I don't even know where to begin. I made an appointment and before my appointment came up, I had a wisdom tooth that got infected, I called them and they got me in sooner. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed by the staff at the front, doctor Kujiraoka is such a professional, very detailed and honest person. He explained everything that was going on with my teeth and explained very well of how we will take care of everything. I've had such bad luck with finding a place where I felt comfortable and I defiantly found the right place. I can say, I really don't mind going to the dentist since finding Dr Kujiraoka. The office is beautiful, super clean and plays great music. The entire staff is courteous and professional. I accidentally mixed up my appointment time and missed an appointment. Karen was kind and understanding and rescheduled me within a few days. Dr "Kuj" is phenomenal. He has state of the art equipment and seems to constantly be perfecting his craft. You can tell he thoroughly enjoys his work and takes great pride in providing exceptional care. He took time to explained what is going on in my mouth, showing me pictures and xrays to help me understands. I know where my trouble spots are and where to take better care. Since seeing Dr Kujiraoka, I have a greater appreciation for taking care of my teeth. I brush and floss more regularly than I ever have before. First off they have moved to a beautiful, new facility and what a gorgeous, up-to-date, modern facility! Several months ago I had a dental emergency and my Dentist was out of town. Dr. Kuj (as he is called) not only took care of my immediate problem, but also went into some other areas that I needed help with. His mannerism is that of a very caring and concerned person. All of my visits have always been very short and informative. During my last cleaning, I made the comment about how the office is always so modern, clean, and relaxing. Jennifer the hygienist, was super gentle while cleaning my teeth and is very careful if she knows your teeth are sensitive. I also found out that I had a cavity, however Dr. Kujiroaka explained my treatment options and assured me that I had nothing to worry about.
