I've always been driven past this place growing up as a kid and now I have gone to them to get my vehicle serviced by them. I can say I'd highly recommend this place to get your off road lighting done. They're fairly priced. One place had quoted me 900$ to install my Diode Dynamic ditch lights and an Auxbeam gang switch panel into the vehicle but Auto and Truck Accessories got me in at 400$ with free stickers and a pen. I'm not too "electrical savvy" with things when it comes to vehicles but all of the wire work is very cleanly installed and works just as it should. They drilled small holes to fit all of the wiring and zip ties them into places so they don't move or get in the way of things in the engine bay. Very detailed work as it seems. They also answered all of the questions I had. So don't be afraid to ask. Another thing to mention, they called me plenty of times while they were servicing the vehicle to make sure I agree what they were working on as well BONUS: I had an unaligned gap on the hood of my vehicle so I had asked them if they would be able to realign it since I had messed up the installation of my brackets on my own. They were open to fixing it which saved me time of doing it myself so I respect them for doing that. read more

This company was fantastic with my customer needs....! This is the 2nd time I've dealt with Auto & Truck Accessories in warren and they installed an aftermarket nav system. installed that unit how I wnated it and ran into a damage issue with onw of the cords. A&T Accessories rescheduled and replaced that wire with no headaches. Also ordered some mats for my 2019 Transit and they fixed that wire and installed mats all during a short wait in their customer area. Easy to work with and great customer service. I wanted to have a hitch installed . I drove in and in minutes they jumped into action . Auto & Truck did an excellent job . I originally was dealing with U-Haul , what a joke ! After 13 phone calls 2 cancelled appts. and still no hitch I was done dealing with them . I was referred by a friend here and am so happy ! The bonus was the waiting room . It's roomy with a TV , lots of seating and vending machines. The only thing that could make it better would be recliners .LOL Great service ! read more

On Feb. 27, 2015 I contracted with this company to install a cap on my pickup truck and gave them my deposit. On March 27, 2015 I went in to have the installation done. When I got the truck back I found that they had driven my truck into something and smashed the front bumper. They also botched the installation and there were several other issues that needed to be attended to. They were very sneaky about it too. When the installation was finished it was end of the work day, there was almost no other cars in the parking lot but they drove my truck to the opposite end of the empty lot and parked it head in, between two of the employees vehicles. This way I would have no reason to walk by the front of my truck and discover what they had done to it. I thought it very strange that they made me walk so far across the empty lot and wondered what the reason for that was. Later when I got the truck home it was obvious to me what they had done and how they tried to hide it from me. When I brought this to the attention of the owner/manager she invited me to come back and view her security tapes from that day. I agreed to take a look at the tapes on the day they scheduled me to install the cap properly. I found the tape to be totally useless in determining how they damaged the truck. It was one grainy black and white camera view from 30 feet away. This security camera is only that, a security camera and not useful here. There was no footage on the outside of the building at all. One would really have needed someone to follow the installer around with a mobile camera to determine exactly what he ran the truck into. Even so, the owner claimed that this security camera exonerated the company from all liability. I had to leave my truck with them again in order to address all the installation mistakes. So, the second time I took possession of my truck I found that they had damaged my truck yet again and there was a new dent and scratch in the side of the truck! The manager invited me to view that days security footage which as I described before is of no use whatsoever in this situation. At this point I exited the premises a very unhappy customer. These people have no concern for other peoples' property do not take responsibility for their mistakes and are unskilled at installing truck accessories. They claim to have insurance but they seem to have no compulsion to ever use it! NOT RECOMMENDED!! read more

I was quoted 300 for a truck cover then after it was installed the sale guy said it would be 420. When I talk to the guy on the phone he told me 300 and that included installation don't come here they are liers and they do crappy work read more

Faye, the owner, is a very responsible business owner. There was an installation issue that I discovered 18 months after installation. I clearly identified the issue, & without question, I was scheduled to bring in my vehicle in on my timeframe for readjustment without charge. Upon arrival, I was immediately accommodated & within minutes the issue was resolved. Service of installation is 100%. Service like this is very rare. This is a keeper. read more

Stopped in today to inquire about servicing a previously installed Roll-n-lock cover. Staff was very friendly and took the time to look at my vehicles' issue. They ordered the parts I needed and scheduled a repair date. I was very pleased that they took time to help me out. Staff seems very professional with a clean store. i arrived 50 minutes early for an appointment to have an after market ROSTRA CRUISE CONTROL installed in my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze . they installed it in 50 minutes . it looks good and works great . they are the nicest people to deal with . the shop is clean and in a nice neighborhood . they have accessories i didnt know were available for vehicles . im just a happy costumer that lives 38 minutes away . read more
