Marino's all the way with half tomato sauce and half Alfredo sauce.

The pizza was great! We got a large Marino's all the way with half tomato and half Alfredo sauce. I definitely liked the Alfredo sauce more, but I'm a little biased! We started off with mozzarella sticks and they were good as expected! I would come back and try the pasta and subs!

Marino's was excellent. Super good service, pizza was huge, cheesy and delicious. Our server was excellent and great at his job. He had great recommendations and we never needed to ask for anything becuase he had it covered. Calamari was delicious, crispy and not greasy. Great choice for appetizer. I also recommend the "Marino's all the way" pizza! Excellent!!!

It had been a while since I last visited, and I didn't think this place could get any better but it did! I used to come here pretty often in high school, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how much they've remodeled and improved over the years. As for the food, I've always loved it here and would recommend coming back again and again until you've tried everything on the menu! This time, I got a slice of pizza and garlic rolls for myself, both delicious as always, but what really impressed me was how amazing their steamed veggies were! My son loves vegetables, and it's rare to find veggies this good when dining out. If they put this much care into their veggies, imagine how incredible their main dishes must be! Service was a bit slow, but they were very busy, so I didn't mind. The servers were so kind with my son and made sure to communicate any delays. Overall, I had a wonderful time. Great food, great music, and just an all around great experience!

My first time at Marino's was almost 20 years ago. I don't remember being blown away or the pizza leave a long lasting impression. It was good but not over the top. However, that changed tonight! W O W! Although the prices are a bit steep, I don't mind paying a little more for good quality. I was worried it would be over priced and mediocre BUT it was the total opposite. The pizza was driving us crazy all the way home. You could smell the freshness of the pie. The basil, the sausage, the tomatoes. We were all dying to pull over and dig in! We also ordered a dozen garlic rolls and although they mistakenly gave them to us without the garlic oil smothered all over them. I went back and the young lady at the register apologized and was kind enough to give me a few to-go containers of the oil and parmesan cheese. As soon as we got in the car, we added all that deliciousness over the garlic rolls and gave the bag a shake and OH MY GOSH! Amazing! Those rolls were really something else. I couldn't stop eating them. Neither could my husband or daughter. Once we got home, we "attacked" the wings and pizza. First things first, that pizza is unforgettable. I think I will not forget the flavors any time soon...lol I can understand why we paid $25 bucks for a pie! Everything tasted so fresh. Like farm-to-table fresh. That's how good it was. The wings were also a hit. Loved that they were bursting with flavor but not greasy. We had them with bleu cheese and buffalo sauce. Very good! We will definitely go back to dine-in and try an entree next time! I bet everything on the menu is just as good!!

First time visiting this place and felt very satisfied. The appetizer and entrees were delicious, great taste and portion. The service was great and her service was on point. The ambiance was cozy with great music in the background, very family oriented. I totally recommend this place and I will be coming back to try other entrees on the menu, authentic Italian cuisine.

From the second you pull up the driveway, you are greeted by rolling rows of vines and an atmosphere that instantly makes you drop your shoulders and relax. It completely lives up to its name--the vibe is effortlessly mellow, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. Here is why this place has officially become my absolute favorite spot: 1. The Wine & Food Pairings are Masterful The culinary team here clearly works hand-in-hand with the winemakers, because the pairings are flawless. We started with a crisp, beautifully balanced white blend paired with an artisanal charcuterie board featuring locally sourced cheeses and a phenomenal house-made fig jam. For the main course, the slow-braised short rib literally melted off the bone, and when paired with their estate estate Syrah, it was pure magic. Every bite was an absolute home run. 2. Breathtaking Atmosphere & Ambiance The design of the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between rustic vineyard charm and modern elegance. We sat out on the covered patio, which offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the vineyard. As the sun began to set, they lit the fire pits and turned on string lights, creating an incredibly romantic, warm glow across the entire space. It's the kind of environment where you just want to linger for hours over dessert and another bottle. 3. World-Class Hospitality What truly elevates Mellow Grapes is the service. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable without an ounce of pretentiousness. They walked us through the tasting notes of each wine, shared the history of the vineyard, and gave us brilliant recommendations based on our personal palates. The pace of the meal was perfect--we never felt rushed, yet we were perfectly looked after the entire evening. The Verdict Mellow Grapes is an absolute gem. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a perfect date night, or just want to treat yourself to an exquisite meal and fantastic wine, this place delivers on every front. The passion behind the food, the wine, and the hospitality is evident in every single detail. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit. Cheers to the team for creating such a spectacular experience!

It really added to the ambience. The player was very talented! As appetizers we ordered the charred oysters, the pull-apart bread, truffle fries, and a wedge salad. They were all delicious. The fries seemed to just be a common frozen variety. I'd expect hand cut, homemade fries from a 5 star restaurant like this, charging $14 for an order of fries. But, they were ok. The bread was delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed my wedge salad. There aren't a lot of places where I can get one, so I was thrilled to be able to order one. I had wished they had oysters Rockefeller, but the charred oysters were delicious, and they had a salmon Rockefeller on the menu. I ordered the Barramundi fish with a stuffed baked potato and roasted broccolini as my sides. The fish didn't have a lot of flavor and was set in pool of (I think) olive oil. The oil didn't have a lot of flavor either. I would have preferred the fish just be served alone. The baked potato was HUGE! That could have been my entire meal! It could have been two meals! It turned into four meals, as I took home my leftovers. The broccolini was delicious. Probably my favorite part of my main entree. My daughter ordered the filet mignon. It was like butter! So soft, it melted in her mouth! It was a good portion and she had leftovers as well. She added a side of garlic butter, which at $7 was not really worth the cost. My husband had the lamb chops. They were so delicious! Cooked perfectly! He had a side of sautéed mushrooms that were absolutely amazing! I do think it was ridiculous to charge $7 for what equated to maybe 2 mushrooms. Our other daughter ordered the roasted chicken. It was delicious and a huge portion. She took at least half of it home. Our son ordered the spicy rigatoni with chicken. We all thought it was very odd that they brought a chicken leg on a side plate. Normally, at any restaurant, when you add a protein like chicken to your pasta, they put a cut, grilled chicken breast ON your pasta. This was neither on it, nor a chicken breast, nor was it cut. We all thought it was the most strange way you could give someone their protein for their dish. The pasta was delicious and a large portion that turned into 3 meals. Our waiter, Alonzo, was wonderful! He explained everything to us! We ordered a bottle of wine and he told us the really cool back story of the brand. He told us how long our meals would take to prepare. He was very attentive and helpful. I will say, for a restaurant called a "Vineyard", I'm shocked they don't have a more extensive wine list. There were maybe 5 Sauvignon blancs, and 4 of them were from California. Only one was from New Zealand, which is the one we ordered. I think they have more drinks than they have on their menu. I feel they're missing an opportunity to sell more by not letting the customer know everything that's available. I don't know if I would return. It's very expensive in the sense that they charge you for every little thing. It was a nice place to go for a special occasion, but I don't know if it's worth it.

The poor waiter was completely alone, seating people, taking orders, and bringing out the food! Still, he was able to take care of everyone (6 tables) and the service never suffered! My friend doesn't like anchovies so she only took a couple of bites. The only other appetizer available on the MS menu was fried mozzarella. Our waiter brought out some focaccia bread and put some olive oil and vinegar on a plate for us. For my entree I ordered the Chicken Farcito. It's a chicken breast topped with fresh spinach and mozzarella melted on top. That's set on mashed potatoes and then it's covered in a Jack Daniel's cream sauce. It was AH-MAZING! Sooooooo good!!!! But I was full about halfway through. My friend ordered the Linguine tre funghi. I tried it and it was VERY GOOD! I would have ordered that, if I didn't order the chicken. She loved it too. It was very flavorful. It looked like a small portion, but she was also full halfway through her meal. We had both ordered the ricotta and pistachio cake for our desserts. We got them and our leftovers to go. My dessert melted in the car, so I don't have a picture of it. It was delicious though! Not that the pizza isn't good; it just isn't great. And it is not because of the ingredients as they all tasted fresh and delicious. It is the preparation. Now let me set some foundation here. I have lived in Rhode Island where pizza is a staple. I have lived in New York and Connecticut, which, despite being neighboring states have entirely different ideas of what the perfect pizza is, and I had the good fortune of the best of both. I have lived in Massachusetts we're outside of the north end of Boston pizza is largely very mediocre and I give all this information just to tell you that I have an established standard for pizza that may differ from other peoples. My favorites come out of coal fired brick ovens. So I was pretty excited about trying Strange Beast. They use a gas fired pizza oven that reaches the same temperatures as the ones to make apizza but they make a Neapolitan pie which traditionally has a soft center whereas Apizza is baked longer to achieve a sturdy, crispy crunch. And this is the part that disappoints me. That soft center does not hold the toppings well and makes the pizza droop when you pick it up. Much like the New York pizza that you have to fold over to keep the toppings from falling off, this pizza just did not have that firmness that I love so much. And on this evening when I ordered the Swamp Thing (Mozzarella, Ricotta, Red Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Pesto) the center actually seemed raw. Somehow, despite having all my favorite flavors, it looked beautiful on the pan, but flopped over and lost its appeal when it was picked up the flavors all in all were pretty good. The restaurant itself has a pretty cool vibe and the servers were superb. In addition to grieving great service, they were friendly and engaging. This is kind of a highlight of the restaurant. This review is based on a single experience and I will probably try it again. I may ask them to cook the pizza well done to see if it comes closer to what I like. I can't give it my highest recommendation, but I would never give it less than four stars based on even the service alone. So I will be back again an update this sometime soon.
