When I said the…read morename, I heard an employee state that they had another from this company previously today, and that it required some time on the phone to get approval. Another employee said they didn't want to deal with it. Then the employees pretended to look up the fleet company and tell me that it wasn't in their system. Take 5 is a national account with Holman. If you're too lazy to do your job, just tell me, instead of making up lies when I heard you say you know who the fleet company is and you've dealt with them today.

The first time the service was fine, I didn't appreciate the attempt to up sale me on everything, but it wasn't enough to keep me from coming back. Today is a Sunday so the locally owned place isn't opened and I stopped in here. I pull up and conversation went like this Me: Hey, how's it going? Employee: Oil change? (First customer service issue) Me: Yes, full synthetic please Employee: I should know I've been here awhile. Not saying hello wasn't a great start, but being somewhat combative to my request for synthetic oil is to much. He didn't know that, not everyone is willing to pay for synthetic oil so I didn't understand how he "should know". Me: you know after that comment, just forget it. You don't know that I wanted full synthetic. I began backing up and he was clearly saying something to me, but was now in front of my car so I couldn't hear what it was. Given his lack of customer service in the first 30 seconds of interacting it's safe to assume it was "my apologies".

The employees greeted me right away when I entered and were very helpful. They said it would not be a long wait but their computers were down. The waiting area in the front was not the most comfortable b/c it was along the hot windows but then we realized they had a nice comfortable second waiting area in the back with a TV, vending machines, a bathroom, and comfortable shaded seating. The wait took longer than expected so he said I could leave and they would repair the tire and I could pick it up. When I came back an hour later it was repaired ( for free!) And they installed in on my car. I left and realized that they did not adjust the air pressure so all tires had a different pressure and the sensors had not been reset so I was getting errors. I went back again, they apologized and sent someone right out to fix it. Highly recommend Big O, just make sure all your sensors are reset before you leave so you don't have to make a return trip like me!

I purchased two front tires from Big O Tires on June 12, 2026. The total on my invoice was $395.58…read more The salesperson, Justin Prather, told me that using Acima would be "4 months same as cash" as long as I paid it off within four months. After I got home and later reviewed the lengthy lease agreement, I discovered that it specifically states the early purchase option is not "same as cash." Instead, the agreement added a $50 lease markup and a $50 early purchase fee before taxes. Even if I pay the lease off within the early purchase period, I will pay approximately $548.55 instead of the $395.58 purchase price. I spoke with the store manager, Nick, hoping the store would help resolve what I believe was a misrepresentation of the financing terms. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing the store could do and that I would have to deal directly with Acima. My issue is not with the tires themselves. My issue is that I made the purchase based on being told it was "4 months same as cash," when the written agreement says otherwise. Customers should carefully read every page of the Acima agreement before signing and should ask for the exact early purchase payoff amount before agreeing to the lease.
