Great addition to this side of town! The service was very friendly, and you can really feel the care that comes with a family owned restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were very generous. The rice was fluffy and aromatic, and everything from the chicken shawarma to the beef and chicken kebabs was delicious. The hummus and fresh bread were also standouts. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but that's understandable for a new restaurant still working out the kinks. If you want to eat authentic middle eastern food, I highly recommend Marhaba. This hole in the wall restaurant has delicious meals! I ordered the beef kebab plate which came with hummus, a salad and basmati rice. Each item was so flavorful. We also got to enjoy a yummy lentil soup before the main course! My toddler was with us. We ordered her a veggie pizza. Why was the pizza really good too?! Who would've thought. My husband said he'll come back for the pizza. I agree. lol. 10 out of 10 recommend this place ! The staff here works hard and are welcoming. We'll definitely be back. Oh did I mention you get a free baklava for dessert too? So sweet! read more

We tried this new Middle Eastern spot and left very impressed. We started with the lentil soup, creamy, comforting, and served warm. Simple, but done right. For the main course, we ordered the beef kabobs. You get three kabobs, rice, salad, and hummus, all for $12.99, which is a steal. The flavor was outstanding. Every bite was well seasoned and balanced. Nothing bland, nothing overpowering. We also had the chicken biryani, and it was packed with deep, savory flavor. Rich, aromatic, and very satisfying. It came with salad, hummus, and fresh khubz bread, which tied everything together perfectly. For dessert, we finished with Oatayef with a cream filling. It's hard to describe, but imagine a mini folded cake that tastes like a creamy cloud of sugar. Light, sweet, and the perfect ending to the meal. Great food, generous portions, fair prices. We recently visited Marhaba with a party of 9, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, we were not greeted at all and had to rearrange the tables ourselves to accommodate our family. Shortly after sitting down, the server brought only 5 tiny bottles of water for 9 people and asked if that would be enough. Despite the restaurant not being busy, nobody came to take our order until we called the server over ourselves after waiting around 15 minutes. During the ordering process, the server repeatedly interrupted after each person ordered to ask if we were done, even though we were clearly ordering one person at a time. After finally placing our order, we were informed that several menu items were unavailable and that some items would take over an hour to prepare, despite supposedly only needing to be grilled. We adjusted our order based on what they actually had available. What made the experience even worse was the lack of basic hospitality. This restaurant usually serves complimentary soup while customers wait for their food, yet we watched multiple tables that arrived after us receive theirs while we received nothing. We waited over an hour with no food, no soup, and no check-ins from the server. At that point, we decided to leave and cancel the order entirely due to the unacceptable wait and poor service. Only then did the server suddenly claim that "everything was ready" and that she was "just about to bring the soup," despite us already waiting well over an hour. Overall, the customer service and staff were extremely unprofessional and inattentive. The entire experience felt disorganized and disrespectful to customers' time. Unfortunately, the food itself is mediocre at best, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

Very nice family/folks running this restaurant. The tables were clean. Food was well portioned. We enjoyed it when they turned on some traditional music. Very nice. They might save themselves some money by asking if people would like 1 or 2 pieces of flat bread, and the free lentil soup (which is super good if you like lentil soup, I could have eaten three). I saw quite a few people wasting both items. Also, the same with the creamy garlic white dip, quite a few fill containers with lids went to the trash, even though it's delicious. We ordered too much. The okra soup, which is yummy, piping hot and salty but very oily (which I think is normal for this dish as I've had it almost exactly the same elsewhere). The kubbah plate was filling. Their kubbah had a thicker grain shell than other places I've had it but for some people, this might be a plus, I needed to use a little more garlic sauce on it but it was very filling and their baba and hummus are the delicious shining stars. We also had a chicken shawarma wrap with fries. Very good. And lastly, we tried a flat bread round meat pastry that was good as well as a fluffy creamy square pastry that was not too sweet and delightful. We will definitely go back and try more things. I think next, the kebabs but I will never skip their baba ganoush or hummus. Our only complaints are 1. it takes a little long to get the food (but it's worth it). 2. Quite a bit of disposable, non-biodegradable waste which is hard to partake of. 3. It's a little confusing when you come in to know if you're supposed to order at the counter, sit in the main room or the room behind the beaded curtains. We also didn't know if we were supposed to go to the counter to pay or wait at the table for payment. Some more communication and separation between the two ways they wait on customers could be made with a simple sign that explains what to do. Like, to go orders here. Full service restaurant diners are seated in the room on the right. We stood in line at the counter just inside the front door in for quite a while before we were told how it works. It's new so I'm sure some of these kinks will work themselves out. read more

Three of us , men arrived at this restaurant. it seemed empty & we were debating if we ought to go somewhere else- but we decided to go in & gave it a try. We were greeted as we walked in & looked at the menu on board overhead by the cashier. The place is spacious & clean. We had the lentil soup which was delicious after we sat down & ordered our meals. Took awhile since this is not a fast food restaurant, so if you are in a hurry better call ahead! We ordered Marhaba Combination meal for two & had to take some home- a lot of food My other friend ordered the vegetarian plate & he ate it all. We also ordered deserts, some to take home & Baklavas to ate there! We will come back to have another meal there soon & You will not be regret to come here for a meal, just come hungry! read more

Don't let the outside fool you. The food is amazing. Great variety. We had lamb shank and chicken tikka with a side of Baba Ganoush and salad. All amazing. We also had some of their savory pastries that were delicious. We plan to go back. Next time we'll get more desserts to take home. read more

The service was amazing, the food was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere was nothing special, but it was clean. I was very impressed with the baklava. We got a little tray with a variety of different pieces for $13! That is the best value I've ever heard of! If it didn't have calories I'd be back every single day. read more
