It was pretty clear they are still in learning mode but they were nice which is why I have bumped up my rating. They sell pre-paid wireless plans excluding boost mobile. They had a few phones for sale as well as a few cases and other phone accessories although the selection is limited. This appears to be a shipping center as well although its not nearly as sophisticated as UPS / Fedex stores and even less than your established all-in-one anyname postal store. Overall, I needed a wireless line ASAP and they delivered what I needed even though it took much longer than I expected. Not sure I would go back.

The store says "Open", it's after opening time, but no one was there. Terrible experience, especially since it wasn't ready as promised and I had to make multiple special trips to get it. So disappointed with the service at the Cypress Creek Pkwy location. I went and got my screen…read morerepaired about 3 months ago and the worker at the time told me that it had a year warranty on the screen, even with the back glass of my phone being cracked. So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The glass hasn't cracked anymore than it was before because we bought an otterbox case for it when the screen was repaired. If you go get your phone repaired here make sure they explain the warranty correctly the first time.
