I feel like these are just too expensive for the quality. The panel is a thin, cheap polyester material. The cream color hides it a bit, but the white makes the low quality really noticeable. You can clearly see the synthetic sheen of the liner from a distance, which is disappointing since we chose these for a sidewalk-facing bay window in our San Francisco Painted Lady. Because they're custom, we can't return them, so we'll have to find our own way to disguise the liner. Overall, they look fine from the inside, but the price and finish don't match the quality I expected, and I wouldn't recommend getting one with a liner if you will be able to see the curtains from the outside.

Several of the existing tiles on the floor were apparently no longer being made (so why still have them on the floor?), the store stopped doing custom tiles with specific colors (which sadly were the exact colors we were looking for). We finally ordered custom tiles, which cost a lot of money and took some time to deliver. We ended up not liking how they looked so we put them elsewhere on the property. The overall experience was so poor that even though Mission Tile West is *THE* place to go for stunning tiles for your special project, but try to pair up with recommended service people from other reviews here.

I picked it up that afternoon for my installer to have the next day. It was absolutely magical and the most amazing experience I have ever had with anything on this project. Anyone that has lived through a renovation knows that things go wrong all the time, but this experience and Alexis' professionalism, accountability, and abilities are bar none the best!
