Seriously! You would be crazy not to stop here to get your car detailed. The did an amazing job on my SUV. It took 5 hours but the amount of detail they do is impressive. Especially, when I lug around a 2yr old and a 60 pound pit bull all the time. I can't tell you how much hair, fish crackers, and stains were removed from my beloved mom-mobile! My experience here has been a bonafide nightmare. I had opted to come here because I have a black car and am very particular about my paint and had insisted that it be hand washed instead of coming to the ubnlimited car was place. So particular am I that I insisted on watching my car as it was being done. However it looked as if the people where doing my car looked irritated with me watching them work so after they told me to wait inside I reluctantly obliged. 20 mins later and my car comes out with deep scratches on the hood. I complained and asked to see the owner but the staff LIE and say that the scratches were there before. I was livid and insisted on seeing the owner and the owner calls me a liar. What a piece of work this place is. Take your bucket or your car that you don't care about here but don't take your baby here. I can tell you from personal experience that you will regret it. read more

My niece and I visited for the first time today. The gentlemen there did an excellent job on my car ($25). While you're waiting for your car, there is an air-conditioned sitting area with 2 reclining sofas. I was happy to not have to sit outside if we didn't want to. There is also a food truck outside, and a barber shop next door. There were several cars ahead of me, but that was because of the nice weather we finally got here, and because of the barber shop clientele. read more

I was looking for a great place where I can take my Truck to get cleaned. After a bad experience at Mister Car Wash, I decided to give Mark of Excellence a shot. After reading great reviews I was excited about finally going to a place where they'll take their time and clean everything. When I got in my truck I saw crumbs under the seats and mud on the doors. Great place to get your car washed. Far better than the big car wash down the road. It seems to be a family owned business which I'll gladly support. They didn't cut corners while washing my truck. It had been a couple of months since my last wash but they absolutely killed it, inside and out. The waiting area was pretty comfortable with two couches and two separate comfy chairs. I wish they had more options because the price jumps seems pretty big but again, worth it. My only real complaint was how long it took but considering how well they did it's hard to hold it against them. I'd definitely recommend them and return but next time I'll drop it off and wait for their call. read more

I took my red 2014 corvette stingray there on saturday morning to get it handwashed, and it was the worst wash i have ever seen and $25. It was done in less than 10 minutes, the interior was not even wiped down and the rear bumper was filthy. I will never go back here! read more

The men who work here really care about the appearance of your car just as much if not more then you do. They really know how to treat their customers right as they go out of their way to make sure you, the customer, are happy before you leave. I get so excited, as a kid in a candy store, on how my car looks when they are done. It's night and day of a difference for my cars because I live in the country and have to park under many trees plus it's an hour drive for me so I am only able to get it washed every few months when I have the time to make the drive. I have a brand new hatchback which is only driven two days a week. I only needed a basic wash since I had washed it a week before. The whole process took about 1 and half hours. I stayed inside where the sofas and TV were, but I couldn't see my car when I looked out the windows. After a while the gentlemen came in and said it was taken a while because the car was brand new and he wanted it to look really nice. Only time I saw my car was when they pulled it up and I saw them wiping it down. I do have to say this was the driest I've ever seen a car after a wash. Overall it was meh, I've experienced better. The gentleman was very nice, but for such a simple was I only expected to be there for about 30 minutes. I'm having a hard time finding a good hand car wash. I usually go to Dr. Wash off of Jones and 1960 which only takes about an hour for a wash and a hand applied wax, even when its busy. read more

Black paint is a hard color to take care of and Mark of Excellence made my Cadillac look like glass. Inside and outside look great...conditioned leather, clean glass and no bugs on the grill. They are very good at detailing and clearly take pride in their work. Other places may be faster but you won't find a better outcome. Worth the money if you want more than just a clean car. Was impressed with the amount of time they took. Communication through the process was great. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. But, for $165, I would have expected them to spot the fog and fingerprints on the inside of the liftgate window. That being said, the tint is very dark, they were trying to get us out by closing and they did spend 2.5 hours detailing the vehicle by hand. And the inside of the car was really filthy. Really impressed with how clean they got the cup holders. Trust me. They were bad. So, I will be back. I'll just remember to check the back window before driving off.
