Avoid this place like the plague. Dr. Aladdin is OK. He was nice to my daughter when my daughter was screaming because she hasn't been to a dentist office in a while, but his assistant is crazy. She's an older lady with some kind of disability. She wouldn't stop coughing in my face And she couldn't do x-rays to save her life and she couldn't hold her device in my mouth straight you know what they do after you get a filling a ultraviolet pen or something in your mouth and she couldn't hold it straight. She was very rude to my daughter And that's why I'm leaving. The front counter people were ok but the wait time is excessive even though I got there on time I still had to wait like 30 minutes. read more

I chose this practice because of convenience, and made the mistake of looking at reviews right before my appointment. So I was anxious about the complaints of others, and simply did not have a bad experience. The receptionist, the dental assistant and the dentist were all friendly and professional, concerned about my comfort. I have always had a hygienist clean my teeth, never had the dentist do so, but that's how they do it here. Recommend. read more

Don't even think about going to this place for dentures! They are made of poor quality materials and because you can't soak them overnight (or at all), they discolor immediately. I am disgusted. They should not be in business. read more

I recently got new dentures and they stained almost immediately. Not happy with the low quality of the materials used to make them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. They told me I had 7 cavities, needed 3 deep cleanings, and were rude and unprofessional throughout the visit. I got a second opinion and was told I had 0 cavities and did not need any deep cleanings. Horrible practice, please protect yourself and your family and stay away. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I would like to point out I've been going to my last dental office and getting cleanings every six months since I was old enough to go to the dentist. With that being said, I decided to then try out this office after recently moving to the area from east Michigan. I just needed a cleaning and was due for x-rays. The dental assistant took my x-rays. Then the "doctor" came in and examined my gums then once he was done he said "I am going to start the cleaning now, you don't have much tarter so I'm just going to go through the motions." First red flag was him saying I'm just going to go through the motions..... He then Proceeded to poke at my gums and did zero scrapping, he didn't even floss my teeth. He then started polishing and the assistant rinsed out my mouth and he stood up and stood behind me as he proceeded to take off his gloves he said "you have a few cavities." I was In Shock because not only did he just not clean my teeth just then the whole "cleaning" took 3 min, and I knew there was no way I could have multiple Cavities. I had also just been to my old dentist 6 months prior and had no sign of even 1 cavity. I then sat up and asked "where are the cavities?" As he continued to stand in the doorway he said "oh a few on this side and that side so 4 total cavities" , (Gesturing to either side of his mouth). He didn't show me on my x-rays and didn't look my in the eyes. He sent me up front and they proceeded to make my appointment for my "fillings". Right after I got into my car I called my previous dental office telling them what just happened and had this new office send them the x-rays they took. I made an appointment with my old dentist office to see if I actually had these 4 cavities. My precious dental office not only had the x rays that office took but also took their own to make sure. I HAD NO CAVITIES. That's right I don't even have 1 cavity. This practice and this "doctor" were willing to put my health at risk, lie to me about having something I don't have and charging me or my insurance for it. It's sick! This Destiny dental and that so called doctor are a fraud and a scammer. I don't remember his name but he was a young black man with a subtle accent. Who knows how many people He has lied to and gotten paid from. It's disgusting and sickening. I'm writing this review because I hope it warns people to not trust this office. That man should have his license taken away, and maybe it will very soon. This "doctor" should watch out one of these days you will get sued or reported. There have been some horrendous wait times for me in the past here, but the last two out of four visits have been really good. I had three cavities filled, and a cleaning. The Dentist went above and beyond every time, and even fixed a super sensitive spot on my teeth during my cleaning. My fillings have not acted up and are comfortable. Services was not favored by me so I cancelled my child's appointment and sent him to more professional care. Also have my new teeth doctor who will be assisting on installing braces for me and my child do a x ray on my teeth I don't have one cavity so stop lying to patients. They except most insurance including Medicare. My whole family of 5 have been coming here for years now. The dentist gets right down to bossiness and don't waist your time. Tv in each room and scheduling is usually open for those unexpected visits. Well staffed. read more

Doctor has the bedside manner of a mortician and told my daughter (who is terrified of needles) that they were going to use lots of needles on her as a joke. Was incapable of fully numbing my tooth for extraction after using five shots, then referred me to a specialist that they knew wouldn't be able to help me. I feel like it's time to write, yet ANOTHER trash review about this dump! My husband went in for a full mouth extraction on March 19th, and it was by far one of the worst experiences of his life, hell of MY life, and I've endured two traumatic child births BACK TO BACK. Not only did they botch the procedure (multiple pieces of bone are still sticking out of his jaw and constant pain like you read about), but when he asked them MULTIPLE TIMES for something to help with the pain they just treated him like he was drug seeking and told him he just had to "ride it out!" Obviously we've taken our business else where to get his dentures done (they told us it would take 3 months), but we've also been communicating with a very understanding woman from the American Dental Association about this horrific experience and plan to go forward with some type of action. These people are EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, uncouth, have horrible bedside manners, and treat their patients with unbelievable disrespect! He had told me multiple times that he would probably had better care and treatment from a prison compared to those "densists". Stay as far away as you can from this shitty place! read more

I am not sure if they are students learning or possibly brand new to the field here. I have had three very unpleasant visits here. Todays visit was my last. My first visit was for a full cleaning and xray. I waited one hour and 15 minutes past my appt time. When I went back they did full xrays and told me they were not doing cleanings due to Covid. This was not mentioned when making this appointment for the full treatment otherwise I would have waited. My second visit was to refill a cavity and finally get my cleaning. I waited 45 minutes past my appt time this time. When I was finally taken back it took ten minutes to refill the cavity and less than 5 minutes to "clean" my teeth. They brushed and flossed and done. No scraping, nothing. They considered that cleaning my teeth. I complained and wanted to make sure that my insurance would not get billed for this. They asked me to come back for a full cleaning redo. I hesitantly did so. That was todays visit. They got me back close to on time. The cleaning was rough. Each time he took the hook out I saw bloody meat(chunks of my gums) on it. He was thorough for sure but I was gripping the chair all the way through the scraping. He then went to polish my teeth. After some technical difficulties with the polisher he went in with what sounded like a very aggressive polisher and it was so hot that it burned my gums so I jumped back and told him it was hot. He didn't believe me so he tried again and burnt my lip. He switched to something else and finished as it splattered all over my face, thank goodness for the sunglasses they give you. I rinsed, he was done. No flossing. I left feeling much pain in my mouth. I looked into my rearview mirror to see that between most of my teeth there was bloody chunks of my gums. I have never had this experience before. I will not return here. I had recently switched insurance companies and this was one of the only dentist choices in my area. I will drop my insurance and pay full price at a reputable place from now on. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrible practice. I'm from out of state and had a crown come off. I contacted them as they have Saturday hours. They told me they could not take me as they had not done the original crown work, stating liability. I just wanted someone to try to cement the crown back on. This practice is part of my dental insurance network and I offered to sign a waiver stating I would not sue. It didn't matter. We have entered an age where money and liability are more important than helping hurting people and this classless, careless organization is just another example of heartless people. Terrible experience, wait time was long, x-ray tech was no gentle and had gum tissue peeled off during X-rays, doctor spent less than 2 minutes in the room, was exceedingly rough then suggested I needed a $400 procedure without any explanation. Just terrible. read more
