The cinnamon bun was honestly better than Cinnabon, the brownies were amazing, and the donuts were flavorful and fresh. I was so impressed that I returned the very next day. Unfortunately, Saturday's visit was completely different. The cinnamon bun was misshapen, dry, and lacked the flavor I enjoyed the day before. Even the display items looked unappealing, and the service was subpar. The inconsistency was disappointing, especially after such a great experience on Friday. Because of the poor service and inconsistent quality, I have to give a hard 2 stars. The employees would benefit from better training, and the product quality needs to be more consistent. I hope the owner or manager sees this review and takes it as constructive feedback from a loyal customer who genuinely wants the business to do well. I will return again, hoping to experience the same quality and service I received on Friday.

The whole experience is always nostalgic and 10/10. The staff is always so kind and more than willing to give you their thoughts about different ice creams, and provide you with samples. The shop was recently repainted and it looks so cute now! I do miss the old look a bit but I also really like the new one! The inside seating definitely needed a refresh and it's great now! The flavors are still just as good as ever, the brownie smores is a long time favorite of mine. Now the sizes- I get a kiddie because it is HUGE. I can never finish the small size. The size in the pictures is a kiddie for reference. I usually get brownie s'mores and another flavor to complement it, and top it off with sprinkles. Not only do they offer hard ice cream flavors (a pretty big selection) but they offer soft serve. This place also has frozen yogurt that they can make from their multiple soft serve flavors. I really like how they accept Venmo as well. I also like how they had a bench you could sit at. Not sure how many people actually sit outside this place to eat ice cream but the gesture felt welcoming. I ended up getting the birthday cake and the chocolate hazelnut in a cup. They gave a pretty big quantity which I was very happy about. However, I did feel like the flavors were basic. I didn't feel like it came straight from the farm or whatever. I was definitely slightly disappointed. Maybe I'll give their frozen yogurt a try next time and it won't disappoint.

The soft serve- a classic with so many toppings. The hard serve and Italian ice is all homemade and the multiple flavors come from generations of family recipes. I can never decide between these, or the Slushie 'gelatos', or perfectly thick Milkshakes made with fresh ingredients. Don't forget to grab some cookie wafer ice cream sandwiches to go for home, and for their winter off season! You can tell how good the ice cream is here, because usually there's a line down the sidewalk of people waiting! If it's not too busy, I'm always glad to stand and chat a bit with Rachel and catch up on the latest goings on in town, just like I did with Harry who ran the shop my entire childhood. Try not to get overwhelmed because at Frozen Falls your wish really is their command. 2) Testers. In my opinion, every self serve froyo shop NEEDS to allow for people to test flavors. Frozen Falls does just that. You will have to ask an associate for tester cups (they'll do it for you), but my experience has always been that staff is super patient and willing to let you try as many flavors as you'd like. 3) Open late for when you have those 10pm froyo cravings. I absolutely love that they're open til 11pm on Fridays! 4) Clean, bright, and open floor plan. Staff kept the tables in tip top shape and the froyo dispensers were clean too. 5) Free and accessible water. These are the small details that Frozen Falls certainly hasn't overlooked. I can usually chug back a water after eating all the sweets so its nice that they keep a water dispenser right at your finger tips. 6) Pay by the weight so feel free to get as little (or as much) as you want!
