It is grilled in a wire basket over mesquite wood coals. This gives the fish a smoky flavor and orange glow. The plate was served with two large pieces of boneless fish, rice and beans ($23). I tried to "clean" my plate, but they served good portions. From the leftovers, I had fish tacos for lunch the next day. You have to try the Camarones Sarandeados, they are perfectly grilled butterflied shrimp with a delicious marinade. This plate comes with the aceite de chile is very spicy, so a few drops go a long way! Another must-try is the Tostada de Camarón, which is always fresh and flavorful.
