Haven't been back in a while and it was the perfect way to start our morning. Staff was nice however we preordered and the order wasn't ready when we got there.

A cavernous bakery serving various French pastries, bread, sandwiches. I understand they have over 600 locations in France, so to some extent I can understand the popularity. The breads (good), cookies (very good). We had sandwiches for lunch tasty with a good amount of meat - good but nothing earth shattering in my opinion. Service was a bit rushed / inattentive. The whole vibe was very factory like. If you're looking for some baked goods which are average to good, stop in and check it out.

Many choice of delicious bakery from this Cafe! You can have a Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch! Quick service and friendly. Outdoor and Indoor sitting! I had their Iced lite ice Cortado in oat milks (add 50cents)

I saw someone checked in at Marie Blachère and it looked really good, so I told my wife we should go for breakfast one day and of course we did. When we arrived, there were so many options to choose from. Finally decided on a Blueberry Muffin and my wife had the Chocolate croissant. For drinks I had a large Americano, and my wife had a regular coffee. Our pastries were very good, my Americano was awesome, one of the best I have had and my wife said her coffee was also great. The place was somewhat crowded, luckily, we got a table and enjoyed our breakfast in a nice comfortable setting. They also had many other options and roof top seating weather permitting. Hope to return soon.

My favorite place for croissants and baguettes, hands down the best. Unless i am in France..

    Nooooo tissue at all !!!

this place does not take care of their rest rooms !!!! as a place of business. the rest room should always be the MAIN PRIORITY !! you should always want your customers to feel like they are at home.. when you are home, do you let go your bathroom.. don't clean it, don't keep toilet tissue in it ??? to how their treat their bathroom is how they treat their customers and their employees !!! food for thought !!!

Not sure what has happened to your baguettes. They used to be so good and not even the well done ones feel just like rubbery dough.

Coffee is good, large assortment of pastries, mostly sweet. Also have lots of bread. Croissants are very flakey.

This Tous Les Jours location is on Great Neck Road in Great Neck Plaza, conveniently located by the Great Neck LIRR. When you first enter the bakery, you can see the display of organized labelled pastries and bread. The lighting is warm and the bakery is welcoming. I grabbed a tray, tongs, and a piece of parchment paper to put on top of the tray while I browsed the array of choices. I chose a Portuguese Egg Tart, also known as Pastel De Nata. My husband and I shared a croquette, garlic sausage block, and he had the spicy sausage. The Pastel De Nata was so flaky and crisp. Once I took the first bite, you can hear the crunch and the filling of creamy egg custard was so good. The garlic sausage block was really good as well. It was the perfect ratio of dough and sausage. The spicy sausage had pieces of jalapeno and the sausage was very good. The croquette was thick, crispy, and had a really good filling. I also got the Honey Lavender Matcha Latte, it was refreshing and creamy. Inside, there is plenty of seating options from tables to countertop seats. All the pastries were very yummy and not overly greasy. Everything that I've tried at Tous Les Jours have been really light and airy and you can't go wrong.

I got the ube foam topped coffee and the ube butter mochi. The coffee was ok. I couldn't really taste the ube foam on top. I had a feeling their desserts would be good, but I was seriously blown away by how good the ube butter mochi was!! Creamy top, chewy bottom, and crispy edge... YUMM!!! No wonder there was only one left when I got there; good thing I got it. I will definitely be back to try more desserts!

The ube basque cheesecake was smooth and rich, but not as potent of an ube flavor as I would've expected. IMO the standout was the passionfruit donut. It reminded me so much of a malasada. The dough was perfectly light and airy and paired perfectly with the tart passionfruit filling. I also picked up their pandesal (that was still warm!) which was baked to perfection and was just slightly sweet. I saw online that the head baker previously did pastry and Michelin restaurants and it really showed. All the bakes were so well done and the flavors weren't overly sweet. I can't wait to go back to try more!

If you don't see what you're looking for in the case, just ask because they are constantly baking and steaming for the demand. For one, I think they strategically set up shops in areas far out in Queens that are not easily accessible or overrun by the masses--this can easily bring down a business' quality. We ordered a variety of things to try, including their range of char siu baos, like the pineapple bun, the snow crust, and the regular baked bun. Definitely a step up above what Mei Lai Wah is now, with the chunky cuts of meat, but way too sweet, even with the regular version. Highly suggest just sticking with the regular unless you're really curious about the pineapple or snow crust, which really just adds a layer of sugar. My mom spotted their sachima and quickly snatched one up. They sell a small selection of Southern Chinese and Hong Kong baked goods and pastries, but don't expect the variety of a Chinese bakery. Prices are a bit steep, and I don't know if it varies by location since this location is in a higher-cost area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here if I'm craving a good char siu bao - most Chinese bakeries do them well, just a matter of finding them. Most people who came in when we were there seem to buy them in boxes so either they're a hit at parties/events or some households really love them.
