The shower doors in the unit are glass and usually have hard water stains, which they clean and leave them squeaky clean every time. I even used them for a deep cleaning when I had a renter who left the unit in very bad shape with stains, trash everywhere, rotten food, etc. Euro Clean came to the rescue and left the place sparkling! She also offered to refund part of the organization fee since I decided to only do the kitchen. I really appreciate her willingness to clarify and make things right. Rachel is incredibly kind, friendly, and an absolute powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. She made my home look spotless -- every surface gleamed, everything smelled fresh, and her attention to detail in the main cleaning work was fantastic. It was such a relief walking into such a fresh, tidy space. That being said, there were a few small things that could be improved. For whatever reason, I felt like she was very rushed. The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference. I had also paid for organization, originally planning to do the guest room and kitchen, but when she arrived I decided to just do the kitchen. The charge stayed the same, which I wish had reflected the smaller scope. Overall, Rachel's cleaning skills are truly excellent, and she's a joy to work with. With a little more consistency on the smaller finishing touches and more clarity in pricing, her service would be perfect. There were 2 very friendly ladies who were ready to work when they arrived. This was a post construction clean that they were aware of beforehand. There are some things they did a great job cleaning but many other things not so much. We did a walkthrough at the end but there was so much to look at it was hard to see what needed more work. Some examples of additional things that could have used more attention are the faces of the cabinets in the bathrooms, the top part of the microwave door, the outside of the oven still had dust on it, and the shower floor could have used more attention to the dirt and grim in the cracks. The main thing that made me take a closer look was the soap bottle in the guest bathroom....it still had construction dust all over it meaning something simple wasn't even wiped. I am sure for a routine clean they do a fine job, but this intense deep clean they just missed the mark by a little. ETA: yes, there were things left behind that needed to be moved. I was promptly moving those items when I saw them and was told not to that they would. I was appreciative of it but it was not asked or required of them. While yes, there was touch up painting being done the dust I am talking about had been caked on for years. This isn't just a simple dusting that needed to be done in the end. We are taking in the cracks and grooves of cabinet doors, the grooves of the shower floor, and such. It was a nice bright day and there is a big window in the bathroom. I was able to further clean it with the right tools in the same lighting. It seems like they just got in a rush towards the end of the cleaning.
