It starts with a grilled slice of artisan bread, and of course, I requested sourdough because that's my favorite! Then comes a generous amount of mashed avocado. And when I say they don't cheat you on the avocado... they REALLY don't! It's topped with fresh pico de gallo and two eggs. I asked for mine over easy, so that beautiful yolk could do what it does best! It was served with a fresh spring mix salad, but you can substitute the salad for something else if you prefer. Everything was delicious, and our waitress Harley was absolutely the BOMB! She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. Great food + great service = a winning combination! What really sets J Wilson's apart is the staff's consistency and professionalism. The bartenders, servers, and kitchen team all seem to work together smoothly and take pride in the experience they deliver.
