I took my child to do her cleaning appointment, and like aways, the lady that "cleans" her teeth (not a hygienist by the way) says she has to have someone else do the cleaning... little do I know, that the actual cleaning won't be done for another 2 hours. But wait, that's not all, when the actually dentists comes to see my kid, without looking at her X-rays nor even opening her mouth he tells me she has 7 cavities, that needs to be filled, he opens my child's mouth in a very rude way checking her as if it were an animal or something disgusting to touch and giving out numbers to the assistant. He says she needs a cleaning with the hygienist, I say I just want the regular cleaning for now, and I'll make an appointment for another day. He gets up and leaves. The assistant, sits next to my child writing stuff, I ask her when she will begin the cleaning because I need to leave and to please show me the X-rays and the 7 cavities. She tells me that the cavities aren't on the X-rays. That the doctor was the one who saw them... so I asked her to bring back the doctor and show me the cavities, she leaves and comes 1 minute later to tell me the doctor is on a conference call and can't show me. Wow! Also, she tells me that she can't do the cleaning and goes to the front desk to secretly tell the receptionist (on her ear) what's happening. I get up and stand in front of them. I say I can't wait for the hygienist 1 more hour, that I just want the regular cleaning. The receptionist tells me that can't be done that it's policy that regular cleaning can't be done if a different cleaning is needed. Wow! So I told my child to get up from the chair, and we left. SO RUN! RUN AWAY AND FAR FROM THIS PLACE!
