Pretty good food but horrible service. Literally the worst I've ever had. So bad, in fact, that this is my first review. I've ordered food for delivery in Blackwood before, at least a few times, but after the last two times warranted a review. The last time I ordered food I waited 1 1/2 hours before calling to check in. The delivery driver dropped the food off to the wrong house. I had to cancel and find food elsewhere as I had two hungry 6 year olds waiting for food. Today, they waited 40 minutes to inform me that all of a sudden they don't deliver to this address. Needless to say I've learned my lesson and will not be ordering from them again, even for pick up. Subpar service. read more

I tried this locals pizza place amongst the many, many pizza places in Runnemede, and I mostly enjoyed it. First night I had their Deluxe Cheese Steak, with onions, mushrooms, peppers and pepperoni and it was very good. I tried a plain slice which was also very good, so I came back. The second night I tried their Chicken Parmesan Stromboli, which was fantastic with crisp chicken cutlet, oozing cheese and a well cooked crust. I ordered a pizza that had a great crust but I ordered a Margherita Pie and they gave me something else (to go). Unlike tradition or what the menu said it was made with sauce instead of fresh tomatoes and the mozzarella was not fresh mozzarella. I do like the vibe of this very busy spot and would definitely give them a chance to explain. What can I say I was craving a meatball parmigiana sandwich and couldn't resist. They have good meatballs and a good thick sauce with gooey mozzarella to top it off. Get a side of fries and you are good to go! Not to mention their pizzas and Stromboli's, Sandwiches, etc., always something good. Staff was really nice and friendly which is always nice. The manager is a complete asshole. He called me a drug addict because when I used to work for him about 15 years ago, I was doing drugs, but I've been cleaning for 10 years and I've tried two times to go in there and he just said he wanna give me a second chance nicely and then now I just tried again with the résumé and I'm all cleaned up like I look nice and he just says no no way in hell I'm hiring a drug addict again get out of my store so definitely don't go there. Pizza only review: Stopped in for a quick slice or 2 in the early evening; not many choices on hand so I opted for one plain and one Boardwalk. I was very hungry so I did not ask for it to be heated to bubbling. This may have improved my experience but probably not very much. The sauce on the boardwalk was better than plain, but neither really stood out. The crust was fair, I prefer a more cracker( Trenton style) crunch or at least a nice crisp bottom with a bit of chew. Neither slice held up to the point challenge. If I returned,I'd go with a sandwich. read more

The foods always great and the delivery is fast. The last time we ordered- they told us 45 minutes for delivery and it arrived in 18 minutes. I mean- WOW! 18 minutes! The large strombolis are humungous. We usually order our favorite, a Cheesesteak Stromboli. We always ask for a side of Marinara. The marinara is some of the best I've ever had, I mean I could put that sh*t on everything. The Chicken Parm sandwich is also one of my go-to items. Stumbled onto this gem when we were looking for a quick local bite before getting on the interstate from AC. When we asked what's good, there was no hesitation from the chef who recommended the cheesesteaks. Of course we got cheesesteaks! They were some of the best we've ever eaten! I have been eating chicken wings at least monthly for 35 of the 47 years I have spent on this Earth. These wings are by far the absolute best wings I have ever had. The are lightly breaded, then fried. Served with very generous cups of blue cheese and honest to god Buffalo sauce on the side. I travel the east coast working and frankly, I eat takeout so much that I am sick of all of it. These wings restored my faith in humanity. I also ordered a pizza but I inhaled ten wings and washed them down with a couple of cans of loudmouth soup. I have no room left for pizza. Finally found a good pizza place! Had it for the first time after trying many over the years here & this was the best by far.

The only thing worth eating here was the wings, but not anymore. A chicken "wing" is the drum and flat connected, so if I'm paying for the "wing" I should be able to pick which piece I want, drum or flat. Better off ordering from Chinese, because you get the entire wing that you paid for. Also the Pizza is dough with chewy cheese, and the cheesesteaks taste like woodchips. read more

I needed a quick lunch and I heard good things about this place (specifically the eggplant Stromboli, which a co-worker of mine loved!). The chicken parm sando was delicious. Maybe could have used a bit more sauce, but from the bread, right size chunks of breaded chicken, lots of melted cheese and a zesty sauce, it was awesome. Also, huge! This is one of those places that is so close to us and regret not actually stopping by sooner. We were randomly craving cheesesteaks but to lazy to go far. We split a cheesesteak (just in case it sucked) but after the first bite we were fighting for the next bites. It was LOADED with meat and boy did I make a mess trying to eat that while driving while the lady got to really enjoy it. We cannot wait to try more! A week later we ordered a pizza and it was fine. Stopped there tonight for plain cheese pizzas. This is a neighborhood pizza shop that's been in business since I moved here 26 years ago. They have delicious sandwiches, Stromboli's, salads. But tonight was a pizza night. I haven't ordered pizza here in a long time. I don't know if it's me anymore but I am having a hard time really finding pizza that I really enjoy. Don"t get me wrong the pizza was tasty, dough was good but I just feel like something was missing. I don't know if it's the sauce or too much cheese or not the right sauce to cheese ratio. Staff was very nice and friendly as they always have been. Just don't know if I will go back again for the pizza. I felt like it needed salt which I easily added but I really feel like it might be the sauce. Went here because the place down the street ( PizzaBros) was inexplicably closed. Now I'm glad it was closed. After the very delightful woman behind the counter recommended everything ( perhaps not helpful because she recommended EVERYTHING, but she was very nice), I settled on a pork Florentine. Great choice- probably better than the pork and rave from DiNics in Philly ( that was voted one of the best in the country).
