I just came back home after trying this company for the first time and I'm very disappointed with the quality of cleaning. There are crumbs all over the floors, kitchen sink and stove have stains. I've had multiple cleaning companies over the years but this is by far one of the worst. What's the point of paying for a cleaning service if at the end I have to clean it again myself?! We were really looking forward to using these cleaning services especially given the great reviews here. While they were polite, they did not do a thorough job with their cleaning job at all and seemed rushed. Having paid $160 to them you would think they would take the time out to do a better job, especially with the kitchen. They wiped the stove top down but then left all the dirty pots and pans on top! Then they hand washed dishes and put some on the dish drying rack but it was a really terrible job of washing since they rushed and left several cups very dirty. See attached photo. So disgusting. They also stacked dirty dishes on the floor instead of actually washing them. See photos. When they left, I had to wash the pots and pans and all the cups that they left behind. Additionally, after the dish washer was run, it looked so sloppy like they threw everything in there carelessly and several dishes in it were not clean. Also, there was a dirty rice paddle that was on the counter. Instead of washing it, they simply moved it on the counter. Our appliances in the kitchen were also left unclean and super grimey and gross! Needless to say, I feel ripped off with them. $160 for a cleaning job and I had to clean up after them was not worth it at all. I really wanted to like them and use their services more, but what's the point of hiring a cleaning service (especially a pricey one) when you leave a trail I have to then clean up right after?? read more

Service - Two friendly, professional ladies cleaned my kitchen, fridge, stove, and microwave in a little less than hour. They did a spectacular job. My fridge is sparkling! They cleared my front door entrance of cat litter and took all my trash. Price - $80 for the above. Excellent price. They actually don't service Hercules area but they made an exception and drove over anyway. read more

Wow! Biweekly Maid was a great choice! The crew came in and spent 3+ hours deep cleaning my condo. It looked like it did the first day I moved in, absolutely worth it. The crew was so thorough and scrubbed everything including my bathroom and blinds which were probably most in need of a good cleaning. Setting up an appointment was easy and I found the pricing extremely fair and even a little less than some other services I looked into. I first found them on Yelp. I desperately needed a deep cleaning on my newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo. There were mess all over the place and couldn't handle it by myself without the housekeepers help. So I asked Biweekly Maid to help us out. They sent us 2 ladies and I was so impressed with their work. They were so detail oriented and amazing organized everything in their place. Tried their service. Specifically said we needed dishes done. They said no problem. And floors. No problem. Great! I said. Didn't get any of that. See posted pics. I said I wasn't happy with the job, they said no problem. But they still charged me $160 for an hour and a half. So, yeah. Maybe they just say no problem to everything and don't do anything. I don't know what the deal is. They have 5 stars, so I was expecting them to at least be ok? Update: just discovered that in their rush, they filled the jet dry compartment in the dishwasher with detergent. Let's see how long that takes to clean out. read more

They did an incredibly thorough and efficient move-out clean. They even cleaned the major grease stain out of my oven that I told them the didn't have to worry about since I felt it was impossible to get off. They saved me hundreds on my security deposit and came in right at the budget the quoted me. read more

I hate cleaning, but I want clean counters and I'm allergic to dust. We have a lot of stuff in a smallish 1 bedroom space and a pet, so the dust accumulates. Two nice ladies showed up right on time today to clean my apartment. I'm now in a made bed, with a clean bathroom, vacuumed/dusted apartment, clean kitchen, and they did the inside of my fridge. $120 since our apartment is small, they spent about an hour and a half. Look no further! These ladies are the best I have ever had. Punctual, respectful, polite, then, very thorough and complete. No cutting corners! My house had been neglected, mess, grease and dust build up, grandkids. I thouhgt I could not get anyone who would face it, but these ladies did and without complaint or comment. Just happy to help. Save your money. They do a 50/50 job on cleaning. I've used them 2 times so far. The first time they offered to do my entire apartment (2b/1ba) for $120. They weren't incredibly thorough but they did a somewhat decent job. For context, my apartment is only 1047 sqft. Nothing MAJOR, no stairs no real effort if you will. We needed a few things cleaned like our bathroom and floors and that was done to the best of their ability I suppose. However next time we reached out we asked them to not do the bedrooms but rather the living and common areas. These are only 600 square feet. Nothing major right. WRONG! They ended up charging us $100, used all our cleaning products at home, gave us attitude when asked for them to vacuum our place. When I asked to book again and negotiate the price because , let's be honest they used half my stuff at home, they were firm on being nonnegotiable. So be it. I'll save my money, find someone who A) knows how to conduct business (customer service, Attitude, preparation) and b) someone who's pricing isn't just dictated on a whim. To the owners, Lucy in particular I'm disappointed and you NEED to do better in order to live up to your claim as "one of the best in the Bay Area", such a pity... fellow helpers, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more

I'm very lucky to have found Sue on Yelp! I had surgery and only needed help for a couple of sessions, which can be hard to secure. When i requested a quote, Sue got back to me in a very timely manner. Sue was able to take me on as a temporary client, which was amazing, most people will not accommodate temporary work.
