come to this location to eat a few times In the past and have always loved it, but this time, will probably be our last. We have been to Margaritaville resorts/ restaurants all around the world and are always impressed with the food and drink choices. This was absolutely subpar. The waitress forgot to ring in another one of our guests food, by the time she received the food everyone was done eating. The drinks were mediocre, and they were very cheap on the booze. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money to come here. Major disappointment. read more

This place is fairly new and we went to grab some Margaritas before we headed to our hotel , all the staff was very friendly and the resort was very nice . The gaming area looks very fun for family no matter what age . Shoot I wanted to play , we got some margaritas and Watched the saints game the bartenders were really cool into the game with us and the drinks were really good , they put A lot of salt on the rim which is how I like it . Nice and clean restaurant. Very inviting and great for families. Live music on weekend nights and festive music overhead during other times. Drinks go down smoothly and are tasty. Not watered down. Food comes hot and presentable. Area is loud with music and pool just outside but still intimate enough for a couple to get to know one another with yelling across a table at each other. Normally this place would have gotten 5 stars from me but as we had a coupon from playing the arcade and staff was presented with said coupon. They still did not deduct from final bill, leaving payment waiting until an unsuspecting couple left charging them full price and pocketing the coupon. Great restaurant! Good quality was excellent (we ordered the kids cheeseburger and the chicken quesadilla) and the 5 O'clock somewhere drink is so good. Our server, Adam R, was very attentive and excited to work here. The decor very Tropical, as you would expect. You can see the top of the rock climbing wall from the bar area and most of the restaurant seating. It is also next to the door that leads to the pool (for hotel guests only). Good music (mostly Jimmy Buffett). We will return to this restaurant regularly. :) read more

Would give food 3 stars, average fare but not bad, except for those Volcano Nachos-- 5 stars, layered with toppings, basically enough to feed our family of 4. Service was 4 star. The entrees are big enough in portion to share if you're looking to split with someone. This review is for Margarittaville's Breakfast with Santa. Wildly overpriced. $24.95 per adult, and that doesn't even include coffee. Children are based on their age. I wondered why the price was not advertised when I made reservations, now I know why. The buffet was fine. A pretty standard breakfast buffet. But the service was terrible. We were seated and waited and waited before a server finally came to our table. She was MIA a lot, which was surprising considering the restaurant was not all that busy. Here is my story, I wrote this to corporate and they also have not acknowledged. It must be company wide from the top down. THEY DON'T CARE. On July 4, 2020 my family (there were 8 for a reunion) went to Margaritaville, Biloxi, MS. We went to the restaurant before playing games. 4 at each table due to covid. We ordered drinks and the waiter served everyone but came back to my brother and me with our drinks and explained that the bar was out of the Blackberry portion of our Blackberry cocktail so he brought it without the flavor in case we wanted it that way. I tasted it and it was nasty. We ordered something different, mine came and it was fine, however my brothers was nasty, I guess they also were running short of pineapple juice, a main ingredient. At the same time we asked that the orders for the two kids be taken and please come back and take the adults orders, that way the kids (teenagers) could eat and go down to the arcade. My daughter order and asked for ranch to go with her meal as dipping sauce, she got blue cheese, which she hates. Then the waiter disappeared, didn't check to see if the kids orders were okay and to take the remaining six orders. After 10 to 15 minutes I finally went to the hosts desk and told her I need a manager as I was no longer happy. I had trying to get a glass of water but the waiter was gone, gone so long I thought he went on break. I related the problems of the absent waiter and the issues around the bad service thus far. He stated "I can give you a dessert". I replied, "I don't want a dessert I want service" He said he would talk with the waiter. The waiter then came to the table and took our order, I asked for water, got it. The order was delivered. Asked if there was anything else and one of the ladies stated that she needed dressing for her salad as there was none, asked for ranch. I and my brother did continue to eat, we were already done by the time they brought her the dressing. Asked the other table how their meal was and they said it was fine but noted that in the club sandwich (I think) they had included the plastic bread tag that holds seals a loaf of bread. I got the bill, the manager never came over to make sure things were better, no adjustment, no dessert (I know I waived that off), no follow-up whatsoever. I paid the bill, left a generous tip (even on bad service). Very disappointed. I won't tell you how to run your business but I you won't have one long if that is the way you continue. read more

The margaritas all tasted the same... liquified diabetes. They were straight sweet and sour mix. We got a house margarita from the bar on the arcade level and later we got a top shelf one from upstairs in the restaurant. The food is good and I suggest ordering the Ribeye here as it's 27/28$ at Does place it's 40+$. They share the same kitchen and I'm 100% positive they just cook to order and their isn't a difference in the rib eyes. With the exception of the cowboy cut. So skip Does and eat here. There was nothing "party -like" here today. My son, my mom, my granddaughter and I went for lunch at 1:30. By 2:45, we still had not been served and my granddaughter was in tears. She's 5 years old. We watched a very large group of adults and children get up and leave the restaurant before their order came out. They too were tired of waiting. When we finally got our order, the waitress was extremely apologetic and we did not hold her responsible for the catastrophe. However, this is Sunday on Memorial Day weekend and they weren't even close to being busy. My son was getting irate as our order was delivered to the table and we were short a sandwich! My mom and I couldn't believe our poor luck here. Rather than wait on another sandwich, she and I shared. My son had gotten so upset that he couldn't eat. We were given a 30% discount and the waitress gave sincere apologies. She said she had previously complained to the manager about the kitchen staff being inefficient. You know, on the rare occasion you and your special someone are able to both get the night off from running the tilt-a-whirl... you can dust off your fancy Crocs & squeeze into them hilarious matching "Who Farted?" t-shirts to relive your honeymoon under the warm glow of Margaritaville's enormous red neon "It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere" sign that sits like a ghoulish Caribbean tombstone on the wall next to the bar. Ha... OK, the restaurant. The volcano rock wall (just gonna gloss over that) in the restaurant erupts every hour to an angelic chorus of a blisteringly loud recording of a live Jimmy Buffet show. Thankfully, all the televisions also play the video from the concert so you can see Jimmy, while you listen to Jimmy, while you eat & drink Jimmy. The food is overpriced and terrible. The salad (god, what were we thinking) was inedible, the fries came in a urinal shaped bowl & were COVERED in what we decided to call Jimmy seasoning. An idea: and this one's free, Jimmy - just smother them fries in cheeto dust, buddy! JIMMY FRIES, BABY! The restaurant was mostly empty, and the service was still pretty impressively terrible. In our waiter's defense - it's not HIS fault there was college football on the televisions in the bar. I tipped. HEAVILY. I certainly wasn't going to give him shit. They've made the poor bastard wear a McDonald's hat with a little shark fin on it. We put our name down and was told it was a 45 minute wait, then after 45 minutes they decided to add our name to the list and tell us that we had another 30 minute wait. When we asked the hostess why it would still be a wait when we had already waited 45 minutes, she got an attitude telling us it wasn't her fault she just got to work and we needed to sit down and wait. The restaurant had plenty of open tables, it's not like they were slammed. We were told we would be given the best waitress and it took her 20 minutes after we got our appetizer to get us plates to be able to share. She then proceeded to pour an entire glass of coke out and told us sorry it'll be awhile before that's cleaned up so try no to slip in it. I will never recommend this place to anyone to visit. ***Update: The spilled drink was never cleaned up the entire time we were eating for 45 minutes. One person in our group never received his drink, he had to go get a water pitcher to get his own drink. In order to receive a refill, we had to do it ourselves. After receiving our food the waitress only returned to our table one time. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.*** ***Another Update: After finally getting our checks, the waitress took everybody's payments and never came back to the table to return their cards. Finally 15 minutes later she informs us that their system was down and we would have to sit there and wait until it was back up and wouldn't give us our cards back. Ten minutes later the waitress returns with our cards informing us she had WRITTEN down all of our card numbers and would run them when their system was back up. Informed them that writing down my card information was not acceptable and would pay cash if they could take that. Waitress took the cash and assumed no change was needed, informed her I needed change and she obviously couldn't count since she didn't bring enough money back and decided to take her own tip out. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The manager should have come to our table to talk to us, but we only saw him long enough for him to say "Please come back." Went to the Landshark Bar & Grill for lunch today. Drinks are good & food is okay. Overall pretty expensive for what you get. Our waitress, Jordan, was great but unfortunately she miscommunicated the cost of the drink specials so our bill was WAY higher than we thought it would be. The manager, Christopher, refused to give us any sort of discount. He was completely unprofessional and honestly turned us off to the rest of this establishment. read more
