Super cute bakery! A coworker brought their cookies and pastries into work awhile back and they were so good. We finally visited the other day and tried the polish apple cake, some cookies, and a blueberry scone. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy any of the things we got. Most were dry and low on flavor and fruit. I don't know what happened - maybe we picked the wrong things or it was an off day.

Wonderful local bakery with great selection from fresh bread to pastries (kifli is a favorite). Seasonally decorated cookies and cakes as well. Custom cakes are not only delicious, but custom designs are available. You can tell they take pride in their work. Convenient parking and easy access. Highly recommend.

    Disgusting cupcakes

The frosting on the cupcakes I bought tasted like straight butter. No sugar or sweetness what's so ever. Literally just whipped butter. I am literally appalled that they would sell this. On top of that, the cupcake was ROCKHARD as if was at least 6 days old. How dare you guys sell this. How do you expect us to support small businesses when it's once sided. You guys don't take care of us. I'm so disgusted and never again will I buy anything from this bakery.

This place smells delicious before you even get through the door. The warm smell of vanilla and fresh goodies let's you know you walked into a real bakery, not this fake plastic tasting cookies you tend to see in most places. The options are endless and they also make custom cakes from what I saw posted in the store and a few fun cakes in the fridge as well. I got a few things to try out and mmmmm were they fresh and tasty. I bought a couple macaroons which completely impressed me. On par with the best macaroons I ever had in France. Long story short, check this place out and it'll be hard to have just one!

We ordered our wedding cake from Bridgewater Bakery and it turned out perfectly! They created the exact icing design I wanted and held on to our cake topper for us. The bakery was also able to deliver the cake day of which was very helpful. We ordered vanilla cake with chocolate mouse filling and vanilla buttercream. It was delicious and tasted very fresh. We received many compliments!

A big thank you to Bridgewater Bakery for coming to my rescue. I completely forgot to order a cake for my mil 80th. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they had a beautiful cupcake cake ready for the party on Sunday. Not only was it beautiful but it was delicious and very affordable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful- no fondant, delicious buttercream cake!

When it's your Grandma's 87th birthday, you need to get a cake that takes her breath away. Thank you Bridgewater Bakery for doing just that! We got a two tier cake yellow cake with fresh strawberries and blueberries and custard. The decoration was all buttercream and all delicious. (Fondant is pretty, but usually doesn't taste good and people just peel it off.) The prices are really reasonable, especially for the quality of design and ingredients. We had 14 people and the two tiers was more than enough. Everyone happily brought a huge slice home.

The bakery was cute but the cake was not as I requested. They told me on pick up day that they didn't have a wedding cake designer. I wanted a cake with 7 inch top and 12 inch bottom. However, it worked out though it was only 3 people that enjoyed the 7 inch part we paid $40 dollars for dry cake. It was dry and not moist either. The flowers were pretty on top of the cake. My mother-in-law turned 90. I hope others have a better experience and the cake was very dry they need to work on that and get tips from other cake bakers or go to YouTube. And get a wedding cake designer quick. Won't go back!

    Hello Mr. Dry.
    Stacy B.

The cakes are just way too dry and to use buttercream as a filling, why, it's already all round the outside!!! Sad, every time I ask is there pudding inside, response yes, yes...yeah right. Cookies, store brought quality :/ Boston cream pie cake may be the best thing there, but if your local supermarket sells Boston cream pie cake, well it would be on the same status. Had better, seen better, folks let's do better.

    Jelly-less jelly doughnuts.
    Mr. F.

Came in and picked up a few items. Mr. F only ordered pastries and cookies. He did not order the breads, which actually looked pretty good. People in the bakery were very friendly and eager to answer any questions. Pastries and cookies ranged from okay to good. Nothing really stood out except the jelly doughnuts. They was HORRIBLE. The jelly to doughnut ratio was way off and the dough was not sweet. See the attached picture of what 2 of Mr. F's brunch guests bit into... As Mr. F prefers to support local businesses, he will be back to try the bread, but he won't be back for dessert.

Bridgewater bakery has some of favorite desserts and the few times I have went I have absolutely enjoyed it and everything was so so fresh! This has become the go-to spot for birthday cupcakes and cakes at the office and everything is always quickly gone once people get their hands on them. Looking forward to try more things in the future and if you're a fan of Polish treats, this is the place to go! Give this place a shot! You will not regret it! The owner is really kind and wants you to experience everything the bakery has to offer:) The bakery also takes requests if you call ahead.

I was looking for a good baguette in my neighborhood for a while. But as simple as a baguette may seem, making a tasty one is an art. I was running some errands when I suddenly felt pekish. I saw on Yelp that there was an "authentic French bakery" nearby and decided, "Why not?" Originally, I was thinking of getting a quiche, but as I got into the store, I decided to switch to an avocado egg sandwich. I am sure quiche is good, but I was impressed by the sandwich. It came on the plate with very fresh salad greens. Greens there fresh and sauce tangy, just what one needs to cut through the richness of avocado and egg. I think I had an entire Avacado cut on it. The avocado itself was just right. But the star of the show, for me, was a baguette! I inhaled the entire dish and asked if they sell baguettes on their own, which they do. The bakery associate told me they just ran out, but they are baking new ones now. If I wait 10-15 minutes, I will get a freshly baked one. I could not believe my lack. They came as promises and they were great, just smell alone was to die for There are so many other things I want to try, so I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys, you all made my day!

Pretty homey feel when you walk into the store. There was a cute selfie wall when you walk to the register. The menu is pretty extensive. I debated getting a drink but was so full from lunch that I got a box of the ube crinkle instead. My husband did order an ube shake for him and my son, so the three of us shared. First I noticed that people don't come here for one drink- people leave with 4-5! Everything looked so good coming out that I couldn't wait to try my husband's shake. Staff was friendly and place was clean! They did have those floor fans going on which I assume was to try the wet footprints from the melting snow outside, so I think that made the restaurant louder the it is. The ube shake was delicious! It was a little hard to drink at first because it was made pretty icy. I'd prefer mine to be a little smoother, but not a huge thing since it'll just melt. My 5 year old LOVED the "ice cream". He drank a good amount which was shocking. I had the ube crinkle when I got home and it was SO good. It was the perfect softness and it wasn't overly powered on top. I ended up eating a second one, which I normally would never do but I couldn't help myself! It wasn't overly sweet or coated with powder and the softness just made it that much better. Service is always wonderful and tonight, Rachel was no exception My meal tonight was appitizer of fresh Guacamole. Wow. It was made moments before it was served. The chips (which I'm not supposed to eat) were fresh & crispy. For my entry I got Olla de Carne. A rich Latin beef stew with generous veggies and chunks of tender stew beef. They have about half a dozen varieties and I end up getting at least one of each every time I visit. They're hot, big, flavorful, and the shell is a perfect consistency. The waitstaff is some of the friendliest around. The outdoor seating is also quite nice in the summertime alongside the pedestrian street. In terms of the menu, it's hard to say there is a standout, because I get something different each time, and I have yet to go wrong. Everything here is absolutely excellent, and I look forward to each return visit to come.
