Went on a Sunday and the waitress brought the check at 8:30ish. We were not done eating and she came back around at 8:38 pm saying we had to pay already. I asked her why we needed to pay earlier than closing time (9 pm) and she said because they were short staffed and she needed to close register. I told her that was weird and I've never experienced that before and she just repeated the same thing. This is bad customer service to ask to pay earlier than we were done eating / closing time. I understand 5 mins before closing time or exactly at closing time, but 22 mins ahead of closing time is strange. She also turned off the music completely at this time even though we were still there eating, along with others in the restaurant. I will not be coming back. read more

Really bad service. Food is mediocre. Salsa lacks flavor. Came here for the first time had a craving for fish tacos and it been taco Tuesday it seemed like a solid choice. Placed my order and waited I saw people order after me get their food and leave. I went up to the counter and asked the status of my order lady seemed annoyed as did the whole staff. This restaurant has been here for 2 years and just today we ate there and loved it. My hubby ordered the 7 mares soup and Wow! The presentation was very nice and all the seafood was tasty and fresh. Food was not what I expected. I ordered aguachiles I got about 4 shrimps in my plate a whole lot of onion and little cucumber. It did not look appealing at all. Let's not say the price, I believed I payed about $15 to $17. Our green chilaquiles were very dry and stale. Service was awful our waitress was too busy flirting and taking pictures with two males guest the whole time we were there. Mind you they were seated at the table right by us. Most restaurants at this time have a pick up an order line this restaurant has one line for everything I went in to pay and pick up for my food and somebody inside told me to go stand in the line I waited 30 minutes to get my food it's probably cool not happy. When I spoke to the lady at the cashier she said I could've come up and picked up my food and paid but one of theOne of the waitresses told me when I went up to the cashier to go wait in the line. We signed in, wait time was five minutes, plenty of staff saw we signed in, waited in 55 degree weather and no one staff member bothered to say they were closing soon. No point in having clients sign in if there is no curtesy notice they're closing in the next few minutes, that the online advertised time is wrong and they're closing 1 hr early.
