There were about 10 cleaning staff mopping and 3 servers with 2 host/hostess at the front. Didn't get orders in until after 5, but we had to wait for over 15 min and had to plead our case to get the special order. Long story short, we got the special, but only after speaking with the waitress and the manager. 3 bucks doesn't matter, but what matters is don't blame the customer for waiting patiently and then telling them sorry you didn't make it in time. It's about the principle, about customer service, and valuing your consumer- we enjoy coming here for the experience with friends, for the special, and for convenience. Overall we appreciate the ability that the manager remedied the situation and make what seemed an impossible time and 'computer' problem into a possible "we'll make it happen" positive experience! Bad food and equally bad service. The tartar sauce, along with potato salad and coleslaw all were extremely sour. The bacon, was extremely small and shriveled up, and it appeared that four pieces actually made one piece. The fish and chips, obviously coming from a frozen box was not anything that I expected. We stayed at the Tuscany for 4 nights and enjoyed daily meals at Marilyn's Cafe. Our servers were all excellent! The restaurant has daily dinner specials. Monday night's was a turkey dinner with all the trimmings of Thanksgiving. It was big enough for the 2 of us to split and feel full. Surprisingly the meal was delicious! Our server, Robert, was friendly and attentive to our needs. Kudos to all the staff who waited on us for 5 days. Emilia, Stacie, Hector, and Robert. If you're looking for affordable food, close to the Vegas strip, with excellent service come to Marilyn's Cafe! I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here! I am staying at a hotel on the strip, but I wanted to find somewhere more affordable to have breakfast. We decided to walk from our hotel, it took us about 20 minutes but it was all worth it. Right when we were seated we were asked what we wanted to drink, and then our waitress stopped by to take our order immediately after. Our waitress was very friendly and checked on us multiple times. She made sure our drinks were never empty, and that we were satisfied. The food here is delicious, and the servings are a decent size. CHEAPEST Steak & Eggs you'll find in Las Vegas ! Located in the Tuscany Suites & Casino ~ I ALWAYS come here after a night of clubbing when you get those late night munchies. They have the special from midnight to 5AM. It's perfect when you wanna try to sober up and get into a food coma. Easy for you to KTFO when you get back to the hotel LOL. I haven't gone since COVID started, but a friend of mine went recently and told me its closed. Apparently their hours changed and it's not open during the late night munchie hours anymore T_T. We told the waitress she did not care I asked for toast for replacement. It took forever to get the toast with her coffee and more coffee and she forgot about us everything that was good was the eggs , very disappointed very low quality food and horrible waitress who did not seem like she even cared about her job. We ordered a prime rib and a teriyaki chicken of some kind. Based on a two or three start restaurant, I would say the service was okay. The prime rib was supposed to be 10 oz. Chicken and Waffles featured extra large and crispy panko(?)-breaded chicken tenders that seemed not so much fried but baked. However they were done, they came out delicious. I ordered 2 of the specials. Yes, two! Hungry as F! It was either order 2 of the steak and egg specials or keel over from starvation! Well, I took both plates down. Toast and all! One of the best "unexpected gem" secrets that I found out about by a Las Vegas native. I would always come to Marilyn's Cafe after clubs in the AMs for their Steak n Eggs which is like $5.99 I believe?? This cafe is located in Tuscany Hotel which is kinda far from most clubs but worth the uber/lyft over. I believe their Steak n Eggs special is usually in the middle of the night which is the perfect drunchies. You can order the steaks however you want (rare, medium rare, medium well, etc.), you can also order the eggs however style you want (poached, scrambled, sunny side up, etc.), and you can order whatever your 2 pieces of bread you want too (wheat or white). It also comes with a big piece of hash brown. DEFINITELY WORTH THE COST. Service was pretty quick but the food sadly does take a long time to come out. Sometimes when it's busy, the wait for the food can feel like forever. However, once the food is out, the happiness begins because the food is bomb. I think it's one of the perfect ways to end a night. The steak is definitely worth more than the price you pay. The bread is probably my favorite part because they put butter over it and it tastes so good and toasted. Definitely a must go to place for people should go to when they're in Vegas!! I had read other Yelp reviews that had given pretty good ratings about the breakfast offerings at this little Cafe inside of the Tuscany hotel/casino. We are big breakfast buffs and usually enjoy our breakfast at local places like Ellis Island, Culinary Dropout at Hard Rock (closed now) or the Blueberry Hill down on Flamingo, so we were hoping to get something decent here. Unfortunately that didn't happen. We waited a long while to get seated. Once we were seated we waited another good 10 mins or more to have anyone even stop by and ask us what we wanted to drink. Finally got some coffees and waters and ordered a steak and eggs, medium. We also wanted a side of bacon and cheese on the eggs. Not a huge ask, right? The food came out fairly quickly, but the cut of steak was awful, fatty around most of it and cooked way past medium. Small, floppy bacon, no cheese on the eggs and a sad little pile of hash browns. Very tasteless, rather like hospital food. I never complain for the most part - and didn't this time - but thought I should let anyone on Yelp know that the steak and eggs here is definitely not worth the money or the wait. I probably won't be back, but i've heard the Eggs Benedict is pretty good. If you end up here, maybe go for that instead. read more

The menu options are just as good as Ellis island, prices hovering around $9! Tried this spot cause it was new to me. My family enjoyed their steak and eggs and other breakfast options as well. For this visit, I decided on the "Las Vegas winner" breakfast. With was 3 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 pancakes and hash browns. Perfect combo and totally worth it for $10!
