We decided to finally try My Way Pizza & Grill. We've heard good things and now we know why everyone likes it. My wife had a berry chicken salad that was massive as well as delicious. She says the sweetness of the berries and tanginess of the poppyseed dressing was a great combination to go along with the perfectly grilled chicken. I opted for a pepperoni and sausage pizza that was also very good. But the food is only part of the story. We chose to dine in and were really glad we did. You could tell that a lot of thought went into the interior design, and a lot of attention is given to keeping everything spotless. Called this establishment and placed an order for lunch. Caller on the other end told me the total amount due at pickup and asked my name for the order. They told me 15 to 29 minutes. My roommate went to pick it up, they said they never received an order. Roommate called me to ask what number I phoned, yep, it was this establishment. Good food, but I've learned not to come here on a Sunday Night. Kids working don't pay attention. 2nd time this month I've come in and pizza gets made, but neglect the rest of the order. My way pizza is, in my opinion, a hidden gem in the Hershey area. With how fast and customizable the pizzas are, you almost expect the quality to be somewhat lacking. However, this is hands down the best pizza I have had in the Hershey area and have already went back for a second time! The pesto base was my favorite part of my pizza. -1 star because of how greasy the pizza was and my toppings literally melted through the crust. If only the crust could be a little thicker. I know pizza is usually greasy to begin with but the pizzas we got were dripping but perhaps it could've been the combination of toppings I selected. We called 20 minutes before they closed and no one answered. We walked in here at 7:50pm and they close at 8pm. They still had their open sign on and they refused to serve us and were very rude. Verdict: Your crust can't handle my pie. What the crust really can't handle is the crazy amount of meats I got and the weight thereof. Everything tasted good but the pizza needed a little more bake time to make the crust stand up to those toppings. I got my pizza with BBQ chicken, buffalo chicken, ham, and carmalized onions. Added balsamic vinegar to mix things up a bit. My protein-packed pie lasted me through lunch and then a post-lunch snack. Not a bad deal. My Way isn't a place I'll go rushing back to. I started eating my pizza so fast I forgot to take a photo! Fully customizable pizzas, sides, salads, and sandwiches. They have zeppoli bites and other options for dessert. Pizza was good! Alfredo sauce is addicting. Classic pepperoni. Their pesto is a bit oily, for my taste. The zeppoli bites are a huge portion and SO TASTY! At first glance the amount of Nutella doesn't look like enough but once you start eating you realize there is more than needed! Great interior decor with a cohesive industrial theme. Tables, booths, and a counter at the window provide plenty of seating. I had a great experience and will definitely be back to try a different pizza! This place has potential, but needs to iron out quite a few wrinkles based on our visit there today. Music was extremely loud when we walked in, so staff had to yell to each other and to customers to be heard. Service was anything but friendly and seemed confused. We filled out order forms and got our pizzas to go. While the pizzas were good, the crust was underdone and ingredients piled in the middle of the pizza inevitably fell off the thin, underdone crust. A few more minutes in the oven would have helped both the crust and the toppings, which were cold. Toppings were hit-and-miss as well: two of us were missing one of the toppings we ordered. We'll give My Way a few weeks or months and try again, but this was not a good first impression. read more

Was disappointed to be restricted to being able to order but one size (personal) but decided to go with it. Ordered pepperoni, mushroom, roasted pepper with basil on a base of provolone topped by blobs of mozzarella and leafs of basil complimented by a chunky tomato sauce. . I was delighted. I was very excited to try this restaurant, as I am always looking for the best MTO Gluten Free Pizza options. However, this visit fell a bit short of my expectations. I ordered my food to-go, and did not check before leaving to make sure that everything was OK. Firstly, my dough was very undercooked---it was doughy and soft in the middle, and every slice just split in half when I tried to pick them up. I understand that gluten-free breads can be hard to work with, but I think it would have held up better if it were cooked well enough. (Not to mention, when you have to pay $3 extra for a dough you can actually eat, it should be worth it!) Secondly, I paid for additional toppings that were not included on the pie. In addition, I simply opted out of the vegan cheese (I also cannot have dairy) because it would have been another $3. I will probably go back, as I love the concept and offerings, and you need a good pizza every once and a while. However, this experience didn't measure up to those I have had with its competitor, MOD Pizza in other towns (which have been both better quality and cheaper.) read more

This new restaurant is clean and professionally decorated. Its laid back vibe is fun. The staff was very nice, but were quite busy training new staff. The pizza concept is awesome. Gives you choices not available in other places around the location. With all that said, the pizza was not cooked well at all. The crust was burn on the rim and raw in the center.
