While under the house, they noticed the bathroom and kitchen sink drains had been leaking for some time since the 60+ year old pipes had corroded. They recommended I contact Dry Pro to clean up the water and sink debris under the house. When Dry Pro finished, they coordinated with Benchmark to come back. Then Levi and his apprentice Ryan replaced the worn-out piping under the house. They were very efficient and explained everything before and during the work. I've dealt with a number of plumbers over the years and have never had the pleasure to work with someone like Levi and Ryan from Benchmark Plumbing. As I said, Levi carefully explained the work to be done, offering an option that would save time and money on the drain pipe repair. Fantastic company and a fantastic crew! **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Terrence and Jacob showed up at 4:30 p.m. to clear my sewer line. They both worked hard in the heat for 2 hours to clear large patch of very stubborn sludge in the line, then refused to charge me because they weren't able to clear the line as promised. They are coming back tomorrow morning with the large hydrojetter to finish the job and charge me once the line is cleared. They were both honest, very nice, communicated clearly, and have been a pleasure to work with. I personally really appreciate this kind of honesty and I reward it whenever I can. I'm going to hire them to fix that belly in my sewer line which is a much larger job with a much higher price tag than what I originally called them for. Terrence's bid was substantially lower than the other two bids I got for the same work.

Just relaxing in minimal clothing on her bed, a member of Twin Rivers Plumbing unlocked her door with a key and entered. No knock, NOTHING. The entire apartment building was having plumbing issues, but they gave her no warning in this moment before they entered. She was very disturbed, as she lived alone and frequently would hang out in her underwear because it was hot outside. This was a huge violation of her privacy. Apparently the worker (white male) apologized, but unlocking without knocking on an apartment door is EXTREMELY unprofessional - and I believe illegal. I don't trust the men in this company after this experience, they should know better.
