Great, local pizza shop food with good prices. The setup is pretty simple, with a room in the back with larger tables and a few smaller tables toward the front of the shop. They have both soda's to go or a draft soda machine inside. They are usually pretty good that if your order is taking extra long they'll offer a complementary drink while you wait. They have pick-up, delivery, and eat-in available. Right now, on Monday's, you can get all you can eat wings or cheese slices for $7.99. Delivery does take a little long, as I called the other day and 2 pizzas took an hour, but that was my first delivery from them. read more

Ordered $70 worth of food ...3 pizzas...get home with pizzas and they had fly eggs on them. Called to rectify and the woman was ignora disrespectful accusing us of "doing something " to them. Took the pizza back and she refused to refund the money or remake the pizzas...calling me a f***en dumba** threatening me with a lawyer..for what I have no idea . Should be the other way around considering the circumstances. Threatening to call the cops for "trespassing" for sitting in my car on the public street. So I got food from this place, and half of the time the order was late or never arrived. Or arrives cold. Yesterday I order and it takes over an hour and a half. Then, I request a refund from the deliver driver (who must be a 13 yr old kid) who doesn't find my address. Yet again. I call the store and they tell me they can't issue a refund with authorization from the owner. Which means the owner is a shitty person that doesn't understand business. I am in legal, and will be working on a project to make sure this business doesn't do this to anyone else. Plus, they have many health code violations, this one will be fun for me. Most of the time I end up getting carry out. Overall, the pizza is pretty decent, and is some of the better pizza in the area. Some may find it slightly greasy, but I don't think it's too bad. The pizza used to be okay, now it just isn't worth buying. I am very particular about my pizza. The old owners were almost okay at making it. Since the new owners took over the pizza has gone downhill. When they first took over the pizza was just okay. Every pizza that we have ordered since then has been worse than the one before. Sometimes undercooked, sometimes seriously lacking cheese and it honestly feels like the pizza keeps shrinking. One great non-menu item that they have is the garlic knots. YUM! They really need to add it to their menus. The wings are also shrinking and you never know if you will get mild or medium. It doesn't matter which you order, it's always a surprise what you will get. Subs are decent, just nothing to make Parma worth ordering from - other than the fact that they are close by. I hate leaving a bad review because the owner is so nice. I hope as he continues to receive all of these negative comments on multiple social media platforms things will eventually improve. read more

First off the customer service was great no complaints there. Very disappointed in their buffalo chicken specially pizza though. We've never had a buffalo chicken pizza we didn't like until now. We LOVE getting pizza from Parma, especially the one in Marietta (definitely the best one that we've ordered food from). Our favorite is the Buffalo Chicken STUFFED Pizza. Oh my word so delicious! I picked it up from from the restaurant the first time we ordered from Parma, it takes me like 8 minutes to get home my car smelled soo goood my stomach had some major hunger pains from that amazing aroma . When my husband and I took our first bite of that pizza we swore that's probably one of THE best pizzas EVER! Their wings and loaded fries are pretty good as well. on a recent edition of the lancaster clipper magazine there was a coupon for parma so decided to order pizza and subs from here last night. ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and two large italian subs - bill came to $29 which seemed a little high but ok. when the food arrived, about 50 minutes later i tipped the driver and settled in to eat some dinner. you know that moment when you open the pizza box and you expect utter glory and instead find the most dismally depressing slop you could ever get? that's what happened to me last night. i kid you not 3/4 of the cheese had slid off the pizza into the corners of the box and there was even a thick layer of cheese on the inside lid of the box. what the....???? really it's not rocket science folks...keep the pizza in a flat position with the lid of the box facing up and there shouldn't be any problems. my poor pizza looked like the driver had plunged off chickies rock, done several 360s and landed hood down in the mighty susquehanna. i would have called to complain and/or taken pictures to document save for the fact that i was starving and my kid was screaming bloody murder. so yeah i got that going for me. on the plus side the italian subs were pretty darn delish. however, based on the pizza experience we won't be ordering from here again!! apparently the change in management that was so heavily advertised on the cover of the clipper was not a change for the better. read more

Delivery takes forever! Today we did pick up and they didn't have spaghetti. Who runs out of spaghetti? So I asked for a garden salad and they put all kinds of stuff on I don't like... which is why I said garden salad. I wanted oil and plain vinegar (specifically not balsamic) and I got oil with no vinegar! So I had to pick apart my salad and eat it with just oil. Terrible customer service at the Marietta location. Every time we place an order it is delivered incorrectly. For example we ordered two subs and a pizza, they forgot the pizza. This evening we ordered a sub and a calzone, the incorrect calzone was read back to us and I corrected the person taking the order and they said ok. The incorrect calzone was delivered, our sub had no onions(when we asked them to be put on) and the salad dressing was wrong on the salad. We called and the "owner" spoke to my husband and laughed when he told him that. Another time we called, the delivery driver took the food to the wrong address, then tried to deliver our order an hour and half later when it was completely cold and didn't know why we were upset. We even tried to use them for a fundraiser, ordering over 10 pizzas and that was taken incorrect and two hours late, when people had already left. The list goes on and on and I'm suprised they are still open. I understand mistakes happen but every time is a bit excessive. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone and the owner, Travis is very unprofessional. Waste of money to anyone looking for pizza or subs in the Marietta and surrounding areas. read more

As I've been coming to Parma for all you can eat wings over the past few years, it has gotten progressively worse. Last night my friend ordered wings, and the woman working the cashier said, "I don't like you," with a very stern look on her face. We were immediately scared out of our minds. Allegedly, the cashier did not even work there. She told us that she was "helping out". The wings are over cooked with little sauce. We were so stressed at our terrible experience we had to go smoke swisher sweets at the river. Don't ever come here, or bring your kids here. Got a buffalo chicken tender salad...it wasnt very good...it was sitting in a half inch of water. I literally dumped out over a half cup (I measured it). Needless to say it was kind of waterlogged. But the chicken was tasty. My daughter ordered a buffalo chicken tender sub...with ranch dressing, lettuce and provolone. We think she got a buffalo chicken cheesesteak...no ranch...no lettuce...And she wasnt happy with it at all..It has always been our "go to" place but it will be a while before we visit there again. Parma makes a decent pizza, not great, but decent. Unfortunately they completely lack in customer service. On more than one occasion they messed up our order. My husband always orders extra sauce and gladly pays for it. The fourth time they forgot (after my husband specifically asked if it was in the box, which the manager replied he put it in himself,) my husband called Parma to complain. Besides that not being correct my husband had asked they not sauce the wings. The manager stated we could drive back up to get the extra pizza sauce and to get new wings. Sorry, I just waited how long for your subpar pizza, which was already getting cold. Why would I drive all the way back to their store for pizza sauce & wings and allow the rest of our meal to get cold? We asked for a credit, which the manager refused. He said the only compensation would be if we came in at that moment. After continuing to make excuses and not apologize my husband told him we would not be back, and we haven't. It has been at least 6 months since this experience. We take our business to more responsible and responsive pizza businesses in the area.
