We arrived at the wrong building first but the water fountain there was beautiful. The interior of the correct location was beautiful and the glass window was pleasing yet the screen hid the beauty. The glass cases niche inside were beautiful. The coffee for guests was nice my husband appreciated that. The slide presentation was nice put on by her nephew. Overall I believe her daughter was pleased with her care for the service of her mother. As an attending person the service was beautiful. I don't believe that because there were no deers tracks, and deer never eat everything including plastic and glass. I think somebody is stealing the flowers as soon as the members leave the place. It's very sad that we spent $1000 on the flowers and my daughter couldn't have the flowers on her grave. They need to have security 24/7 because it's not right what is happening.

To this day, our Fred has been in an unmarked, unsealed box outside --that we were actually forced to clean ourselves that day. For five months, this operation has stalled and lied, and still hasn't bothered to fulfill ANY promises made. Their lies continue. Stay away from this company. It seems the new owners of Medford Peden Funeral Home have no info on how to run it. They just did…read moremy mother in laws funeral and we per in the smallest room with little light to see. The director did not offer any help when it cam time to have the family see her for the last time and we have over 30 people in a this tiny room to say good bye. You could barely see your hand in front of you. The Sound system was awful. They had no vehicle to transport the flowers to cemetery in, they were put in my sister in laws car, and one was left at funeral home, to be picked up by family member. I have never been to a funeral home and funeral where the people that worked there dressed so casually. The people that are supposedly running this place need to go to other funeral homes and see how to do their jobs appropriately . We should have investigated this funeral home before using them as it was not the same as when my father in law died. The place was dusty, Freezing cold. You cannot run a business like this by being cheap. I do not understand why we were not put in the room to the right that we had used for previous funerals for the size of our family . It is much bigger and would have allowed people to move easier and not be on top of each other. you get the lowest score possible.
