I texted Smith Bro's for a quote and sent pictures. They were honest with me about the fabric & how it may be difficult to get it fully white again. I appreciated that honesty. Once we set up an appointment, they tested a spot on my couch, first, to see if it would be worth my time & money. Again, they were honest that it might not come out to be as white as I would like. But I decided to give it a go & Jeremy (I'm pretty sure that was his name) worked diligently for 4 hours to try to get it as clean as he could. He did an amazing job! It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard). After receiving quotes from other companies, I felt this was a fair price as well. Highly recommend!

There were 2 very friendly ladies who were ready to work when they arrived. This was a post construction clean that they were aware of beforehand. There are some things they did a great job cleaning but many other things not so much. We did a walkthrough at the end but there was so much to look at it was hard to see what needed more work. Some examples of additional things that could have used more attention are the faces of the cabinets in the bathrooms, the top part of the microwave door, the outside of the oven still had dust on it, and the shower floor could have used more attention to the dirt and grim in the cracks. The main thing that made me take a closer look was the soap bottle in the guest bathroom....it still had construction dust all over it meaning something simple wasn't even wiped. I am sure for a routine clean they do a fine job, but this intense deep clean they just missed the mark by a little. ETA: yes, there were things left behind that needed to be moved. I was promptly moving those items when I saw them and was told not to that they would. I was appreciative of it but it was not asked or required of them. While yes, there was touch up painting being done the dust I am talking about had been caked on for years. This isn't just a simple dusting that needed to be done in the end. We are taking in the cracks and grooves of cabinet doors, the grooves of the shower floor, and such. It was a nice bright day and there is a big window in the bathroom. I was able to further clean it with the right tools in the same lighting. It seems like they just got in a rush towards the end of the cleaning.

As required by our agreement, we provided them with a full 30-day notice last night to end services professionally and respectfully. Instead of honoring their end of the contract and continuing service during the notice period, they chose not to show up at all to complete their scheduled cleaning. For a business that works with schools and relies on trust, dependability should be the bare minimum. Walking away from a job immediately after being given proper notice is extremely unprofessional and left us scrambling to ensure our preschool was clean and ready for children the next day. Very disappointing experience overall. *Pictures provided were date and time stamped from this morning (2/10/26) after we gave notice last night (2/9/26).

I (along with many other reviewers it seems) found that their DEEP CLEAN service (for almost $300!!!) was instead a below average "basic" cleaning at BEST. First they were delayed so they sent one person over to do the bathrooms while waiting for the rest of the team to get there. Rest of the team (which turned out to be one other person lol) got there 2 HOURS after my scheduled cleaning time and then they were "done" in less than an hour. Issues I had with the quality of my "deep" cleaning: 1. Did not mop the hardwood floor of the entire 2nd story and didnt clean the hardwood stairs at all. 2. Completely missed my guest room (all they did was vacuum the hardwood floor). My desk still had dust on it 3. Didn't clean the windows of the 2nd story and neglected all blinds and window sills 4. The small room where my washer/dryer was there was a lot of dust and lint near the vent. Saw them vacuuming there so thought they took care of it but go back in there after they left and it was still absolutely covered in dust/lint 5. none of the ceiling fans were cleaned and still covered in dust 6. None of my kitchen cupboards were wiped down and still had some food splatter on them Overall just really let down after spending almost $300 for a deep clean, only to get cleaners that came 2 hrs late and barely tried / paid little to no attention to detail which led to me having to clean more after they left. They really went above and beyond cleaning all of the bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, etc. They dusted, folded the towels, cleaned into crevices, and really heavily cleaned the shower and bath tub. We previously used another cleaning service but moving forward we will definitely use Ton again. Overall his company does a much better job at a much better value than other cleaning companies. 10/10 highly recommended!!
