He appears to have modernized the practice by the use of electronic record keeping and introducing new technology to aid in dental care (e.g., a panoramic dental X-ray machine). They will work with you to do what is best for you and at an affordable cost! They talk to you but don't ask you a ton of questions while they have tools in your month. The dentists are nice and quick! Don't prolong your visit by making your wait. They are kind and give you a lot of positive feedback instead of critiquing you. There is a tv and radio for you to pay attention to if you want. And every room feels pretty secluded, so you don't need feel as vulnerable as at other dentist offices I have been to. I spoke clearly and in English to the rep when I made the appointment. She explained to me that that I could get the Exam on the appointment date but the cleaning wold be scheduled later. I ageed and she verified my insurance. Then 2 days before the appointment some one else calls me from there to tell me that my insurance would not cover the Premier dentist. Response "they 'should' reimburse you". I call back (hsb) give my dental insurance details. Again "well (maybe?) they (delta insurance) should reimburse you". I'm swamped with work while calling. I call back later, they say a "word salad" Response if my son's future appointment will be covered. "UH, yes, ah we take insurance, uh, they should reimburse" etc. So I ask what will be the bill. They can give exact amount of what you are billed but, BUT EXPLAIN "you should get reimbursed from insurance company "delta". If you continue to question... you get the same information repeated, OVER AND OVER!!! Then you will be called "rude" because you want to know what's covered, what you have to pay. They don't care. They get sarcastic, condescending, stuff like "you want to speak to Michelle?" "You want me to call delta insurance?" of which they do neither. Then "we won't see you, blah, blah blah. They laugh at you and do NOTHING of what's been asked. Nor do they check with "delta" nor get anyone else to help. They enjoy useless word salad responses that don't help and endless "you're rude!" When they don't help. My suggestion? DON'T GO THERE!!! Save yourself useless FRUSTRATION! If you go there... merely ask "what's this going to cost?". I've asked, I've educated, I've begged for them to go fragrance free so I can access the building. We love Cindy. Keith has always been fair. But their use of fragranced products in the office is a barrier to my disability. I've been talking to them about this for several years, with no changes. Recently, I tried yet again to ask what we need to do to get me access to their services in the setting of my disability. I spoke to Sandy at the front desk who lied to me about their office being fragrance free and HUNG UP ON ME. I'm actively in need of dental care, and I'm trying to have a conversation that will enable me to have access to dental care, and Sandy simply couldn't be bothered with me and hung up. Apparently my disability is an inconvenience for Sandy. If you don't have a disability, they are a five-star practice. If you have a disability and need to ask for accommodation, they are a ZERO.
