I was very disappointed in the service I received by Morgan floral this past Friday on Valentine's Day. I called over a week in advance to place an order and paid 200 dollars for an arrangement to get delivered to my fiancé at work. The lady on the phone was very excited and assured me the arrangement would be beautiful and would arrive at my fiancés work by 9:00 a.m on Valentine's Day. Fast forward to Valentine's Day and it is now 1:00 pm and I heard nothing from my fiancé she hadn't received them and I let Morgan floral know her office closes at 2:00 and they said it was not a worry it would be there and I called the day of and they told me there is no guarantee it would be there on time and whoever told me a time frame was not supposed to and it would potentially have to go to my house instead which defeats the entire purpose. They got it there at 1:52 as my fiancé was walking out the door so I wasn't going to make this review but just two days after receiving the flowers half of them are dead and falling apart. I could have bought better quality flowers for a quarter of the price at king Soopers. I felt like for 200 dollars for one bouquet of flowers the service and quality would have been better but I learned my lesson. read more

I placed my order online one week before I requested the Saturday arrangement to be delivered. I even allowed the flexibility for them to deliver anytime during the day and THEY DIDN'T DELIVER AS SCHEDULED. The Monday after, I got a call while I was work that went to voicemail. That night my aunt called to tell me she got the floral arrangement. Although she said it was a gorgeous arrangement, I was disappointed that it was not delivered on time. My experience was less than 5 stars by far. Which is sad because I used this company for my moms funeral flowers. The flowers died overnight compared to other flowers sent from cottonwood florist ect. They charge an exorbitant amount for the flowers. But they wilt in less than 24 hours and are immobile. Hopefully you've never had to plan a funeral like I have. My example, We had this arrangement that was apparently worth over $300 that totally toppled over in the middle of the funeral! The rest got ruined, their flowers died/wilted and were not pretty basically within 24 hrs. In general I was monumentally disappointed by these flowers. Their ridiculous expense and that they didn't last. I reached out to the owner to privately tell her my disappointment and her response was to shut down what let me down. I feel like they don't care how important the event is you are hiring them for and they thought I wouldn't leave a review, because I had so much to think about planning my moms funeral. Guess what - that mattered a lot and I can not recommend this business. read more

My sister ordered flowers for my birthday. She asked that they call before delivery so we would be home because it's January. (We got 6" of snow on January 25 which was apparently the delivery day). Today my sister called and wished me a happy birthday and asked if I liked my "delivery." (She said they should have called but I got no call.) My husband went to the front porch and there was a vase of frozen flowers. The vase was broken and there was a solid chunk of ice surrounding the stems of the flowers so they had obviously been there a while. My sister called them and asked why they hadn't called before the delivery. The lady she spoke with said that they weren't obligated to call. So I called to explain the condition of the flowers and the woman was incredibly rude. She told me if all I wanted to do was "whine," she would just refund my sister's money. I explained that I was not "whining" but explaining to her about the lack of customer service and that I thought she would be interested to know that. Then she hung up. I informed my sister about my treatment and she cancelled the order. Now all I need to do is clean up the broken glass and get rid of the mess. read more

Amazing flowers for Mom on Mother's Day! I will always use this place for flowers in Northern CO!

I live out of state and wanted to send my daughter in law some flowers. After an online search I found Morgan Floral in Greeley that had the arrangement I knew my she would like. It was in a basket with a handle that three butterflies and mixture of beautiful purple flowers. All of her favorites. She sent me a photo of the arrangement and it looked nothing like their website. No basket and no purple flowers. It did have two butterflies. I'm shocked this is what they delivered. I called and left a message about my disappointment with no call back. read more

These ladies have the absolute best experience I have had with a floral company. I am temporarily working in Greeley and me and my wife just celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. I tried another store in town after work but they had closed 45 minutes early,so I called Morgan's floral company. Not only did she stay open late for me but she made me one of the most beautiful wraps I have ever seen with amazingly fresh flowers for a price that she let me pick. Morgan Floral saved Mother's Day for me. An online company, From You Flowers, told me they wouldn't deliver my 86 year-old mothers flowers until Wednesday (3 days late) for Mother's Day. I had to scramble at the last minute to find someone who could deliver flowers to my mother at Grace Point nursing home. After I called 3-4 places Morgan Floral told me they would deliver a bouquet to my mother for Mother's Day. They saved the day and made my mother very happy.
