This restaurant is a little hidden gem. I stopped by with my best friend to grab lunch on our way to Isabela and the food did not disappoint. We tried the grilled chicken breast with "criolla" sauce, rice and fried plantains and everything was on point. It's right on the beach so you get very nice views of the water. They have AC inside but if you want the tropical vibes I recommend you sit in the terrace. The house made lemonade was so good! We bought one to go. Service was super nice and friendly. read more

Ocean-view restaurant. Steak and seafood, IPAs, and mojitos on offer. Excellent location with outdoor seating. Our server was satisfactory, taking orders promptly, but was hard to find after food arrived to fulfill any additional requests. I had high hopes for the place, but the food fell short on flavor. The steak was overcooked, lacking the perfect grilled taste, instead tasting steamed. The fish was overly salty, the rice was cold, and the beans didn't have the expected garlicky Sofrito flavor. I was a bit sad to pay so much money and leaving unsatisfied. Being someone who likes to give second chances, I'm looking forward to visiting again to see if the food quality improves. read more

If I could then 3.5 stars. The ribs were alright but the mashed potatoes were really good. It was a really long wait though considering there wasn't many people at the restaurant. Stood waiting at the hostess area, no one there. After 15 minutes chased down a waitress. She told us to go to any table and she'd be with us. Went upstairs, tables were all dirty. Decided it was TOO COLD inside so we moved to the patio. Once there we ordered our appetizers and entrees.They were delivered and I was told they were out of salad. WHAT!!!! How does that happen? Nice and modern vibe to this beachside restaurant. Nice music was playing in the background and the outside deck was fun to hang out. Marilyn made sure to visit each table and ensure the service and food were on point Mahi Mahi al ajillo was spectacular, mofongo was flavorful, cesar salad was fresh and crisp. That was plain yellow colored rice, with 4 shrimps, 4 mussels and an empty lobster's shell. Where the lobster's meat went? The "Paella" also had broccoli, pieces of carrots and coliflor. If you want to spend $30 on a big pile of rice, with frozen vegetables and chewy seafood, go for the paella, otherwise save your $30 and walk away from their food and enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the sea. The view here is amazing, right on the beach, which is why we stopped in for a beer and a snack! The service was absolutely horrible. We ordered coconut shrimp and French fries...the family of four sat down next to us about fifteen minutes after we ordered got their full meal served before us. We waited over an hour for our food. The waitress never came up to check on us, we had to go down to the bar to order another beer because our wait was so long. I don't recommend coming here, there is beer and snacks lining this beach. read more

I wasn't sure abut going to a beachside restaurant, but we we'd been swimming and were famished. My mother said the restaurant had been rebuilt after some bad storms here. She peeked in and was impressed by the decor. I thought we'd try it and I was pleasantly surprised. My mother ordered the soup of the day which turned out to be tortellini with a Puerto Rican twist. It had tocino (bacon) in the broth. She declared it to be spectacular. I ordered the mofongo with camarones (plantain stuffed with shrimp. It was superb. The only reason it's not a five star was that service was a slow. I have been there twice and let me tell you, worst tourist trap. I ate the wings first time and that was possibly the most disgusting food I have eaten in a bar. Deep fried, no sauce, no spices or herbs or flavor, just burnt MOSTLY bone wings. Literally gave the satos our wings on the beach and they chewed each one, spit it out and ran off. We videoed it but it would ruin them if I showed it. Seriously, disgusting wings. Tried a 2nd time since staying local and nope, their food is terrible across the board. Paella was damn near on the level of thievery. $35 of rice with a HINT of muslce, shrimp and terrible lobster tail with no lobster. They easily profited $28 dollars on us including ivu which they likely dont report. We paid cash, guarantee they didnt report it. Thats all, besides my wife through up next day and had the poops. We didnt eat anything else so LIKELY food poisoning from this dirt hole. Get your act together and STOP ripping people off. Disgusting waste. Negative star read more

I am in town visiting family. I am beyond very pleased with the service i received here. From the moment i walked in the deck bar i was treated well and even my sometimes broken Spanish was met with English speaking bartenders.
