The broth itself lacked the richness, spice, and strong lemongrass flavor that normally makes Bun Bo Hue stand out. It just tasted flat. There was also a mix-up with our order when the wrong dish came out instead of the lobster. When the lobster finally arrived, it was badly overcooked and much smaller than what was shown on the menu. To make it worse, he tried to send me to a different location 20 minutes away. After being ignored for weeks and having to chase him down myself, I had zero confidence trusting him again. The worst part? He still has not returned my deposit. Despite canceling on me, he has refused to give my money back, leaving me with no choice but to pursue legal action just to recover what I'm owed. This was extremely unprofessional, stressful, and costly. If you're planning an event, be very careful.
