This little place has fantastic service and delicious homemade ice cream! It is very expensive though. $7 plus tax for a small dish of ice cream. Seems like prices are going up everywhere. Nevertheless, the ice cream was delicious. Sometimes it's worth paying for homemade ice cream! Today I got cookies and cream, hubs got coconut carmel and mom got butterscotch toffee. Yum!

It was really fascinating how many flavor options they had available. The shop calls itself homemade so I assume it is, but it's impressive to offer so much. I ordered a Thai iced tea in a small size. It may have been their small but it was a large scoop in the cup. It was a welcomed surprise to end my night out, the ice cream end up being very good and tasted exactly how the namesaked drink tasted like. There was a bit of a wait to it even though there was maybe 3 people in front of me in line. I think it was a good 15 to 20 minutes of waiting before I was able to order. Almost seemed like they did one order at a time. I may have ordered ice cream in a cup but they were still doing milk shakes and other things for other people. I assume that's what took so long. They have wooden benches outside in the parking lot which is nice on a summer night to sit and enjoy a treat. Probably will come again when I stumble near it.

Pretty homey feel when you walk into the store. There was a cute selfie wall when you walk to the register. The menu is pretty extensive. I debated getting a drink but was so full from lunch that I got a box of the ube crinkle instead. My husband did order an ube shake for him and my son, so the three of us shared. First I noticed that people don't come here for one drink- people leave with 4-5! Everything looked so good coming out that I couldn't wait to try my husband's shake. Staff was friendly and place was clean! They did have those floor fans going on which I assume was to try the wet footprints from the melting snow outside, so I think that made the restaurant louder the it is. The ube shake was delicious! It was a little hard to drink at first because it was made pretty icy. I'd prefer mine to be a little smoother, but not a huge thing since it'll just melt. My 5 year old LOVED the "ice cream". He drank a good amount which was shocking. I had the ube crinkle when I got home and it was SO good. It was the perfect softness and it wasn't overly powered on top. I ended up eating a second one, which I normally would never do but I couldn't help myself! It wasn't overly sweet or coated with powder and the softness just made it that much better. Would I come back? I would if I happen to be in the area, I will definitely stop by to try the rest of their cakes/drinks!

(My fav color) Tons of ube and pandan and coconut goodies that go beyond your basic desserts, it truly was so hard to choose. My family doesn't eat eggs and I wanted to bring back something for them and the girl at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful at directing me towards suitable desserts. Also love that it seemed like a small family owned operation I opted for the calamansi drink which was perfect for a 90 degree spring day and a pandan coconut pudding to bring home. I wish the pudding was a bit less sweet (I tend to dislike overly sweet things) but overall, this is the most extensive filipino dessert place I've found in the tri- state area and I will be back if I'm around somerville again

But I went BECAUSE I'M A GOOD FRIEND!! Ahem :/ Anyway, the co-owner Tony, took me and my girls for a grownup ride through high level chocolate production and tasting. I felt like I learned a lot and sampled some fabulous chocolates. I'm not even a chocolate lover and I left with about 15 pieces. If you love to support local business and creative people and you wanna upgrade from Hershey's (though no shame bc I just housed a Mr. Goodbar), def give this place a try. Perfect for private events or daily drop-ins!

Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Meltaway ($2.25) - This was essentially a peanut butter cup. I thought it was just okay, lacked peanut butter flavor. Kokoleka 55% Single Origin Dark Mango Meltaway ($2.25) - This was similar to the peanut butter meltaway, but just with a mango flavor. I initially thought it was going to be a mango filling, but that was not the case. Regardless, it was pleasant and balanced well with the chocolate. Kokoleka Dark 55% Single Origin Banana Ganache Truffle ($1.20) - Again, I thought this was going to be filled with a banana filling, but it was not. This was probably my favorite. The chocolate was delicate, and the banana flavoring just enhanced that. Kokoleka Dark 55% Single Origin Cabernet Sauvignon Ganache ($1.40) - This was my least favorite. I just did not care for the wine taste here. Madagascar Chocolate 36% Single Origin Sea Salt Caramel ($1.60) - The caramel chocolate log was appetizing. I really enjoyed this type of chocolate. Dark Chocolate Infused with 30 mg. CBD Oil ($4.30) - This was just straight chocolate. It was refreshing and pleasant to have. Will I go back? I would.
