If you're looking for some cheap tacos that are well worth the price, this is one of thee best places to go by far. Their specialty is seafood so I'd definitely recommend sticking to that part of their menu. Each of their meat tacos are $1 each (crazy right??) and seafood tacos are $2 each! On top of that, the portion size is pretty impressive seeing as how most places serve dinky sized tacos. Their shrimp taco and fish taco are amazing, by far the best things to order on their menu for the price and quality. They pack on a great amount of shrimp and fish in them so you definitely get your $2 worth. The other thing I'd highly recommend is their lengua (beef tongue) tacos. Worst Mariscos I've ever tasted. I'm from San Diego so I know what good mariscos taste like especially living by the border. Took my mom cause she was craving a mojara. But knowing how LA 's mexican food taste like SHIT, I was kinda expecting the same. Anyways I wanted to satisfy my mom and took her. She ordered the mojara and a fist taco, I got two fish tacos a tostada de ceviche and camarones costa azul. When the waitress brought the tacos I was expecting some TIJUANA OR ROSARITO OR ENSENADA tacos haha but I was totally wrong. Soggy tortilla idk maybe full of the fish grease idk and I don't care cause I'm never going there again! I was expecting the fish to be empanisado, con crema, and well everything else. Got some slices of fish cooked and a bunch of lechuga. Felt like we where getting an early EASTER present with all the damn lechuga. Like we ain't bunny's! Lmao The mojara was supper crunchy usally when we eat mojaras we ALL expect for the fish to come off easily. With this once we had to fight with the fish so he's ass can let us eat him hahaha. The camarones costa azul are camarones wrapped with bacon. In the menu they looked like fat peaces of shrimp. When they brought them they looked like a little kids poop. Little small circles and supper salty. So they never brought me my tostada de ceviche so when I went to go pay she was adding everything up. So I STEPPED ON HER BRAKES before she told me the total. And told her I didn't get a tostada. She was like "oh disculpa". Next time I'm craving MARISCOS ima drive 2 hours to TIJUANA!!!!! Just like most people have said in this review SHRIMP TACOS here are pretty dang awesome. Most of the taco places I go usually deep fried their shrimp which is not bad but its not my preference. Their shrimp tacos are NOT FRIED, neither are the FISH TACOS. So if you're not into deep fried seafood tacos with a whole spoonful of mayonaise added to the taco, then this is definitely the place to be. I have tried most of their tacos (Asada=GOOD; lengua-SUPER GOOD; Chicken-Great and Carnitas-Awesome). My taste in food is also pretty plain. I don't like too much seasoning or sauce, and thats exactly how they make their tacos. Plain but tasty. Of course, you could add salsa (green or red) to it if you please and lime/lemon. I would rather go to taco nazo, but decided to try this place with coworkers. Not impressed. I thought because it was pretty busy it was going to be really good....no...and its cash only. I got a seafood tostada. I LOVE fresh seafood don't get me wrong, but it tasted REALLY REALLY fishy. Almost like they didn't wash the seafood before making ceveche! Got a fish taco, and a poultry taco. It came with flour tortilla chips, and 2 salsas in cute cups. The taco were made with 2 corn tortillas, loaded with lettuce, purple cabbage, cilantro, onion, tomato, and avacado. It also included a serving utensil, napkins all in a durable carring sack. The price was under $5. The preparer and the servers were pronto and friendly. The inside of the place has a nice decor, with comfortable booths, and tables and chairs. We went to go have dinner her with my fiance's uncles. The food was very good I order a cocktel de camaron it had alot of shrimp =) and the waitress was really quick too. I ordered shrimp Tacos and the shrimp was buttery and tasted great, the tortilla chips were fresh and tasty and the caldo de Camaron will bring you back to life after a night of heavy drinking. Also, not to be outdone is their al pastor tacos, on the right day when it's nice an crispy...PERFECT with horchata. This is one of this little hole in the wall spots....but the food is great and the prices are just right. I love eating their shrimp tacos and lots of people also like their Marlin tacos too. They also have good non-seafood dishes like carne asada tacos, tortas (the best) and flautas. It's a small local but the waiter service is homely. $2 fully loaded shrimp tacos! these were delicious and i was pleasantly surprised by how much shrimp they give you! :) the bf and i split 3 shrimp tacos (i only ate 3/4). we also ordered the coctel de camaron which was good... but i found it weird that they served it with saltine crackers and not tostadas. but it was still good. all in all this is my new fave spot for authentic mexican seafood. i don't need to go all the way to the mariscos linda truck to get my cocteles fix! makes giving up meat for lent so much easier ;) read more

Went there with co-workers. All four of us ordered the shrimp ceviche which has lots of flavor and was very good. However, we were disappointed with the shrimp/octopus/abalone cocktail. The cocktail juice was very watered down (one co-worker said it tasted like fish water) so we had to compensate by adding lots of Tapatio, ketchup, and lime. read more
