I can say I'd highly recommend this place to get your off road lighting done. They're fairly priced. One place had quoted me 900$ to install my Diode Dynamic ditch lights and an Auxbeam gang switch panel into the vehicle but Auto and Truck Accessories got me in at 400$ with free stickers and a pen. I'm not too "electrical savvy" with things when it comes to vehicles but all of the wire work is very cleanly installed and works just as it should. They drilled small holes to fit all of the wiring and zip ties them into places so they don't move or get in the way of things in the engine bay. Very detailed work as it seems. They also answered all of the questions I had. So don't be afraid to ask. Another thing to mention, they called me plenty of times while they were servicing the vehicle to make sure I agree what they were working on as well BONUS: I had an unaligned gap on the hood of my vehicle so I had asked them if they would be able to realign it since I had messed up the installation of my brackets on my own. They were open to fixing it which saved me time of doing it myself so I respect them for doing that.

They sat on both vehicles for two weeks, stringing me along, and then when I started calling them for status updates the sales manager (Nick) claimed the job was "too much" for them (same job they had already agreed to down to the component). I came in frustrated and exhausted (straight off a midnight shift), explaining that my recently installed Rockford Fosgate amp had completely failed after riding in a rainstorm--despite the system and bike being fully marine-grade. The Soundwaves team didn't hesitate. They had me pull in, listened to the whole situation, and got to work--no attitude, no "inspection fees," no nonsense. What they found was unacceptable: * The amp was missing a protective plate cover that clearly had never been installed (based on rusted screw holes). * Bare wires were exposed and tucked behind the amp. * The previous installer cut corners--and Soundwaves cleaned it up, on the spot, because that's just how they operate. They even explained everything in detail and gave me documentation to take back to the original installer (who still found a way to be unhelpful, shocker). Bottom line: Soundwaves turned a frustrating situation into a relief. They treated me like a person, not a problem. They were honest, skilled, and most of all--professional. If you're looking for audio experts who actually care about quality and customer experience, skip the chain stores and go straight to Soundwaves. AS LONG AS Tim the manager/owner doesn't succeed to gouge you up by an extra $200-$400 . In that case, not worth it at all. You are most likely to have success walking in and asking for service as they don't answer their phone, but not if the salesman is busy. I was given a fuse box much too high in amperage for my equipment (The equipment will be fried long before the fuse box reaches its limit) The amplifier was, on both installations, grounded on a painted surface. If you know anything about electricity you can't/should not ground a wire to a nonconductive surface like paint... another danger to my equipment. Otherwise, they do a pretty good job. Could work on the professionalism, as I could see some people having a problem with the installation guy smoking a blunt while hooking up some wires in your trunk. Didn't bother me too much
