My husband found this spot on Instagram and we finally decided to go. The food was great, we were so full by the time we finished our plates. The service was fast also. It's a small spot with limited seating but it was just fine for the two of us on a Sunday morning.

Food was great, freshly made to order. Service was great felt like I was eating in my grandmas house, very considerate and attentive staff. I went in on (2/23/25) at 1pm, wasn't too busy but figured their rush was over since Google says they close at 2pm. Definitely worth going back when I have a chance.

The dude and I came to Las Mananitas on 7/30/22 as Country Fare Cafe was closed for the weekend due to vacation so I remembered a lot of locals raves about this place for their FAMOUS Chilaquiles. We arrived around 10am and the line was out the door! So we knew this place was it as you had everyone here !!! It's not the best side of town and when you see someone in a Telsa roll up you know we made it to the right spot. Just be careful as there was a lot stray dogs roaming around the area. There was a little wait and my goodness it smelled delicious inside!!! The place is VERY inside so I would definitely take to go as a lot of people stand in line while everyone was eating. The dude ordered the Chicken Flautas which was delicious like really good!! Absolutely would get it again!!! I got the Chile Verde Chilaquiles with red sauce one of the best dishes - best BREAKFAST dish in my life soooo delicious! The dude also got the Carnitas burrito which was tasty but a little dry but they had green sauce on the side that complimented well. The staff was very friendly! And even complimented me on my style which really nice! Who doesn't like a nice compliment!!! So the hospitality was lovely. The only negative was that the Horchata was fake and but it was drinkable. It was clean inside. Smelled delicious and good food! So happy we had the opportunity to give it a try. It was delicious! We will be back for sure!

Chilaquiles with Chile Verde with red sauce on one side and green sauce on the other. $13 up charge for the 2 sauces on the same plate.

I was recommended this place by a friend who said this place has one of the best chilaquiles around. So on a nice Sunday, I brought my wife who is very particular with her Mexican food. She's Mexican and her mother was a person who cooked for the neighborhood and people respected her cooking. This place I was hoping that it could have been, but it wasn't. I have personally had chilaquiles at a couple other places and I honestly would go back to those other places before coming back here. I understand that Chilaquiles is supposed to be a poor man's food. It is tortilla chips topped with a little bit of choice meats, cheese, and an egg. This plate costed me $16.63 and in addition because I asked to try their red sauce and green sauce, I would told that I would be charged for a second plate which sounded like I would get a 2nd plate. That did not happen. The I ordered a chile relleno and the cheese inside was cold. Though queso fresco, the cheese was still cold. Now I will say the flavors are really good and my wife was happy with the flavor also but we cannot support the price being charged. In my photos you will see exactly what I order and the receipt is exactly what I paid for this meal. I would recommend this place because of the flavor but I would give a warning about the price. You will see one plate only with 2 different color sauces and I was charged an extra $13 for just have 2 different sauce. I wish that it would have been disclosed to us, because at $13 I could've ordered another chilaquiles for $16.

We recently took a little road trip from LA to Sequoia National Park to Yosemite National Park and needed some fuel for our bellies during the drive. Las Mananitas was an excellent stop for breakfast! I got the huevos rancheros because, as Gene Belcher has stated, "Those are the best kinds of huevos!" I couldn't help myself when I saw it on the menu, hearing Gene's voice in my head! The eggs were on point, and the veggies were cooked perfectly. I only wished there were more veggies! We were surprised to see how juicy the dish was, though, as there was a pool of liquid on the bottom of the box. Every bite came with sauce dripping everywhere, so try to stay clean! Additionally, It came with sides of potatoes and refried beans, and both were so tasty! The overall dish was a decent portion, not too filling and not leaving me hungry at the end. The chilaquiles were solid as well. The flavour was good, the dish was filling for my lady (she couldn't finish it), and everything tasted fresh! Refried beans was a side item again, and it was just as delicious. Although I loved how it all tasted, I would certainly only get this menu item as a snack, as it didn't seem very filling for my own appetite. Even though this place is small with a parking lot that is tantamount, it won't be hard to find because of all the customers standing outside either waiting for food or waiting to be sat! The place had only been open for a few minutes when we arrived, but the line was legit! There are a few small tables (maybe 4?) for indoor dining and 2 small tables in front of the store. They use a good system to keep physical distancing intact when ordering and hand sanitizer is available for all who present to the register. Check out Las Mananitas!

The popular Mexican breakfast and brunch spot has added another to their growing number of loyal patronage. There are many good reasons for me to keep coming back. The chili verde plate is on point! Their signature chilaquilies deluxe is also a noteworthy dish. I tried it with chorizo (Mexican sausage) and would recommend it with any breakfast plate. Moreover, shredded cabbage can be tossed in the burritos at your request or their suggestion. It adds a nice twist, giving it some crunch. It gave my carne asada burrito another dimension. The meat was cooked clean, flavorful and not oily. The fish taco is hearty-sized, filled with beer battered bass. Awesome salsas (both the red and the green) - not that much heat but oozing with zesty flavors to really amp the taste to your dishes - is "icing-on-the-cake." Every dish is prepared using the freshest ingredients and made with a lot of pride and care. Accept no imitations! Las Mananitas, which means mornings in Spanish, has become my favorite spot in town for desayuno (breakfast).

What a delicious place!!!! Like really ridiculously delicious!!! I don't live near the area and I'm absolutely coming back to Fresno just to eat here! Place is small small with just a handful of tables and chairs and they are busy busy! Food comes out fast though!! The chili verde was so good. Different than I've ever had and also the best I've ever had! The asada tacos were tasty AF but the carnitas tacos!!!!!! Chefs kiss!!! Good heat on the salsa! Definitely eat here!!!

HUGE Thank You to our Server Jessica and the rest of the staff here! Everyone was so nice, Jessica…read moreespecially was super attentive, our coffees were always full, our food came out at a decent time and it was still nice and hot and she was so friendly throughout our time here, so Jessica if you ever see this, Thank you so much, we appreciate you! We happened to be in the area today with a failed trip to Lithia Ford for a car repair. We both were hungry and needed to choose between breakfast or Mexican food, we flipped a coin and the coin chose breakfast. I'm glad it did, cause right when we were heading towards another breakfast spot, we made the quick decision to just choose what was nearby. It's a restaurant name we've heard of, but haven't been, so we opted to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! Because the food was amazing and the service just as much! Parking lot was full but not too crazy, that luckily came after we were seated. Inside was nicely themed to Louisiana Bayou with gators and cute signs with quotes and a big tree in the seating area with sound effects of bugs from the swamp. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a nice greeting from one of the busy waitresses who let us know we would be seated in a moment. Our server Jessica came up with a smile and a warm welcome and had us follow her to our booth. We both started off with coffee and browsed the menu, this menu had some usual fair but definitely stayed in the theme of the restaurant with Louisiana cuisine, like andouille sausage as a breakfast meat choice. I went with their "Hucks Platter" which is 3 eggs anyway you want, choice of potatoes or hashbrowns and you can choose between a couple varieties of meats, steak, chicken fried steak, sausage, bacon and andouille. It also comes with a choice of side, being toast, homemade biscuit or their huckleberry bread? I played it safe and went with the white toast. I also went with the bacon cause I love me some bacon! It was hickory smoked and my goodness it was cooked to perfection! My whole meal was cooked perfectly! I truly appreciate the cooking staff for doing such an amazing job during a busy morning. Jess chose the Banana Foster French Toast and my goodness! It looked just as good if not better than the picture. It was loaded, thick and comes with a side of eggs and your choice of meat. She loved the French toast, she's never had Bananas Foster before but she said it was decadent, sweet and had a nice caramelized flavor. Would recommend and also get it again! We paid, "with tip" around $57, which isn't bad for most breakfast spots now a days. Especially when you're getting this kind of food quality and service. We never went without a fresh hot cup of coffee and a nice check in from Jess or one of the other servers to pick up a plate or ask us how we're doing. I do apologize for no pictures, when the food came out, it looked so good we just dug right in! We both would absolutely come back and eat here again if we're in the area or back in Fresno looking for a breakfast spot. If you're in and or from here, you should definitely make this your go-to breakfast spot!

The food did take a while to get to us but I ordered an appetizer and that did come fast so it held us over and honestly, I wasn't holding it against them. It was so packed. The server was very nice. I ordered a Cajun omelette and we also had the fried okra. My husband had the Riverboat omelette. Both were very good. The biscuit that I had with the omelette was fresh and hot and a really good size. The okra came with two different dipping sauces. The restaurant has a nice vibe inside. Love this place and can't wait to come back again.
