Beautiful restaurant inside and out. Randleman Rd has a lot of Mexican restaurants, stands, and trucks but this location stands out for the many seafood options. The service is good and the food is top notch. Great location to sit down and grab a meal.

I heard of Los Koras is a great restaurant, boy was I surprised. It was surprisingly great. The place was full on a Saturday afternoon. The Menu is very creative. They do have a large menu, so it was difficult to decide what to order. I ordered Ostiones preparados. It's oysters with shrimp ceviche on top; It was delicious. Also, I tried the Tostadas de mariscos, and it's another must try here. Th octopus was tender and tasty. I definitely will stop by next time I'm in the area.

Came here to just get a few drinks and they were having a whole party in there! I was highly impressed. They had a live mariachi band performance and had the whole restaurant enjoying themselves. Chips and Dip was excellent along with the drinks. Excellent customer service too!

I very much enjoyed my first experience here. The food was great, the service was friendly, and there was live music for a short while. In a very Latin fashion he would come around every table looking for tips. He was worth it. My wife found it and I was very happy we decided to go there.

Finally an authentic Mexican seafood place that is not americanized. The coctels are not sweet overwhelmed with ketchup, a variety of aguachiles and ceviches with cucumber, yessssss. Real Baja tacos with the original breading, empanadas that you won't find nowhere in the triad. As a seafood lover, I have been all around NC trying to find a real Mexican place that serve our food without altering it and Yessssss found it, it has met my expectations. 100% recommended.

Very impressed with this place! Menu had a ton of options, it was hard to choose - will definitely be back to try some other dishes. The fish tacos were excellent. Service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere and ambiance is super cute and inviting. Prices were very reasonable, we highly enjoyed our dinner and look forward to the next time we dine here.

We were too hungry to go home and cook after shopping and this was the closest place on the way. We figured we couldn't go wrong with Mexican food, but wow were we pleasantly surprised! The food was beyond excellent! We had the Langostinos Los Koras and these super tostadas loaded with octopus, shrimp, and tons of other fresh ingredients like tomatoes, pickled onions and cilantro. The waitstaff was very attentive and I loved the very colorful Mexican decor. We will be coking back here alot!

I'll give them another try-but a sad place, 14.00 for three shrimp tacos- I wanted grilled. Only served fried. The shrimp were burnt and breaded and sliced. No chips salsa. Again- not much to brag on. I did inform management. And I will give them another try- newly opened.

Excellent new Seafood Mexican Restaurant!!! Nice decoration, excellent service, spacious, lots of natural light. Delicious food.

Seafood, seafood, seafood! This is your place to get away from the normal Mexican fare you find at every other corner in this area. I had Chicharrón de Pescado and it didn't disappoint. Sauce was the star of the dish. Others in my party had coctel and they said they were authentic to their region. Menu is large so there is plenty of new dishes to try.

Update for our 2026 annual visit:…read more We ate in this year and the service and ambiance matched the quality of the food we had last year. I have been looking forward to the World Ninja Championships so that I can eat here again and the team did not disappoint. I had the special, chilaquiles supreme and YES! Flank steak butterflied and so tender that I cut through it easily with a butter knife. They make the chips fresh for each order of chilaquiles and you can taste it. Generous amounts of every flavor that went into the meal and I left stuffed! Hands down, my favorite place and I have a feeling we are making a second trip here this year for sure! First impression as you walk in, or look at images of the menu: AUTHENTIC! First impressions when you bite into your food: They nailed the first impression! I had the lingua, tripa, pez, and Pastor tacos. My family had the California burrito, chicken and beef tacos, and the Enchiladas Mexicanos with mole and salsa verde. We also added a side of guac and chips. Guac: thin mixed avocado and perfectly sized chunks mixed in with the tomato and seasonings. An absolute must! The 4 tacos I ate were succulent to say the least. The tripa was thin and crispy, but you could taste the rendered fat in them. It had the texture of perfectly cooked bacon. Al pastor is one of my favorites and this one did not disappoint. Then there was the pez taco that was just the right amount of crispy without being an iota overcooked. At last I ate the lingua taco. It melted in my mouth and I immediately wanted another. I don't even like mole sauce, but I couldn't stop eating the mole enchilada. Aces, hands down. The California burrito was phenomenal and had the perfect amount of each ingredient and a delectable amount of heat and sweet cream sauce. The chicken was obviously hand shredded and had equal amounts of larger chunks of meat and thin pulled pieces to soak up all the flavor in endless nooks and crannies. If you have not been here please do your palate a flavor and stop in. The value far exceeded the price of our meals and we plan on coming here every year when the World Ninia finals rome to town

Extra parking is located in the back. The guac is the best! Perfectly seasoned and definitely not scooped from a tub. Tried the Carne Asada, Pastor, and Chorizo tacos. YUM! The service was friendly and fast but not rushed, vibe is casual - great for a quick bite or margs with friends. I used to love the Sopes here but didn't see on the menu this time. Maybe I missed?

True to its namesake, there are brightly colored folk art designs throughout the restaurant in line with their Mexican heritage. The trees that make it look overgrown from the outside actually serve to allow sunlight while masking the surrounding city, facilitating the transformation that makes you feel like you're in Mexico City. We came at an off-peak time in the afternoon and it was nearly empty. We were seated immediately and the service was prompt and attentive. I was pleased to see some unique menu offerings like Birra Ramen and Sopes that deviate from the standard American-friendly fare in most places. Drinks were good - we had a regular house margarita, a triple berry margarita, and a jalapeño cucumber margarita. All were tasty and I would order again. I tried to order a Mezcalita, since it's not often I see a Mezcal option, but they were out of that particular liquor. We tried to get street corn as an appetizer, which they were also out of. We got cheese and salsa with chips instead. The chips were hot and fresh, the salsa generous with the cilantro, and the cheese bold and warm. For entrees we had the Al Pastor Quesadilla and the Birra Ramen. The quesadilla was good, though the beans on the side were pretty bland. The ramen was a unique and very tasty option, and I was not able to finish such a generous portion. I think I'd leave the cheese out next time since it made some weird textures, but the flavor was great overall. Overall, there are some small things to improve (having menu items in stock, bland beans) and the prices were a bit high, but we had a great experience overall. I'm not often in the area, but I'll certainly eat here again if I am!

Surprisingly, especially for a Friday, we were the only people there for lunch another small party arrived toward the end of our meal. I got the lunch ACP, which was quick to come out, and a first for me, it was served with choice of corn or flour tortillas...I opted for flour. The food tasted great, and portion size was perfect, honestly, probably a little more than I should have eaten for lunch, but it will tide me over until dinner. Definitely worth checking out. This spot has an amazing bright and vibrant atmosphere, beautifully decorated with bright colors, a much different look inside then out. I'm sure I'll be back again soon, good food, great, and quick service!

I think you could fit some smaller groups on here comfortably. Pretty simple set up with wall art placed throughout. There were a few parties dining but the space didn't feel crowded. There was music playing in the background. It was a at a good volume to not have to yell in conversation. I've ordered the birria tacos for delivery but this was my first dine-in experience here. My friend ordered the birria tacos and I decided on the ACP - chicken & steak. They place the queso on the side in a cup. They advertised the margaritas and had a special for $5.99 on regular margaritas. They do offer bottled water & other drinks if you prefer other options as well. My chicken had a good flavor and the rice was cooked nicely and not mushy! Maybe some of the best rice I've had in a while at a Mexican restaurant. The steak had good flavor but I would have preferred a juicier bite there. Not quite jerky but drier than I wanted. My friend really enjoyed her tacos and they came out steaming. Parking can be limited, as it is a smaller lot. The service was good and we were checked on often. Overall, I'll be back to try more options and see what weekly specials they have available.

The delivery was quite fast so the food was still fresh. They absolutely stuffed it with meat, cheese and the consumme' was perfect. It's like they skimmed the fat off the top of it so it's not too fatty and it came with Green salsa and red salsa. I ordered a side of sour cream which I absolutely did not need and wish I would have ordered queso but I'll have to do that next time. It did not need any flashiness or grandeur- just some good food and good vibes. Now the food: WOW I was blown away by the pork belly garlic fried rice. The pork belly was so incredibly fatty and perfectly crispy, the shrimp add-on was juicy and well seasoned, and the fried egg over a bed of DELICIOUS steamy garlicky fried rice was absolutely perfection.
