I've had Labio once or twice before and this version is my favorite. This was my first time having Cachete (beef cheek) and it was very tasty. The Cabeza and Asada were also fine choices. The Salsa Verde was mild & refreshing and the Salsa Habanero was very spicy. The tacos had the perfect amount of finely chopped meat and grasa, which is essential for balance. Honestly disappointed with our experience. The prices are way too high for the portions. I ordered 4 tacos , 1 burrito 2 can coke, 1 order of rice and 1 order of beans, My husband's "mini burrito" was literally gone in about 4 bites. The tacos barely had any meat, and the asada was dry and overly salty. I finished one in 2 small bites, all for $42.30 On top of that, we were charged an extra $2 just for using a debit card, which was frustrating. To make things worse, the wait for the food was around 20-30 minutes. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. Won't be coming back it was my go to since I live in the corner but I will not return! read more

The quality of their meat (carne asada) has decreased a lot! I have noticed within the past several of months but this was the last straw where I had to update my review for the Yelpers. Recently had some tough meat that I could not even chew through and the taste is not the same as before. On top of that, their tacos are much smaller. A little larger than a 1/2 dollar coin. Someone can probably scarf down one taco in one bite, definitely a two bite taco... that's how small they are now. On my way to LAX this morning I was dying for something to eat prior to arriving at the airport and right off the 105 freeway 4 minutes away was a quick stop for tacos. I'm always in the mood try a new location and reco on it and a lockdown again finding Tacos Estilo Guadalajara. At 9 AM I walked in and was greeted in Spanish, placed my order and received my food in under five minutes. I ordered three carne Asada tacos. The tortillas were handmade at the restaurant absolutely cooked to perfection, plenty of meat with onions and cilantro. It came with the side of cucumber lime and radishes and I chose the milder of the two hot sauces one being habanero and the other a green chili tomatillo. The steak was good quality and I did not experience any gristle or fat. It was flavorful and well worth the two dollars a taco. Well I looked very forward to check this place out for a long time. Food taste good. But not close to Guadalajara. Tacos are like warm and salsas ordinary. The tacos in Guadalajara come out quick and very hot. Heated in steam this place disappoints. Close but no cigar. Will try them again in future. Hope they step it up.
