It's so dry it's practically jerky. Very disappointed for the price that I paid. They also do their own DoorDash deliveries which is fine, however you don't get up to date tracking on the food. The food sat at my front door for who knows how long because the driver didn't bother to knock.

They have delivered to a hall as well as our home, they've set up in our backyard and inside our dining space. They stay communicative with delivery and pick up times, updates and ETAs of arrival. I'd have to say that by now, we have ordered every item on their menu - including the lechon, and we've gotten great feedback from family & friends.
