I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. They initially referred me to a…read morespecialist for the wrong tooth because of their own mistake and it almost resulted in a completely healthy tooth being extracted. Later, they decided to do the root canal and crown themselves. The root canal itself was fine, but the entire crown process took around 11 months. During that time I was given multiple appointments, many of which were either canceled at the last minute or delayed because the dentist was unavailable. On top of that, the crown had to be remade several times because it did not fit properly. I had to go through multiple rounds of impressions and installation appointments, which wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress. Overall, the lack of organization, repeated mistakes and constant delays made this one of the worst experiences I've had with a dental office.

I got a call this afternoon from the front desk stating that they gave my children incorrect information and that both my children needed root canal and had cavities. I asked them why the Dr Did not call me or my husband since we can't go in due to COVID and she said she didn't know. I asked why were my children told one thing and know she is pretty much telling my my children need hundreds of dollars worth of work and she was like I don't know. I asked to have the records and a letter stating what was needed and she said she couldn't send that to me. I told Her I don't understand why a front desk is telling me this information and not a doctor. I told her that she could cancel my children's future appt as we will go somewhere else, she said ok and hung up.
