A molcajete very very good. Didn't care for the michelada.

The food and service was great. They have a large menu option to choose from, definitely need to come back.

The Mariscos are DELICIOUS. The aguachile tasted so fresh and spicy. The micheladas are so good and refreshing. Their michelada mix is the perfect mix of spicy and savory! Employees are nice and restaurant is always nice and clean .

Pollo jalapeño with homemade corn tortillas - incredible!

This place is in a random location so you may easily miss how quality it is, but it's fantastic! First and foremost I have to say that our server was so gracious and helpful. She suggested the Pollo jalapeño for lunch and it was honestly one of the best things I've had at a Mexican restaurant! Large portion of juicy chicken breast smothers in a creamy jalapeño sauce with mushrooms and cheese - so savory and perfectly seasoned but not spicy at all (in fact I think my kids could handle it just fine). It came with homemade corn tortillas which were fabulous! The rest of the table ordered enchiladas Rojas and shrimp agauchile. But dishes were fresh and fabulous! The horchata was great as well. Would definitely come back just for the Pollo jalapeño though - seriously so good!

The shrimp cocktail, ceviche, and oysters were bomb!

Had the ceviche tostada de camarón and menudo! By far the best ceviche and menudo i've had. Large portions full of flavor and not stingy with shrimp or pork. Micheladas are so refreshing and delicious. Good customer service

Came here based on some instagram review videos and overall very pleased with the food! There was plenty of room to choose from for seating and service was very attentive as well. Food is good, a bit lacking in seasoning on the fish.

(During Covid) First time here at this restaurant. We did take out and it was pretty good. Price is higher, but it was ok. Definitely going to try dining in next time to make sure the food is consistent. Overall, price is high and food was good.

My coworkers invited me to a get together. They didn't say it was because of my birthday but it was to celebrate couple of birthdays together. This was my first time here and I really liked it. The waiter was supper attentive. The guys had some beer and one of the birthday ladies ordered a strawberry margarita. My friend Blanca had a mango michelada and i got a tamarind michelada. I loved my michelada. I could taste The tamarind and it was very well balanced the sweetness and the spicy, sour flavor. It has become one of my favorites now. Planing to go back and try the mango next time. My little one went with me and she ordered two asada tacos. She mention that the meat was not that great. That the flavor was not quite good. I ordered some shrimp ceviche and it was one of the best ceviches I have had. The sauce was on point the flavor very tasty. Highly recommend this dish. The guys ordered some oysters and they were seasoned with some ceviche and sauce on top. They look very tasty. My other friend Diana mention they were pretty good. I have never had oysters in my life. So I didn't want to try them. But everyone was very content with them. The were like noom, noom, noom!! I could see that their mouths were watering with the flavor. They have a music box that you can use an app and you can put the music you want. I had some good choices and everybody was enjoying The time there. It was my time to leave so the waiter came with a picture frame and so we had to be in the frame for them to start singing happy birthday song. Then they brought us some flan with a candle and we blow it as if it was a birthday cake. :). I really enjoyed everything there. Definitely coming back.

They don't specifically, but they do have beer and cocktails. The micheladas are very tasty. The Margaritas have great flavor.

I don't think I've ever felt betrayed by Yelp reviews...until now…read more During a recent road trip we stopped here to picked up some lunch/dinner because tacos are quick and easy and their Yelp rating is high. Location/services: Upon entering the building I immediately noticed the heat. It was a hot 98 degree day and the restaurant felt like an oven and was maybe 3-5 degree cooler than it was outside. I then quickly noticed this was a very simple operation (almost like a food truck), and not much to the menu, but there were folks sitting and eating and a few others waiting to order, so I assumed the food must be great. We ordered 4 meals (tacos with rice/beans) which was meant to be eaten there but after waiting in line and feeling like we were in a hot box, we decided to make it to go. We sat and waited for our food (about 20 mins), we chatted and observed our surroundings and it became very apparent the restaurant was not maintained with basic cleaning because it was very grimy and just plain dirty. I then used the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. Our ordered was called and the staff was very nice. The food: As I mentioned, we got 4 orders of tacos (all carne asada) with rice/beans, and we asked for salsa and limes. We got grilled jalapenos, lemons and one sandwhich baggy filled with red salsa. Not a big deal. The meat was fine but the tortillas were inedible. They were tough, flavorless, and greasy. The bean and rice were ok. We ate enough to curb our hunger but none of us finish our food. Upon my best judgement, I had convinced myself that the food was gonna be great because their Yelp rating told me so. I was so wrong! One last note, there was nothing here that resembled a bakery/panaderia. So if you think you could also grab a treat here, you are wrong.

What could have been a disappointing surprise turned into one of the best local dining experiences we've had in a long time. We had the pleasure of meeting Miguel himself, and his hospitality immediately stood out. He took the time to introduce us to several items on the menu and encouraged us to try a little bit of everything. I'm glad he did. The red beans and rice were absolutely phenomenal, and every single thing we tasted was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with pride. You can tell Miguel genuinely cares about both the food and the people he serves. What impressed me most wasn't just the food--it was the atmosphere. Miguel has a gift for making you feel welcome. His heart for hospitality is second to none, and it's obvious that serving great food and creating a great experience are his top priorities. If you're looking for a hidden gem in Clovis, this is it. Whether you're stopping in to catch a game, grab a meal with friends, or enjoy a simple flip-flop date night with your spouse, Miguel's is worth the visit. We'll definitely be back, and I can't recommend this place enough.

Miguel sells his auntenthic mexican food and Lisa sells her favorite sweet treats. By far on the market, they sell pretty bomb salsa! It's not like the generic salsa from store bought one, it's just like the unique homemade family recipes. And trust me, these are not as supper vinegary. I love Miguel's salsa! Miguel's message was to serve his community and bring his tradition to the table. He brought the flavors of Michoacan and Jalisco Mexico which were passed down from the Segura family. SERVICE :: I love Miguel's service! He personally serves you and greet you there. He offered me free chips and salsa while i wait. They were quiet busy but get things done quickly too. RATE : 5/5 SALSAS & CHIPS - COMPLIMENTARY:: His salsas and chips were the best thing I've ever recieved. He serves his famous red and green salsa with a little bit of ground beef on top. They go so well together. RATE : 5/5 RED SALSA :: It's hard to describe it here but it's roasty burnt salsa full of flavors. Not too vinegary. You just got to try it in person. RATE : 5/5 GREEN SALSA :: I personally love the green sauce more, in general. And still Miguel's green salsa still beats the red salsa. I can taste all of the greens and fruit in it. It may be advertised mild but the heat is there. It's about almost the same spice level as the red salsa. RATE : 5/5 ASADA TACO ($3.49) :: Besides his salsa, his tacos were amazing too. It's well seasoned, unique, and full of flavor. The asada is something that I've never tasted before. It's very herby, well seasoned to taste, juicy and tender! RATE : 5/5 TACOS DORADOS ($4.49) :: The tacos dorados were something different from what I've had before and were absolutely delicious. This taco reminds me of birria. The texture and flavor were also amazing. I asked for pork, it was supper moist, tender and juicy full of flavors. The cotija cheese brings a nice dry and light cheesy taste to it. And lastly, those pickled jalapeno just give a pop of juicy, sour, and spicy flavor. RATE : 5/5 PISTACHIO CREAMES ICED MATCHA (16oz - 6.49) :: Lisa use Tenzo brand. I've used and tried Tenzo before and it's hard to ratio the matcha. Over portion Tenzo match will be too bitter and too little too diluted. And yes, Lisa's Matcha was on the diluted side. The pistachio flavoring is light and taste artificial. The sweetness level is perfectly sweetend. Not too sweet. RATE : 2/5 NOTE : Spend anything above $50, get a $5 dollar off voucher for the next purchase. OVERALL :: Overall, it's a hidden gem that's definitely worth checking out! Don't forget his salsas, he do sell them on the side. I'll definitely go back for more and try his other menu!

It's not the most aesthetic restaurant but... it's on the corner of Blackstone & Dakota-- lol I didn't expect it to be. Friendly staff. Great chefs. Service is always good/quick. We've never waited long to have our orders taken or to receive our food. Now... those enchiladas! They're the closest thing to the type of enchiladas my best friend's mama makes (she's from Michoacan)-- she makes the best, most authentic Mexican food! SO, when I can't get them from her... I know where to go. They are cheese enchiladas-- served with lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, and sour cream.. sprinkled with cotija cheese. They also come with some bomb potatoes and your choice of chicken or steak-- we always go steak. Sooo good and the flavors are always on point! + They give complimentary chips and salsa-- very good.
