I really wanted to keep using this service, but I had to fire them today after yet another scheduling frustration. I've used them for both regular house cleaning and a move-out clean. On the positive side, the cleaning itself is decent, and the ladies who come to the house are always very nice and respectful. However, their punctuality and communication are major issues. They are consistently late - often upwards of 30 minutes. What makes it incredibly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. They will wait until the exact time they are scheduled to arrive to tell me they are running behind, or they will say they are showing up "soon" and then take over half an hour to actually get here with absolute radio silence in between. This has wasted my time on several occasions and forced me to push back my own plans while waiting around for them to show up. If you have a completely wide-open schedule and don't mind waiting around, their cleaning is fine. But if you value your time and expect basic professional communication regarding ETAs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

We just had another cleaning and I have to say that I continue to be impressed by Vivia and her crew. They are trustworthy, detailed*, on time, have good and fair prices, are always in a good mood, our animals love them, the house smells so clean, they make little designs with your throw blankets, and the energy of the house feels better after they have been here! They are amazing, try them out. A bit about the pictures, we have a LOT of hard floor space because we removed all the carpeting bc we have pets and allergies. Also, I craft a lot and that means debris on the floor right underneath my work area. But, Vivia and her brother left the floors shiny! (See pictures.) The booking process was pretty straightforward: I requested a quote via Yelp, entered my info, and within 15 minutes, Maria sent me a price estimate and a breakdown of their cleaning services. Maria and I agree on a date, time, and the number of cleaners. Booked! Vanessa and Leticia show up on the scheduled day, and I point out and explain what can and cannot be cleaned. There was a bit of a language barrier (they both spoke Spanish and used Google Translate to communicate with me), but it wasn't a huge deal. With three young children, our house is often cluttered with toys and books, but Vivia makes sure to wipe or vacuum under the clutter, and not just around it. She also tidies up the clutter afterward, which I really appreciate. They were the most competitively/fair priced thorough moving out service that I could find, with their quote being less than $300. Granted, the size of my spot was not a full size house. Once they arrived, I re-summarized my asks and the ladies immediately went to work. Here are quick observations:: 1) Very friendly and nice - They weren't loud or obnoxious, they just focused on cleaning. This builds trust and I don't have to always supervise. (Last cleaning service sent ladies that kept talking crap about her coworker. It was very awkward, weird, and uncomfortable). 2) Hardworking - They were really careful with the furniture, window blinds, and everything in my cabinet. It was Memorial Day but they were in business to help us out! The house is 3500 sqf, pretty dirty especially the flooring, kitchen and toilets. I requested 2 staffs for 1.5 hours, I didn't think they could finish all the request so I was ready to do whatever was not done, but they did it!
