In order to get notices of further due or next due date you are charged a fee...this includes for them to send you an email as well. I was charged lates fees and they wouldn't budge. PS...they do not make phone calls either. There isn't an online pay system. To pay your bill you must travel to them in person. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES! NOW today...mind you my account is completely paid up and current as of MAY 15th...I NEED to access my camper and my access code is locked AGAIN! (A time before this my account was paid and I actually got locked inside the facility. Used my code to get in but couldn't get out.) Its Sunday so no one is answering phones and there isn't an after hours number. I COULDN'T BE MORE ANGRY! This will cause delays and cost money personally! If I am paying for storage, then I want access to my things PERIOD! "Get convenient access to your boat, RV If you can't make it within business hours to get your boat or RV out of storage, relax. The quality of the unit is really good and great compared to others that I have had in the past that have charged 2x or more what I am paying here. The great thing about this, as a single person, I feel safe here because there is someone on site 24/7 and a bathroom available. The office isn't open 24/7 but I can go any time and feel safe. I have never had that from an outside storage unit ever. Well lit and clean, with a garbage for convience. I have had storage units in California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, and Georgia and I'm sure I'm missing a few other states but I am very pleased with the quality, the price, the service, and the management there.

Can come unitl the 27th because they have no drivers. but the kicker is NOBODY KNEW THIS, HOURS AGO? I honestly have to ask how do they stay in business. I can go to other companies to do this. We had called 5 different companies all were insanely expensive even for just labor, finally found Budget Moving Services, spoke to the owner, Nicholas about 2 nights before we loaded up everything from the crates in the warehouse. They arrived 20min early, Nicholas and his team of movers (Sam and Phil) showed up ready to work, were hardworking from start to finish, wrapped all our furniture, packed and stacked it perfectly to optimize every cubic foot in the truck(s) -- they ended up filling up 2 u-haul moving trucks, what I thought would take 8hrs or more only took them 5 and a half hours! They were organized, quick and showed safety during their work ethic on top of being very affordable and in my humble opinion very high-quality. Felt good to support the smaller family-owned movers vs the bigger moving companies! They were 1/2 the price, the service was fully personalized and there were no hidden fees or anything that was no mentioned or talked about.
